They scheduled our install for the following week, which is unheard of in this post-pandemic world. Randolph and Bryan showed up on time and were quick in their work. They completed the install and clean up by early afternoon and took measurements for a new custom door to cover the HVAC system. Today Andrey came to install the custom door. He was also quick, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. In fact, everyone involved from start to finish was top notch. The entire process only took three weeks, as compared to five months to replace a broken garage door in 2021 and a year to replace our kitchen in 2022. We already trusted Air Stars because we had them install Mitsubishi ductless units 18 months ago in our granny unit (to replace baseboard and wall heaters and to add A/C). Unfortunately I was out of town and could not fix it myself. They were able to get out there and fix the pipe right in less than 3 hours counting some sheet rock removal. I fixed the pipe next to it when back in a couple hours for less than $100 in parts. Realistically the job they did should have cost $350-500, even with quick response and good work, I could see it costing 500-$800 max in todays devalued dollar. They also quoted me $16,000 to repipe the house 1700 square feet house, 4 bed, 2 bath, 2 story. This is also at least double what it should cost, and I got another estimate from another plumber for $5000. So I will be using them instead. In short Linn Benton Plumbing is way over priced. But they do decent work, and plumber that came out was nice to my spouse. I just wish they would not price gouge. Also, they mailed me a $25 gift card after the work. My guess, to butter me up in hopes of a good review. Don't be fooled, save your money.
