We had the best experience with Cody and Brendon. We have had a nightmare of an experience with our new commercial build, with ongoing HVAC issues that have yet to be resolved. CBAC & Heat was recommended to me by a client, so I gave them a call and explained the issues we were having. They were out the very next day, which is almost unheard of with HVAC companies. They went through our entire building, identified the issues they were seeing, and provided a detailed report with solutions. I was able to take that report to the original builder and the company that installed the HVAC system. Because of the details in their report, it was discovered that the original company had installed different equipment than what was in our plans and what we had paid for. I reached out to Brendon to thank him and let him know we would be giving the original company a chance to warranty their work and make things right. The reason we are even at that point is because CBAC & Heat was able to provide the builder and HVAC company with a clear explanation of the problems and a plan of action. After nearly a year of dealing with issues and multiple service calls, this was the first time we felt like we had real answers. Even knowing we were giving the other company a chance to fix the problem, Brendon was kind, professional, and understanding. I truly appreciate the time and effort they put into helping us get to the bottom of the issue. My AC went out suddenly. CBAC had been out about a month ago and replaced the main board....which had been destroyed by dirt dobbers. The men that fixed that board did an excellent job, kept me informed of status and cost. Everything was great until the same unit went dead again .... When the tech arrived, he feared it was a problem with the new board....came in apologetically. But in fact, the blower motor was toast. The tech went about contacting the office indicating the part needed to be ordered. Thought it might take a day or two, but the next morning at 9:00 he was on his way back out here to install the new motor. The part was under warranty (who knew) and only charged me labor. This company, and all of the folks I've had contact with are great with customer service and they do a good, quick, timely diagnosis. As the tech was cleaning up, he noticed filters and offered to change the filters while he was here....one was in hot attic. He left my home clean, worked quietly and quickly and was polite and considerate of the time element because it is so hot right now. Belinda was good at checking in with me, putting my need to the top of the list the next day and did follow up calls to check my satisfaction with the service, offering to do anything else needed. These folks care about the customer. Forget those big guys who think they own the market. Use CBAC instead. You won't be disappointed. read more

We called a few HVAC companies last month when we needed a new AC unit and chose CBAC & Heating. Prices were pretty similar, but their customer service really stood out. Belinda was genuinely caring and even followed up the next day to check in, which we really appreciated. Brendan came out the same day to inspect the unit and ductwork. He was professional, knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions. Dallin and Edgar handled the installation and were on time, professional, and very efficient from start to finish. We have had some quirky HVAC issues for a few years and have had multiple HVAC companies come out to diagnose. None of them ever had a good idea or wanted to take the time to figure out the underlying issue. CB was prompt and responsive when we reached out to them. All of their techs were extremely polite and professional. They diagnosed the issue and came up with a resolution for us. When the dehumidifier they installed had out of the box failure they went above and beyond to diagnose the issue. We were having our maintenance check up performed today by Caleb. This technician is extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He did find some mole around our coils. He showed us pics of the mole and recommended what it would take to fix it. He did not pressure us to buy anything. We are going with his advise to have a UV light installed. Our house is only 2 and half years old and have been using CBAC since over a year ago for their plan. Glad we did since we would have never caught the mold this early. Kevin and Nick just finished up our 6 month tune up for AC and heat. They are both professional, courteous and very politely answered all my questions I asked. I have been using this company for the last 4 years for any issue and 6 month tune ups. They also installed the system needed when I had my attic foam insulated. Great company great technician!!!
