Perfect campground while visiting Cave City. Managed and kept up by Nikki and Luis and their team. Clean bathrooms, laundry room perfect size for all families to share (bring quarters) pool maintained daily, billiards and small rec room. Our favorite was the dog park surrounded by beautiful trees. We also enjoyed the walkway to the local creamery.

    Handicap personal bathroom stall.

Very Very well kept RV park. The couple running the park could not be a better choice! Had all the answers and very friendly and very hard working! They deserve a raise hahaIt's not the largest park with acreage and woods but the sites are large with plenty of room for our 29 ft travel trailer and we were able to park the vehicle in front or back of it! Large FULLY HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE Area in the bathroom with personal shower, sink, and toilet. Which I commend you for. Perfect place to visit mammoth cave! With grocery and food just around the corner from the park. If we are coming through this area again WE WILL stop at this park again. Great prices and location!

Okay this is an amazing clean, dog friendly beautiful RV campground priced really well. Lovely little clean swimming pool, the dog park is amazing. Lots of dog walking areas all around park. Park has Gym indoors, laundry rooms, clean bathrooms for pool area use. Close, walking distance to Local stores and fast food. This is just an all around wonderful place they collect your trash every morning at 10 am. Staff are amazing. Now if you have rig issues once in park like we did, don't hesitate to call Voyager RV repair here in Glasgow ask for Greg the owner he is awesome and fixed us right up!

As part of our Mammoth Cave / Dollywood / Great Smokey Mountains National Forest RV vacation, we stayed at Cave Country RV Campground on day number 2. Cave Country RV Campground is self-touted as "Big Rig Friendly" providing pull-through RV sites for the largest RVs to pop-up campers. They are conveniently located off I-65 just 5 miles from Mammoth Cave National Park and it was only a 15 minute drive to the National Corvette Museum. The office had just closed for the day when we arrived, but registering was still fairly easy via the drop box. As soon as we opened it, we found an envelope with our name on it directing us to our site. Everything about this facility showcases how clean it is. The crushed limestone "streets" are perfectly graded with no ruts, as are the crushed limestone sites. The grass, shrubbery and trees are all neatly trimmed. The office was very neat and organized and there were the typical RV campground sundries for sale inside. Also inside was a cardio room in case you wanted to work up a sweat while on vacation. There was also a comfortable sofa, a big-screen TV and a pool table for guest enjoyment. One of the biggest surprises was how impeccably clean the shower house was. The floors were mopped daily, the showers were spotless and all featured locking doors. There was even a large handicapped shower and restroom. On a side note, in case you don't own an RV or trailer, their "Park Model Rental trailer" is available for those who might be in the market for a cabin rental. I've only stayed in a handful of RV parks in the past few years, but this place is a solid choice and I am definitely a fan.

Beautiful little RV park that is within minutes of adventures! Immaculate property with great management! Large and very level, gravel sites with plenty of grass and shade! We have a 42' fifth wheel and had plenty of room. Easy on and off interstate. Extremely quiet park! Has a small pool and great dog park! It's on our top 10 list and we are full time RVers who travel nationwide. We can't wait to return!

Great location! Clean sites! Large fire pits! Helpful staff! Best dog park at an rv park thus far!

Ladies bathhouse. Handicap shower/toilet room. All shower stalls have locking hard doors...love that!

Do not stay here. Owners said they do NOT need or want new campers they told me on the phone. Very Bad attitude by both co-owners....

The staff really goes out of their way to accommodate you. This was a passing through rv campground…read morefor us. I see staff maintaining the gravel roads that give way to the heavy rains and they make sure the lots are safe. If you're not happy with the site they will find you another one. It's always full during the weekends. There's a short lull and then we get new neighbors sometimes the very same day the last folks left within an hour or so! Beautiful large green area for your dogs to explore. Has large swimming pool, basketball hoop, and put put. Only one laundry facility. It uses CSC Go. You'll see lots of deers when entering or leaving the park so slow down. Glasgow or Bowling Green are your go-to for big stores shopping or groceries about 15-30 minutes away. We got this campsite booked coming back this way again. We'll be back for sure!

We were passing through on our way North and scheduled two night stay…read more The park is fairly close to a main highway that runs through Kentucky and within the Mammoth Cave National Park. Checkin is easy and straight forward, they had us find our own site and call back with number. We found a nice backin, full hookup site in the shade with open space to one side of us. Not all sites have 50 amp, some are 30 amp only, which is not a problem with us, we know how to play the don't have multiple power draws on at the same time game. The park itself was quiet, probably most campers out for the day seeing the sites close by. The park seemed well cared for, newly mowed. It's not a real large park, the long term are separated from those passing through. The laundry in the park was more expensive per load than what is charged in other Thousand Trails Parks, so we waited until our next location. We noticed the pool being filled for the season and that the Mini Golf had be redone. What makes this park special is the proximity to the National Park. The Mammoth Cave, Diamond Cave, multiple hiking and biking trails close by. One trail can be picked up on the main road in front of Diamond Cavern entrance. The trail will take you to a mammoth Cave. We road our bikes on the trail, be prepared for a bit of of a climb, the return is lots of fun with all the downhill. This campground is also close to other caves as well as outdoor activities. We regret we did not schedule more time to explore the area.
