Never write review but if i could do negative stars i would. The short barista lady is a bitch, rude as hell and ruins the whole mood. We sat there and studied for a while and she didn't fail to be rude to every customer that came in. I asked for a Vietnamese coffee and she Said okay what would you like to add and i told her, and then when i went to get my coffee i asked if this is my Vietnamese coffee and she Said no? It's clearly not on the menu. RUDE AS FUCK, not to mention she didn't tell me that when i ordered it so she basically gave me a random coffee that happened to taste like shit. Don't waste your money or time here unless you want to be belittled by a 4 foot barista out of dress code. Disgusting behavior and attitude. She needs to be fired. read more

Coffee is very good and location is cute. Staff is not so friendly or helpful. They have very limited seating area outside. I tried using their restroom to change my baby's diaper and the staff didn't let me so I had to resort to changing her diaper in the parking lot. Was looking to try a new coffee spot in my area and when I walked in with my small dog they told me that she was not allowed and rushed me out. It was weird though that they had dog bowls out in the front so that doesn't really make sense and she yelled it in front of all the staff and whole shop so that was really rude. This shop is really nice! Even though it was a little busy, I was able to find a parking spot and there were plenty of places to sit. The only negative would be the lack of outlets that are accessible. I had to move seats a few times when people would leave to try to get to an outlet. WiFi does NOT work. Talked to the workers there and they admitted they knew that the WiFi didn't work for certain laptops but that they didn't know why. Biggest waste of time coming to do work here and having to leave 20 min later after having bought a drink just to go to a different coffee shop. I visited this location on a Friday early afternoon. We parked easily. Got a flat white; it was solid. I like their Cleo espresso beans. Beautiful space with different seating options. The ambiance is great but the drinks and food that we purchased were "ehhhhhh". I got a sweet chai latte with a blueberry streusel muffin. The chai was watered down and not so sweet and the muffin was hard and dry. My friend got a matcha iced latte with an avocado toast. Her matcha was also watered down so I asked them to add more matcha but ultimately it didn't make much of a difference. She rated the avocado toast 7/10, she said the bread was very tasty. i am redoing this review from the owners reply back to me. Honestly i probably will go to the other location because its not that far from me anyways, Still not sure. But their Coffee is amazing and flawless in everyway. they are On the extremely slow side, this gets Four stars for the way the coffee tastes and the way the place looks and most the employees are great, but the other half act very ditzy, I was extremely upset of how one of the employees reacted when i had went back inside with my 15 week old puppy to let the barista know i will be outside and instead of letting me finish, the other employee, he just told me to go outside in a very unprofessional and rude, not in a discreet way either. Other than that this place is GREAT! Coffee is amazing!! Really needs to be more professional employee wise and train their employees to be nicer to costumers in all aspects. read more

This gem of a coffee shop just opened on Bissonnet about 3 weeks ago. I came in to grab a cup of coffee and ended up talking with the barista about all the different options available for a single cup of coffee. He didn't make me feel less than because I didn't know. He was genuinely interested in having me enjoy the coffee experience. This is a dangerous place for me to work near. The ambiance is fresh and hip with comfy places to sit and work alone or tables, both high and low, to have a meeting. Great coffee shop for working with unique blends of coffee. Normally I drink my coffee with a little cream but this had such a great berry note that no cream was needed. One thing to note is that the internet can be a little finicky, meaning that for a while tech sites like GitHub seemed to be blocked, thus the removal of 1 start. read more

My one suggestion is to make the music a little less loud because a lot of people come here to study and it's hard to focus when the jazz music is blasting.
