If you want to feel over the moon about your nails services go to CC Moon Spa. Omg from making the appt to walking in and being treated so well. I truly loved my experience and will be coming back. They have great products and the spa pedicure really was so luxurious. I think the way the staff tries to get to know you is so nice because most salons don't even talk to you at all. I enjoyed my time and can't wait to come back

Thank you Chloe from CC moon nails. Chloe answered all my questions because I am still trying to keep up with this new technology for everything. I am over acrylics and also just the regular gel. Chloe was explaining to me that I can grow my own nails. I have heard this before but she explained it well and also was conscious of my budget. This nail salon offers a "membership " which I decided to go ahead and get for $15. It's for various discounts on future visits. I'll be back for sure!

CC Moon Nails has become my go-to in Chino for manis and pedis! This last visit solidified it. Love the neutral color scheme of the place. It's wide and open so you don't feel cramped. The seating is new and comfortable. Every technician I've met is friendly, detailed, and efficient. Today I had Chloe, and she was very nice and gave great recommendations. They have a wide range of color options. Some premiums (additional charge) like cat eye colors are my favorites at the moment. The shine is unbeatable! Wait times are good, I've only had to wait 10 minutes to get seated and 0 the other times. Pricing is reasonable, and they accept many forms of payment. I invested in the annual membership for some cost savings on each trip. I highly recommend checking this spot out!

got a new set of gel x for an upcoming vacation. ($70) Within 3 days the first nail popped off, had to get it put back on somewhere else due to vacation schedule and now within 11 DAYS of application 3 more nails have popped off. I'm not doing any difficult tasks either! One popped off while I was putting on my pants, one fell off when I was sitting on the beach, etc.

I'm such a basic simple nail girl and was very satisfied with their service. Came here for the first time Easter Sunday and had a great experience. Got a gel mani by Ally and a gel French tip pedi but cannot remember her name. Both ladies did a great job and were very kind. They took their time and double checked with me if I liked the shape, length, color, French tip, etc. Will definitely be coming back. I love how my nails and toes turned out. I'm late but I had a not so great experience with chole , my nails looked terrible , I was going to a wedding and had no time for be fixed . I originally asked for an off white color , but didn't seemed like she knew how to do it so I settled for a pink . I wish instead of trying to fill my previous gel x she would've just said I needed a new set .! My nails were lumpy , bubbly and uneven and not the shape requested , and she cut me 3 times with my cuticle CC did ask me to return to fix my nails because of time I had to go , I kinda wanted to chop my losses but I went back and she did make it right , still wasn't the best because she just filled down and replied my color but better then what o left with . My first time today at CC Moon Nails and I must say I was very impressed by Sherry and her work. I got a milky white short square acrylic set with charms. The quality is perfect and is exactly what I was looking for. She is now my "go to" nail tech and I will be coming back soon. The salon is very spacious and clean, there is also a wide variety of nail color selections and various presentable nail charms by my seating which was impressive as well and everyone was so sweet. May is the absolute best and sweetest! I always feel hesitant in showing what design I want because it might be too "extra" but the escitement she had for doing them because they were cute. She slaaaayed my nails, and came out better than the picture I showed her! The time she took and in hand drawing everything, even my zodiac constellation. My favorite set I've ever gotten. All the workers there are all so sweet also. I think ive finally found my perfect nail salon.

I have been on the hunt for a new nail salon in this area and finally I found one that has met my expectations! I asked for a Russian manicure with cat eye polish. I explained beforehand that I would really like a clean, neat job because my previous experiences with other salons have been subpar. CC listened to my concerns and she did a really great job. I expect a certain standard with manicures and they exceeded it! I really appreciate a detail-oriented nail artist who listens to their customers. Other pros about this place: Really spacious, fast service when you enter the door, HUGE selection of colors (especially cat eye), cute decorations, and cool membership offer. I was extremely disappointed in the quality of service. They were not friendly or patient. I showed the nail tech Chloe the picture I wanted multiple times and didn't get what I asked. It was a simple French tip gel x. I walked out with nude pink nails without the French. She kept telling me your nails look better like this without the French. She was pushy and short with me. Like I was inconveniencing her. As I was paying I see sign stating if you leave a 5star review you'll get a free gift- wondering if that's the only reason for some of their 5 star reviews!! My new go-to nail salon! I would always drive by when going to the Target in the shopping center and figured today was the day to try it out. It's so cute, bright & clean inside! It was my first time there. The shop itself is very clean and spacious. I had Chloe for my short nude gel x nails. She was very professional and accommodating to my requests and also got my exact color/ nail combo exactly like my sample. Huge disappointment. Came in on a Saturday afternoon for two deluxe pedicures for myself and my boyfriend. We had an appointment and waited a few mins before being seated in our chairs. It was our first time going to this location, but the pedicure was extremely rushed. My technician didn't scrub my callouses, and when she was applying the nail polish, she asked me to turn off my massage chair. I was a little taken back as I've never been asked to do that at any salon. She also did a really poor job with the polish application. She didn't take the lotion off my toenails so the polish flooded my nail bed. My boyfriend had an ingrown and he states they made it much worse. The lady ended up injuring his big toe and we determined we would never be coming back. I was deeply disturbed by this experience and the price we paid was hefty for the lack of treatment we received. I also didn't appreciate the comments they were making about my boyfriend's feet. They thought we didn't understand what was being said but we understood everything. I would suggest not coming here. read more

I went there to get a nail dip powder nails done but prior to getting the service. I asked for a price, it was going to cost $80 with no tip. $15 for removal of current dip powder nails, $50 for the powder nail only and $15 for cat eye. I didn't get the service it seemed a bit steep. Nice atmosphere, but pricey. Will stick to my current nail salon. read more

This place is the crème de la creme nails spots. They always have specials and they have every kind of color, glitter, design, nail trinket you could ever imagine. PLUS, all the other beauty things like lashes etc. but I just went here today and the girls hooked it up. Gel mani pedi toes had a cute design. I paid a lil extra for design and foot rub and it was WORTH IT. I always tip at least 18% bc after all the girls work hard to make me look fly so don't forget that part. I'll be back for sure!!!! read more

This was my first visit and it was pretty good. A little expensive but it's great quality nails and polish. Service was great as well! Only reason I didn't give it a 5 star review was because my cuticles were cut on 2 different fingers and bleeding. Mind you I'm not making a big deal out of it just wanted it to be known. so i came here almost a month ago and I would say it's a pretty good up to date nail salon. when I first arrived I noticed they were closed which was odd to me because when I called the day before they had confirmed the hours with me. so I waited about 30mins and they finally opened. when you first walk in right away you noticed that it's nice, clean, and very spacious. although i wish they would play some music it's super quiet in there lol. i ended up getting a pedicure took about 40mins. i enjoyed it very much didn't feel like they were rushing me at all. also I would say the prices are pretty decent here i payed $28 for pedicure a little more pricey than the other salon i go to. i do wish to see this place stay here a chino so I would definitely be back and will recommend this place to people read more

I wanted to love this place but after two of my apts my nails have chipped within 1-2 days of getting them done. I love how they do them it's just they do not even last a day and it's frustrating. The time and money I pay for them to chip is not okay. I understand chipping happens so I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt but I must find a new place. read more

I really wanted to like this place. It's close by to where I live and it appears to be clean. First time I went in I loved it and recommended to friends. Second time I brought a friend and a nail tech that was already working on a client (with a very inflamed skin condition) jumped over to start working on me without changing her gloves. I asked her to please change her gloves and she apologized but laughed. I decided to give this place a another chance and the same thing... the nail tech jumped over to me without changing their gloves. What other sanitary measures is this place not taking? This is how serious infection and fungus can spread. Overall pedicures were good. I just don't like taking a risk when it comes to sanitation. read more

I asked for blue and they put 3 coats of it and it still looked horrible. You could see through, I mentioned it while still there and that was the best they were able to do -_-. I got to work later that night and a nail broke off!! I messaged them and they said it wasn't their fault since it was a fill that they did, BUT the nail that broke off was new from them! I had a missing nail when I got there and asked for a fill and a new nail for the one missing..... I paid $38 for the fill and nail repair. I never went back to get another coat. I did however like the way they reshaped my nails, only plus from my experience!

I came here after seeing good results from friends, and I'm so glad I did. The color options were amazing--especially the cat-eye selection. The store is huge and bright with a full wall of gel colors, and they offer tons of designs from simple to festive. My tech was super gentle and detailed, and my nude almond set turned out even better than I expected! so shiny and elegant!
