They have missed more deliveries than I care to mention and if they do deliver they never do it on the day you are scheduled so you have to leave the empty out all the time to have them picked up. When I entered the store I was greeted by the janitorial professional I believe her name was milka . Not only did she initiate conversation,she also showed me the coffee ground machine and explained the process as best to her ability. I went here because the station near the Broadmoor Mall did not have a working credit card machine on 1.5.2025. This station only takes bills or coins. Prices for water were... 1gallon = $.35 3 gallons = $1.05 5 gallons = $1.75 Also, ice is not sold here like the other two stations. Water seemingly was leaking at the bottom of the entire windmill formation. Not a fan of this spot.

Fantastic! We had…read moreANOTHER service company for our RO system and water softener for decades, but when we really needed them, they were not there for us. We received a recommendation from a trusted friend to Redbird Water. We started by speaking with Jennifer about a potentially bad head/brain on our water softener. Jennifer was on top of it and had a young man come out within a day to inspect it. It "appeared" to be working after he inspected, took apart and reassembled it. It said it was "talking" to the rest of the system. Jennifer followed up with us the very next day to find out if the softener had cycled as it was supposed to. An apparent glitch in that head/brain said it was cycling, but it was not. Jennifer then offered two solutions, and had someone come out , again within a day, to replace the head/ brain to test it (to see if it was in fact that, or a different issue). She then reached out to us again, the very next morning, to see what was happening. This time it worked! I cannot say enough how pleased we are with the customer service, knowledge, kindness and professionalism of Redbird Water. Our new go-to folks for our RO and water softener maintenance.
