The convenenience of having Jiffy Lube less than a mile away from my home and office makes it convenient to change my oil at regular intervals. It may cost a bit more, however the service is worth it. The techs are very friendly and efficient, communicate well with each other as they go over the inspection and then go over any findings with you. They even changed an oil plug washer for me as the old one was leaking a little. They deserve a 5-Star review, they did a great job, and had me out in no time!

When I arrived, the staff put me into a bay as soon as I drove up. They began checking my systems, lights, filters, tire pressure, etc... They found my reservation through CarAdvise quickly. They made a couple of suggestions for service beyond the oil change, but applied zero pressure for approving them. The service was extraordinarily fast and everybody had the most polished manners I've ever seen at a service location. Everyone was extremely respectful. The manager Roy made sure I didn't have any questions before leaving and we had a genuinely warm and friendly conversation before he sent me on my way. The location is convenient, the service is quick, and the price that I paid was unbeatable. I highly recommend this Valvoline location for your car servicing needs.

I'm glad I did as there were no lines and I was able to drive right in to the garage. Luckily, they were able to pull my info off of their database. Did the normal check and in about 15-20 minutes later, I was off. They did recommend a couple of things to me, but I declined and they were not pushy at all. This is why it's important to go to the same mechanic because they have all of your records so they'll know what to recommend. Or else they just go off of mileage and recommended services. Or keep a good log of your maintenance. Which I do, so it's not an issue for me. As far as customer services goes, I find that my experience at all Valvoline locations has been great and the advisors easy to talk to.

I checked my dip stick and it was low, looked under my car and I can see the oil drip down. Long story short there oil all underneath my car, like everywhere!!! Lucky i took it to a much more trustworthy shop and there is a video of how they did not tighten the cap. And looking back at my receipt they charged me over $400 for an oil change. They were one of the few shops in the area open on Sunday and I needed a Check Engine light diagnosed. On that visit I did not have work done but received some excellent advice from Abhi one of the managers there. Fast forward to this past week I blew all 4 tires hitting debris on the 405. Rims were jacked as well. Figured I give Big Brand a try since my last visit was pleasant. Had it towed there and once again received excellent service and got a very competitive price on new tires and also they assisted on ordering rims from the dealer. They had given me a quote on after-market rims but figured I'd go with OEM. Big Brand got the rims next business day and even kept the car an additional day while waiting for the adjuster to examine the vehicle. Tires were installed and everything was balanced out and I'm back on the road. They really made an unfortunate experience as painless as possible. They said it would be an hour, so I canceled my plans and waited. I drove less than a mile to the shop, gave them my name and appointment time and they looked at me clueless. Then they said it would be an hour and a half wait because the guy who fixes tires was at lunch. I had already wasted an hour when I could've gone to any other tire shop and been helped immediately. Then the man that was there "took a look", told me I needed a brand new tire, started being pushy and quoted me an expensive price for the next day. He was super condescending about it. I trusted my gut and left to go to another tire shop a block or two away. They helped me right away and patched the tire with no upselling. They had zero mention of me needing a new tire. It's been weeks and my tire is completely fine. Grateful that I got a second opinion. Beware... Their appointments are pointless and they'll potentially try to take advantage of you or upsell. Always get a second opinion elsewhere in that case. ESP if you don't know much about cars like myself and they probably could tell that.

I began speaking with Daniel at JMP, he was nice, courteous n helpful, he offered me a great price. I showed up today, I was a bit confused as to where it was at first, but immediately found it on Lap #2. Lol Along with my oil change they did a multipoint inspection and recommended a few other services that I will have done at a later time.
