I have Never had such a wonderful experience with a mechanic. It was a pleasure working with them. They told me everything they had to do (took in my old 2012 ford for a total checkup. Greg called me with everything they found and the price before going forward. They are so honest and trustworthy and I had no worries that they werebeing straight with me. Horrible! I got an oil change about a week ago and took my car on road trip. Coming back my check oil light came on. I checked my dip stick and it was low, looked under my car and I can see the oil drip down. Long story short there oil all underneath my car, like everywhere!!! Lucky i took it to a much more trustworthy shop and there is a video of how they did not tighten the cap. And looking back at my receipt they charged me over $400 for an oil change. It's absolutely ridiculous! I suggest never going here so you don't have to go through what I went through! read more

First experience with new ownership shows some organizational issues. I had good experiences with the prior owner Mark for the last couple years of owning my car; he charged very fair prices and was great at informing his customers about what was really necessary. This time I called about routine maintenance, was told there was time for my car today and to bring it in the morning. Confirmed that again today before driving 45 minutes into the Valley to drop my car off, so obviously I was pretty surprised when I told them I was bringing in my car for service today and Jesse (the same person I talked to on the phone) said "oh well you can leave it here if you want to try your luck today, I have three routine maintenances scheduled and other cars too." Not sure why he would tell me to bring my car in today with a full bay and apparently full schedule, it wasted quite a bit of my time. Additionally, I had a similar experience as another reviewer with bad oil change after taking my car for service December 2025. When I went to another local shop for an oil change later they commented on the extreme to which my oil filter was over torqued on. It was so close to destroying the threads they thought it was a DIY job gone wrong. Another one bites the dust. read more

I came here for a smog check that was required by the DMV to register my car. This is the first time I've had to do this for this vehicle and it's been a while since I've done a smog check at all. I got here as soon as they opened and they took the car immediately. The whole process took about 15-20 minutes. My car passed and I paid $58.20 which I considered a reasonable price. I chose this location after reading the reviews, considering how long this place has been in business and it's convenient location. I was treated very well and everything was was explained to me. I originally took my car to the dealer for a dying battery issue. They diagnosed it with a wide variety of electrical problems incl. needing a new ignition lock cylinder, and a long list of other parasitic draws. Total est: almost 3K. None of that felt right for a few reasons I won't bore you with here - so I had it towed over to Mark. Within an hour, Mark diagnosed a bad alternator and a faulty fuse. Car got fixed quickly, and with no add'l problem (parasitic draws were not present, and the ignition cylinder was NOT faulty). And at 1/3 of the cost. Moral of the story: avoid dealerships and just go see Mark. read more

Quality care put into my car. I got it towed in and they fixed the alternator and belt tensioner as well as got my oil changed out the SAME DAY. The prices quoted were what my AAA tow truck driver told me to expect. Mark had diagnosed the correct problem after I had several mechanics trying to figure it out so quickly. He's extremely good at what he does. I never leave reviews but if someone out there is like me and gets anxious when anyone touches their car, TRUST THIS GUY! He is honest and fair with pricing and even spoke to my uncle and boss to further explain the technicals of the issues. Took my car to the shop around 9 AM for diagnostic test which was supposed to take the whole day and cost $238! So I got the work order receipt and left the car at the mechanic shop thinking they will check the car!
