The sides were where they really shone. We supplemented the 2 meat platter we shared (which was enough for the 2 of us) with fried okra and potato salad. The potato salad was definitely homemade, and the okra might have been as well. Both were as well done as any I've had. This was definitely an enjoyable meal, though the meats left a little to be desired. To be fair, they also offer a wide selection of burgers and other items on their menu so they aren't only a barbecue place. This wouldn't be a destination visit, but if you're passing through and looking for a home style meal, you will probably be satisfied here.
