That being said it is exteremly well kept, clean and in good overall condition. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The overall experience was great. My only comment is I wish the gate hours were a little more extensive. I think they are probably set the same as the office hours for security reasons.

While they did not have a space the size I needed they did provide alternates and the date a unit would be available. Fast forward a few weeks, move to Reno is complete, and I had just spent the week at the lake and did not want to put my boat back at the horrible storage facility I was using, so I decided to drop in and see if they maybe had something. The service that was provided by Homero was amazing and although the space is still to big for me, I rented it on the spot. Clean, secure and exactly what I wanted for my wakeboat. You could tell, based on how Homero helped me, that they truly care about their business and their customers. If you have a boat or an RV you care about, this is the place to rent from.

Not only did I find that I found one of the BEST customer service experiences I have ever had. Sarah answered all my questions and was so helpful and KIND. Even though they were full at the moment she encouraged me to call back since they did have some move outs pending. I did call back 2 days later and Connie helped me rent a unit right away. Connie was also very helpful and lovely to work with. This place is locally owned and they are not going to raise your rent multiple times like the big name places. NOT TRUTHFUL WITH ME - BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE…read more Unfortunately, I had rated them five stars...until I left after several months. I had been out of the country and, after a long drive home, got home from the airport at 2:00 in the morning. I called Anchor's Office Manager and said, "I know today is the last day of the month, but can you pro-rate me one day so I can come in this weekend?" He said they don't pro-rate charges, but for just one day, they wouldn't charge me if I vacated first thing in the morning. I DID...AND A COUPLE OF DAYS AFTER I LEFT, THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD FOR A FULL MONTH ANYWAY. Had I known they were going to be untruthful, I would have left the car there for the month! Instead, I paid a full month's rent for a vacant spot that they rented out. I asked the Office Manager to email his supervisor's contact information to me, which he agreed to, but never did. THIS LEFT A VERY BAD TASTE IN MY MOUTH. This was a very bad customer experience.
