They're incredibly gentle and thoughtful while working on your nails. I've had rough experiences elsewhere--even to the point of bleeding... but this place is the complete opposite. I ended up getting my nails redone by Hannie, and she was able to recreate the original design I had wanted from the start. They came out so much closer to my inspiration photo, and I was really happy with the final result.
