I'd spoke with Jesus earlier in the week, as I'm no longer able to get my oil changes during the week since I'm off work at 5 and my regular mechanic runs a veyr busy shop and cannot take me in at 5:30, since he closes at 6. The convenenience of having Jiffy Lube less than a mile away from my home and office makes it convenient to change my oil at regular intervals. It may cost a bit more, however the service is worth it. The techs are very friendly and efficient, communicate well with each other as they go over the inspection and then go over any findings with you. They even changed an oil plug washer for me as the old one was leaking a little. They deserve a 5-Star review, they did a great job, and had me out in no time! read more

Very polite staff and a quick oil change but after driving for two miles I started noticing smoke from under my hood, stopped and opened the hood and a lot of smoke came out due to spilled oil on the hot engine and in the bottom of the engine bay. For $120 this is not what I expected, I have to clean the mess now. read more

Staff is kind and friendly. Abneet was extremely helpful. Bathroom was a bit dirty and doesn't seem to be serviced. They were unwilling to honor any of the coupons I had so most expensive service I've had. They did give me a random discount. It still is more than what others are current charging. I've been going to this Jiffy Lube location for years, so I trusted them enough to take my vehicle in for an oil change right before a cross-country move. That turned out to be a huge mistake. Halfway into my trip, my vehicle completely died in a very remote area. After spending hours stranded on the side of the highway, waiting for tows, and finally getting it looked at by a mechanic, I was told the engine had ZERO oil in it. None. This was immediately after an oil change done at this location. The stress, delay, and ultimately the loss of my vehicle from this level of negligence is unacceptable. An oil change is the most basic service a shop offers, and failing at that put me in a dangerous situation far from home. I'm extremely unhappy and feel obligated to warn others: do not trust your vehicle here, especially if you're about to take a long trip. One mistake like this can cost you far more than just an oil change. read more

This review is for the work I got in June 2023 for Gerardo and Gabriel. I got to give credit where credit is due. Mechanics with quality work and service are hard to come by. I've been to quite a few and unfortunately it's been subpar, things not done when they say they are going to do it and at a decent price without upselling. Hence, Gerardo and Gabriel are good ones, and deliver excellent work and service which provoked me to write a review! They really tried to fix my AC and took the time to change my headlights even after the shop was closed. I appreciate the honesty that they couldn't fix the A/C, pointed out to me what they think is wrong with it and told me what I needed. I don't recommend this specific Jiffy Lube. After getting a nail stuck in my tire due to their facility, they couldn't offer to patch my tire. I originally went in for a quote on an oil change and then it turned into, " well you need three other things done to your car" and on top that off let's stick a nail in your tire so you have more to pay for. I went in Monday afternoon for an oil change. All the staff was nice and quick to complete to service, but were goofing around the whole time. I had no problem with that, it's nice to see people have fun with their co-workers and enjoy their job. The next day I had to drive down to San Diego for work and my car started to overheat. When I stopped to check under the hood I found that the cap to my coolant reservoir had not been screwed back on all the way. I was able to avoid my car completely overheating, but forgetting to make sure that all of the caps are screwed back on correctly shouldn't happen. This could have resulted in my whole cooling system being destroyed and being stranded three hours from home. Luckily my car seems to be fine since topping off my coolant again and making sure the reservoir cap is completely closed read more
