I was also over charged by $100 for the Windows 11. - There were more parts found damaged from being assembled. RAMs look like they were aggressively pushed in. - CPU prong bent. The repair guy I found could tell the computer was placed with the glass down in the car like the NbN worker had done. Legitimately go take your computer to Silicon Valley to have it looked at or a custom one made. Found someone who actually talks to you face to face, is passionate about computer builds, and likes their job. Also respectful to customers. After digging around I found ERIC THE COMPUTER GUY and decided to give him a call. After leaving a detailed message about my problem he called me back immediately. We spoke and he decided he would be able to take over my computer remotely and we set an appointment for the next day, 9:00 am. ERIC called @ 9, took over the controls, uninstalled spyware, reinstalled a newer better version of spyware, removed lingering viruses and gave it a complete tune-up.
