Great choice for lunch. The customer service 10/10. Quinn was amazing. He was busy but he was kind enough to take his time with me and helped me order, and allowed me to taste different sauces. He was really sweet and I'm glad he served vs. someone else. The food was so good. I looked forward to eating the rest later. I got a bowl both white and brown rice, Taziki dressing, cucumber, chicken, and on and on. It's chipotle on steroids. Way better than Chopt, Gusto, and Salata, in my opinion. Very expensive. Almost $20, but for me l, I get 2 meals out of the bowl. The fresh hot pita chips! Delicious! So good. Not sure if that's new, but I like it. Hope it stays on the menu. Definitely a new go-to spot for lunch. read more

It was my first time here so I got all the hummus and sauces on the side. The staff was nice and patient while i figured out what exactly I wanted. I enjoyed my bowl very much and ended up mixing the hummus I chose and all the sauces but 1. Also ordered the garlic pita chips and the new Harissa pita chips and they paired perfectly with the meal. I definitely will be back when I am in an area that has a Cava!! read more

What a great experience! Let me just admit it... this was my first visit to Cava. *shame* As much as I have heard about Cava and their greatness, I usually run into one when I'm on the way out of the area. But on this day, I found myself starving and less than 10 minutes away from Cava so I figured, "Why not?!" I have visited this plaza before but on this day it was such a pain to find a parking spot! I ended up parking in front of another restaurant and I was lazy and hungry enough to consider going there instead of walking across the parking lot, lol. BUT, I stuck to my guns and went for the food I came there for. Upon entry, Cava was buzzing with customers but not overwhelming regarding the sound or crowd. Cava is one of those assembly-line, build your own kinda restaurants that I, personally, am a fan of. But it's Mediterranean style. Before visiting, I had heard so many great things about them so I was ready to dig in, but I wasn't ready for all of the great options! You have the choice of grains, greens or both for your base, various dips, proteins, veggies and more into your bowl or wrap, or you can opt for the house specialties. I decided to build my own with a combo of greens/grains, braised lamb and almost all of the veggies because they all looked SO good. My bowl ended up being so delicious. I wish I would have asked for a few more spoonfuls of veggies and lamb, but I know to do so next time. It wasn't that they skimped, but they were just so good, I wanted more. The combination of everything just meshed so well together, I thought I was taking my bowl to go but after sitting to take a few bites, I looked up and had eaten like 75% of it. Oops! Service was also exceptional. The young lady who started my bowl was so patient with me as I am always so indecisive, especially at a new place. She told me what her favorite dips were and I immediately went with those (and loved them all). When I went to the ladies room, the cashier even let me leave my food and drink near her (because who wants their food tainted by the bathroom?!) The restaurant was clean, not incredibly loud and filled with natural light. It was a great place to enjoy a peaceful solo lunch after a self care appointment. I had a really uncomfortable experience here that completely ruined what should've been a normal visit. The manager " Kay Jay" approached me in a hostile, aggressive manner that felt totally uncalled for. Instead of calmly addressing the situation, they came at me with an attitude that was confrontational and disrespectful, making me feel talked down to and unwelcome. As a customer, you expect professionalism, especially from management, but this was the exact opposite. The way I was spoken to made me feel embarrassed and stressed, and it was clear there was no interest in resolving anything respectfully. Because of this interaction alone, I won't be returning, and I'd caution others to be prepared for how you will be treated by Kay Jay the manager if there's any issue. We ordered our bowls online from the Peachtree location and, unfortunately, the experience started off on the wrong note. When we arrived, we were greeted by an employee who showed little warmth or customer service. We often joke that there are two types of people -- those who could work at Chick-fil-A and those who couldn't. This young lady definitely fell into the second category. We noticed that although we ordered two bowls with the same two dressings each, there were only two large dressings in the bag instead of four individual ones. When we politely asked for another set, a second employee quickly and kindly took care of it. Now she could absolutely work at Chick-fil-A. When we went to fill our drinks, we found that all of the options -- cucumber mint, blueberry lavender, and pineapple apple mint -- were unsweetened. Is that a new change? It was a bit of a surprise. Once I got home, I realized my salad bowl included pita crisps and corn, which I had intentionally left off to keep it low-carb. That was frustrating, but after picking them out, I have to admit the bowl itself was one of the best I've ever had from CAVA. The harissa honey chicken was seasoned to perfection and absolutely delicious. The flavor almost made up for the service and order issues. Hopefully next time the experience will match the quality of the food. read more

I appreciate how Quin and Samantha took their time with my order because a different Cava location that won't be named always misses an item (or 2) and hands it to me anyway. Not here! AVOID EATING HERE AT ALL COSTS!!! i would give this a zero or a negative star but that's not possible so i give it a ONE star review. absolutely ABYSMAL service. we went around 3 on a Saturday, and while i do understand that there are busier hours, that is no excuse to treat paying customers that way!! the first employee in the "chain" of food (adding in rice/chicken) was extremely rude. cava, be better when hiring employees who work in customer service and have direct interactions w/ people! i was EXTREMELY unsatisfied with the customer service that me and my friend have received. i will never EVER return to this location, not even if i had not eaten in a week. nor will i refer this restaurant to anyone who is hungry. the ambiance of the restaurant was dark and gloomy because of this worker. 1. This Cava is always out of stuff. They wait until you wait in line for eternity to tell you. 2. They make you sit there and wait for them to finish on the orders coming in from mobile apps even though there are a ton of customers standing in front of them ready to place an order. They should just not accept mobile orders when they are busy. This last visit made me realize that I always cringe when I go to this location because I never know what I'm going to get. I'm going to start going to a different location. I can't deal with the inconsistency and inconvenience of this one. read more

I have given this place so many opportunities to get my orders right. Each time, they fail. The bowl arrives half empty every time, even if you order extra greens and toppings!! Don't order extra avocado, you will never get it. Don't order a drink. You won't get it. Don't order the free pita. You will never receive it. I have ordered from this location countless times because it is close, but I will have to start ordering from other locations. I'm so tired of this. Literally NEVER. I do not like Mediterranean food, but I love Cava. It's so tasty. It's like Chipotle but with Mediterranean flavors.

Another wonderful Cava experience at their newest location on Peachtree. Today was their pre-opening Community Day and my husband, daughter, and I all had the pleasure of building our own bowls and enjoying a delicious meal. This location is smaller than others I've visited, but just as good. There is outdoor seating and tables and stools inside. The staff was welcoming and friendly and though we could tell that they were still learning their job, they were happy and enthusiastic. All the proteins and cooked grains were perfect and delicious, and the greens and veggies were fresh. Oh, and I can't say enough good things about the house made beverages, especially the cucumber mint lime drink...YUM! Good job Cava and good luck in your newest location. read more

Cava is great. This CAVA location is whatever the polar opposite of great is. They're ALWAYS out of something; I've come here now 3 times and always had to get a bowl without something it comes with. But hey supply chain issues, right? The staff attitude is IDGAF. At all times. But hey people have bad days too, right? The straw that broke this camel's back was placing an order for 5 bowls online for delivery through the CAVA app for myself and some coworkers, only to wait an hour and then receive a call from DoorDash that the store is CLOSED. On a Monday. No sign up to explain, no emergency, just closed. & reaching out to CAVA the only explanation I received was "we're working with management to see what went wrong". Go to literally ANY other location besides this one & experience great Mediterranean food. read more

The food is great but the service is slow, and the sad thing is, it's not even the workers fault. Cava needs to hire more workers especially when they know that they will have rush hours. There were not that many people working there and the young man working the line, selecting food and building the bowls, seemed young and not trained well. He moved slow, did not give eye contact, and had a low tone of voice. I waited in line for a bit then left. Why did I leave ultimately? Because the employee (the young man) was wearing pants without a belt such that when he turned around you could see so much of his underwear because it was exposed. No, thank you! This Cava needs to do better by its customers (in terms of service and presentation) and by its employees (in terms of service and presentation as well) because why is that acceptable? read more

Extraordinary slow and out of everything. They had no falafel at all and then she took 5 minutes to get more pickled onions.

They were out of litterally 6+ toppings. We bought a drink and went to the fountain area to find 4 of the 7 limeades were completely out. We ordered pita chips for them to completely forget them and give them to us after 20 mins when we were literally walking up to ask for a refund. The only reason I gave a 3 is because the ingredients they did have were fresh. I love Cava, and have been to a few in the city, but this one is ALWAYS a problem.
