I then decided it was best to purchase a new phone instead. I want to give a shout out to Computing Advisor Spencer Deuel. He was very welcoming and knowledgeable, answering every question I had about the newer I phones in store available to purchase. The transfer of information from my old I Phone11 to my new I phone 15 proved to be quite challenging to say the least (3 hours). I was so impressed with Spencer as he maintained a positive attitude while he navigated every possible solution for a successful transfer of information to the new phone. I respect his commitment to providing EXEMEPLARY customer service. Spencer shares his extensive job experience and is wonderful to work with and should be considered an important asset to his team at Best Buy.

    I wouldn't even give one star! I recently purchased kitchen appliances from Best Buy, including…read moreinstallation, which was covered under my "Best Buy Total" membership. To say that Best Buy messed up the installation is an understatement. The dishwasher's installation was incorrect; the discharge hose was crammed into the cabinet space and not connected, discharging water between my flooring and subflooring, and causing significant damage to my brand-new home. My homeowner's insurance isn't covering damage; they have referred me to Best Buy to recover costs. I had to be out of my house for six weeks, due to the mold, mildew and repair requirements - further expenses. Total damage - $30K+ Best Buy has refused to take any responsibility for the damage or the repair costs, and at this point, won't even respond to follow-up calls or emails. Initially, they tried to blame the installation error on rodents - but couldn't make the case without any nests, droppings, bite marks, etc. Bottom line - they did an incomplete, ineffective job and won't accept the responsibility. So - before you make that Black Friday appliance purchase, please be aware of who and what are coming into your home, and the damage they can do! And - even though Best Buy says "relax - we've got you covered" in their advertising for the "Best Buy Total" membership - it seems they really don't!

The day before pickup, the order still showed on track. On the scheduled pickup day, it suddenly changed to a week out. Strangely, I was offered delivery as soon as the next day for an additional fee. I contacted customer service through chat hoping to understand what happened. The representative was slow to respond, couldn't clearly explain why the pickup date changed, and after a lengthy conversation claimed the order had been updated and would be available for pickup that day. When I asked a follow-up question, the chat was abruptly closed. I then called the store. The first employee I spoke with was not particularly friendly or helpful. Before I could fully explain why I was calling, I was interrupted and spoken over, then placed on hold without any explanation. A second employee eventually took the call and confirmed the item was not actually in the store and that I would need to wait. When I began explaining my frustration with the experience and why the changing pickup date had impacted my plans, there was still no effort to explain what had happened or acknowledge the inconvenience. After I mentioned that I would rather cancel the order, it was canceled immediately without any attempt to address the issue or offer an alternative solution. What bothered me most wasn't the delay itself--things happen. It was the complete lack of communication, explanation, or concern from the three different people I spoke with. No one could tell me why the date changed, no one seemed interested in helping, and no one appeared to care that I had chosen Lowe's based on the promised pickup timeline. If the store manager or owner reads these reviews, my recommendation would be to focus less on the cancellation itself and more on how customers are treated when something goes wrong. Inventory and logistics issues happen. A little communication, empathy, and professionalism would have made this a completely different experience. Disappointing.

This one employee was super nice. I wish I had gotten his name. He got me some band aids and covered my window for me. So whoever this kind person was, thank you.     We recently canceled our cable service and realized our 20 year old Sony flat screen TV and Samsung…read moresmart TV were painfully outdated. We were using Chromecast to stream apps on the flat screen from our phones in the living room and the smart TV in our bedroom had limited apps and no ability to download the ones we needed. With the price of TVs so reasonable nowadays, we decided to shop for new ones. We came in on a Saturday around 1pm. There were quite a few guys working in the TV area, but they weren't overly pushy or anything. Once we decided on the size and brand we were looking for, we asked one of the guys for some guidance. We have large skylights in our living room and wanted a TV that handled bright light and glare issues. A couple of different people lended their expertise and we were able to make a decision on the two TVs we were looking for. They were both on sale too, so that was a bonus! Since it's been awhile since we've bought new TVs and technology is consistently advancing, we asked the LG guy if he could run through the home screen and go over some of the remote control basics. He was more than happy to help us feel more comfortable, and even shared some tips! He assured us it would only take about 10 minutes to set them up once we got them home. While purchasing the TVs, we were able to set up pickup dates. We received text and email notifications once they arrived at the store for pickup. The TVs arrived on the dates as promised and pickup was a breeze. They have quite a few designated pickup parking spots right in front of the store, which proved to be extremely convenient. They helped us load them as well. The LG guy was correct in his setup estimation, it took less than 10 minutes to set up each TV. These TVs are amazing! So many features to get used to. The picture quality is spectacular! I'm hoping these LG TVs last a very long time. We would highly recommend this location!

    This is the worst location I've been to- a million employees and they're never in the section you…read moreneed nor can they help you with anything. Every time I asked someone for help they'd point me to another person and another direction. Simply to exchange my iPad for a larger model. I finally am checking out and realize I never got to pick the color of the iPad the floor worker just chose one and rang it up. I'm frustrated but glad it's over, I get home and they gave me an Apple Pencil that's not compatible with my iPad. I got an adapter cord and still tried plugging it in and it says it's not a supported accessory. An absolutely exhausting experience because now I need to return this pencil. Buy your electronics literally anywhere else and it'll be cheaper with less or no hassle.
