Great concept and food! You can either get a pre-determined bowl/pita or create your own (sort of like Subway concept). Great choices and great everything we picked was tasty. I got the braised lamb and my wife got the Harissa honey chicken. The chicken has a little kick to it and was outstanding. Good sized portions too, so you get some leftovers if you aren't too hungry. Pita. i come back bc I enjoy the fresh options and it is good. Food tastes amazing if they prepare your correct order. The staff rushed us within 5 seconds of walking up during our initial visit, resulting in us wishing we would've picked some different ingredients. So we decided to alt to ordering pickup and each time we sorely regret spending our money on an incorrect order. Today took the cake though, with the correct order displayed on the printed on the bag but the opposite inside. We ordered pita wraps, and received bowls, we payed extra for extra veggies and avocado, did not receive either on either bowls that should have been pita. Many things were missing, many things were added that made no sense, and there were random scarce pieces of meat tossed throughout the bowl (we are vegetarian). I have chronic pancreatitis and ulcerative colitis, and I bit into several pieces of a jalapeño that set me off and I am stuck on the couch and in the bathroom for the remainder of the day. We ordered this on our lunch break, had no time to turn around, and was unable to reach anyone by phone. Both of our meals went in the garbage after trying to take a few bites, only to realize there was meat and jalapeños - two things that I would not have ordered. God forbid that I had an allergy to jalapeños. Needless to say, I will never visit this location again. This is the fourth time we received an incorrect order. read more

Ordered the item that is advertised all over your doors, top of the menu and the walls...the lemon chicken bowl. After waiting in line over 30 minutes, the first thing an employee says is "we're out of grilled chicken". How can a Mediterranean restaurant be out of grilled chicken??? They said the only other chicken was spicy...and it was very very spicy. Next, nearly all the ingredients that make up the salad were out"! Are you kidding? I ended up with an expensive salad with only lettuce, spicy chicken, feta and dressing! I couldn't believe it and when I commented about it...the employees just gave me a blank stare. This is a MANAGEMENT issue. Close yours doors until you have food!!! Don't serve a bowl of lettuce and cheese and charge me full price. Ridiculous read more

I will preface this review by saying that the food was really good.... however, we placed a digital order ahead of time, arrived at our given time and drove of before realizing we only had one sandwich.... not a large order, just 2 sandwiches. Had to turn around in horrible traffic, return to the restaurant and wait 10 more minutes.... the sandwich was not made originally and no I'm sorry was given. I love this place so much!! I placed a mobile order that got a little messed up, no big deal. I called just to let them know incase it accidentally got switched with someone else's and I didn't want anyone else calling upset. I talked to the manager Alex and he was SO NICE. Went above and beyond to make it right, he offered a refund or a replacement whenever I had a chance to come in. My mother was eager to try CAVA for the first time and came home disappointed with the service. The staff purposely ignored her presence as she waited to be assisted. Staff was present but did not greet her or acknowledge her. She was the only person in line at the time, looking at the menu when another couple walked in. The staff immediately went to assist the couple that walked in after her. She mentioned this to the staff and they stated that they didn't see her, however, she was the only one waiting in the foyer at the time. This establishment shows poor customer service and experience. Please do better. read more

Amazing food quality, the atmosphere is amazing , the workers are always positive and friendly . Every time I walk in the store I'm always feeling welcomed and at home , restaurant is always clean , the cucumber mint juice is by far the best !!! We absolutely love Cava! The ingredients are always fresh and our orders are consistent. I get the curated Greek chicken pita. It's even awesome as leftovers the next day. My husband has tried a variety of things and has loved them as well. Service is great, even when there is a line it moves quickly. We've also used the order ahead online drive thru and order was ready when we arrived and correct. Try them out, they're the best! We go often. read more
