I was so happy to find that the Hilliard location had a larger dining area and was bright and airy! I called my older daughter and with my husband we met there Wednesday night to eat together. My husband and daughter had not had the treat of a great birria taco so I was excited for them to give this a try. The menu has lots of options for birria and we ended up with 2 of us getting the smaller quesadilla and my hubbie getting the 3 taco birria! The order was delivered quickly and I was not disappointed-my memory' of my first taco at the Maize Road location with Gwen was like living it again! The fillings and the consume was perfect! Everyone loved the food and the service was great! I went with a group of six and we were given excellent service. One of the people I went with got the grande margarita and not only was it impressive, he said it was amazing. I was envious and will get one myself next time. The group I went with was majority vegetarian and there is a whole section of the menu available for us to choose from. One person got the vegetarian fajitas and two others got the vegetarian fajita burritos. The food was so good that my friend said that he wished he had gotten another burrito to go. I got the vegetarian chile rellenos and was far from disappointed. The chile was flavorful and filled with cheese, and came with really well spiced beans and rice on the side. I could tell from our experience that anything that you could choose on their extensive menu would be amazing. They also do brunch and we agreed that we will return to try it soon. The milkshake was so delicious they served it in a soda shop glass and left the metal mixing cup. Stromboli was next to none.
