He turned out to be an incredible resource while we were planning our kitchen remodel and trying to land on what specific appliances we'd ultimately purchase. From the start, we really appreciated his no-pressure / consultative approach. He never tried to sell us on anything but he was always available when we had product questions and was quick to share his expert knowledge and advice. Whenever we approached him during our showroom visit, he was super responsive and always got us the answers we needed. Before Ferguson's, we stopped by a more conveniently located appliance store and had a pretty crap experience. The salesperson we approached was too busy surfing the internet at his desk to even get up and help us. He half-answered a couple of questions from his chair before we decided to leave. It wasn't the kind of service I was looking for when I'm trying to spend some $$. (Okay...rant over.) Back to Raj--he made what could have been a pretty stressful and expensive process feel easy like a Sunday morning. He took great care of us every step of the way and we ended up purchasing our entire kitchen appliance package from him: wall ovens, range hood, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Seriously, he made prying open my wallet seem a lot less painful. If you're shopping for appliances, I highly recommend calling Ferguson Home and **making an appointment with Raj**. He genuinely cares about his customers, knows his products inside and out, and makes the whole experience enjoyable instead of stressful. He will take care of you - his customer service is off the charts! Raj - BIG thanks again for an excellent sales experience!

I'm a sucker for household goods stores, so of course I loved this upscale kitchen/home store! My…read morekid purchased her fancy shmancy coffee/espresso machine here, so she knew I'd enjoy checking this place out. And she was RIGHT. Think HomeGoods or HomeSense stores, but much MUCH higher end. That about encapsulates this place. The store itself is one large, open concept floor. It has all sorts of kitchen gadgets and linens, gourmet foods/condiments, patio furniture and gardening accessories, home furnishings and household accessories. Nothing is cheap here, literally or figuratively. Everything is super well-made, but very pricey. My kid saw a pizza platter here for $20 that she purchased the day before at HomeGoods for $4.99. The exact same item. That said, this place carries a lot of brands and items that you cannot find elsewhere, and the staff are extremely knowledgeable about their product lines. I liked their selection of retro wall clocks in a rainbow of colors, each for about $50 (I thought that was reasonable). Also, note that their sale prices on items are excellent deals. And they also carry smaller scale, cute gift things, on carousels by the front counter. I got my friend a cute pair of socks here.

This is all I am going to say fellow Yelpers... This Cutlery Shop is BADASS…read more Customer Service was simply the best... had a extensive collection of vintage cutlery and kitchen paraphernalia. David even had a great sense of humor and also recommend some good local eateries which I tried and now recommend to others. Apparently the place is cool but has thus far wasted a combined hour of my time driving here trying to actually shop. I have money to spend, how do places like this survive? Don't bother calling to see if they're open, they're not, they don't answer if they are. Update: Received a call back. Immediately hung up on me with a very surly "forget it" before I could adjust my volume. Why the fuck would I give this asshole a penny? Rude to his customers, doesn't seem care about his shop, disrespectful of your time. Is this just a retired hobbyist who fucks around in his knife shop when he feels like it? What a joke. Also seen other reviews now saying this guy has made creepy comments on women's bodies. Glad I didn't end up coming here, would have brought a female friend.

I did that and the people at the store were super helpful. Our tank is discontinued but having some great research the ferguson's staff found a replacement. The price for a new tank and inside parts at the big box was $100 or more. I walked out of ferguson happy and only spent $51 and much less time, They let me know to come back if there were any issues. BONUS - they disposed of the broken tank

I contacted the mfg and got a specific part number and told to order through a wholesaler like Ferguson, who probably should have just messaged their rep in the first place. I called and was told they would have to contact a rep for pricing and to give me contact info and they'd get it ordered but it might take a few days, then no contact for a week. I called again and they didn't have any idea what I was talking about, but took my info again and said they would put in an order. Another week went by with no response and I'm pretty sure they blew me off again. I tried calling one time but after about 30 minutes on hold I give up. I ended up going to standard supply company, they took all of ten minutes to get the part ordered and sent me invoices. Apparently I'm not the first person that's had this exact same issue that they've helped recently. They're much more polite and actually seem competent.
