I often was told not to worry about cost or things would be covered only to find out later I was still being charged every time. There was very poor communication in when and what I was being charged. At one point my membership was being charged for 2x in the same for the current month and the next month instead of autodrafting my account on the same day each month. I have since gone else where for my lashes and pay half the cost of the membership at Deka and my lashes are lasting the length of time they are supposed to. If you are thinking of going here, I recommended just looking elsewhere

The very young technician was very kind and asked her coworker if her coworker had ever had any kind of experience with this I make up remover, and the coworker said it irritated her eyes as well. I ended up leaving the salon without having my eyelash lift when I got home I immediately flushed my eyes and found some lubrication and I texted my technician that I needed the back of the product because I needed to make an emergency eye doctor visit and wanted to see how the manager or owner wanted me to handle this and she indicated they were on the phone discussing and someone would call me back it's been 3 1/2 hours and I have not had a phone call from the manager or the owner even to follow up and check on me out of human decency. The Young technician took photos of my eyes and how bad they were in the fact that I could barely open them and they were concerned that I would be able to drive and see, and they were very caring, but the lack of human decency in my opinion, and the fact that the owner or manager hasn't even reached out to call me is horrific it's absolutely the worst possible customer service experience, and they were experienced not to even send me a text message or call after hearing from the Young technician and probably viewing images of my eyes I would not wreck, recommend in my opinion this place of business, based on the sheer lack of human decency and caring represented in this particular incident by the manager and the owner of the store. Why would you not call a person who obviously has had a severe reaction or problems with your product I understand that it's not your fault but be a decent human being, I would not go here in my opinion. They are promoting an advertising and I am expressing my first amendment right and sharing this with as many people as I possibly can and everybody that I come in contact with I will share my personal experience..

I booked a same day haircut appointment online and arrived at the salon around 2:15. The salon is located to the left of Charleston's on Broadway. The entry doors open to a small foyer with two chairs and hand sanitizer. The salon entry is to the left. Once inside, there was ample space for movement with an open concept. I was greeted when I approached the counter and checked in. The lady with the pink hair and big smile let Alex know we had arrived and I was updated that Alex was a little behind. Our appointment started about fifteen minutes late but we were in no hurry. You can't rush perfection and it's three days before Christmas with a same day appointment! My daughter was seated in the chair and we chose a women's cut. I wanted her to feel the difference in a kids cut from Super Cuts and what Mom usually gets at a salon. This included wash, cut, dry, and style. I also let her get her eyebrows waxed. Her total hair loss was about 24" of hair. When everything was said and done my daughter hated it. It wasn't the right "shape". Alex was able to explain things like texture, hair types, and what she can do to get it closer to her photo. She was still unhappy but the feedback was well received by Alex. Remember, our appointment was running behind. With grace and a smile Alex was more than happy to fix it and go even shorter. She gave my daughter the Justin Bieber type cut she was looking for, something totally opposite of the first cut Alex had just completed based off a photo my daughter found online. That folks, is how you get repeat customers and five star reviews. Stressed, pressed for time, and still sweet as can be. Never once did she make us feel any type of way and I appreciate that.
