A MassDOT driver stopped to check on me and gave me Thomas' number from ADR Towing, saying he'd take good care of me. Thomas showed up quickly, was friendly, and genuinely concerned about my situation. He even looked under the hood and found the issue right away. Unfortunately, it couldn't be fixed on the spot, so he towed me to Eastside Classics (reviewed them as well), where he keeps his equipment. They got right to work on my car and had me back on the road within an hour. What really stood out was that Thomas went above and beyond--he could have just towed me, taken payment, and left it at that. Instead, he made sure I got real help, which saved me from scrambling for a rental the next morning. If you ever need a tow, I can't recommend Thomas and ADR Towing enough.

They were clearly busy and all their tow trucks were occupied, but the owner (I assume he was the owner) was super friendly and responsive - he drove his personal truck over, arrived within 15 minutes of our call, and within 30 seconds he was able to jump-start and get our Land Cruiser up and running again.
