And you will most definitely see me coming back here. First time I visited, I went right when they opened because I wasn't sure how much of a wait time it could be since I didn't have an appointment. I waited about five minutes before they were able to take care of me. Everyone was polite and friendly. Service was incredibly fast. I think I was only in there for an hour and a half again I only wanted something simple and basic so that also contributed to me not being there long. Fast-forward to about a week and a half I noticed I definitely needed to go in for a fill. This time I did make an appointment for 10:30am, I walked in at about 10:12, I knew I was definitely early but I figured I'd take a seat and look at color options while I waited. I did not wait long however they seated me within three minutes of me being there. So I will most definitely give them five stars for how quick they are. This second time around, I did have a color in mine from the first time I went, and it came out fabulous. The nail technician when he was putting the color on did suggest chrome which I have never tried, and I am most definitely glad he did because the color I chose was definitely lighter than what I chose the first time and with the chrome it just made my nails look simple and clean but with a little bit of shine. Definitely love that as soon as you come in the atmosphere and the vibe is completely great. They sit you down and they ask if you would like anything to drink which I love. I usually don't say yes, but I love that they ask because it's just extremely polite of them. My only caveat and I think I might be the only one is, I do wish they would play something else on the TV that they have in there, the two times I have gone they have this baking show which seems great, but I do wish they would play some kind of chick flick or a romance movie or a movie in general rather than a baking show haha. All in all I'm definitely going to keep coming here! I am looking forward to scheduling my pedicure hopefully soon I have not had one since I was a little girl so I'm very much excited. I didn't feel any discomfort at all, and Dee was very careful and paid attention to the details. I've been to Jenny's Nail several times before. Some nail techs did a great job, while others were just okay, so I was always a little hesitant about coming back. But after having my pedicure done by Dee, I definitely feel like I'll be coming back for my nails again. Great technique, very professional, and just the right amount of conversation. One time I walked in just asking for help removing leftover product from ONE nail because I couldn't do it myself after trying multiple times at home. Honestly, most places would probably charge for that, but they helped me and didn't charge me anything. I ended up giving a $5 tip (I hope it's enough ) because I appreciated the kindness so much -- and at that point I had only visited the salon once before. After that experience, I stopped going anywhere else. Every time I come in, they are patient and never make me feel rushed, even though I can be very picky about choosing different colors for each nail. Other salons often act annoyed or charge extra for everything: more colors, dip, French tip... suddenly everything becomes "$5 more." Here, the pricing feels fair and the service feels genuine. My nails were looking pretty rough, so not only did she do a great job she game me some times on how to keep nails healthy and to get them to grow. Mary was also there today, also very sweet. I plan to come back next week for a pedicure with her. Salon is very quiet and clean and very beautiful. I love that I can come on my lunch breaks and be helped out right away. Always great service, there are only a few techs here so always best to call before you come. Some confusion is the sign on building shows something differently then what is listed on yelp.

She ended up cutting me, and instead of addressing it properly, she kept stretching my toes in ways they are not meant to stretch and repeatedly applied random products to stop the bleeding. As someone who is 8 months pregnant, I had to ask what she was putting on my skin, and she could barely understand me. I asked the gentleman at the front if there was more than one Kim working there, and he said no. There is absolutely no way this is the same Kim from the reviews. The experience was rough, careless, and honestly concerning. This was by far the worst pedicure I've ever had--and for $65, it was completely unacceptable. I came in around 3 PM for a simple acrylic removal, and unfortunately, this was one of the worst…read morenail experiences I've had. One technician started removing my acrylic, but after about five minutes, I was switched to another technician. The first technician was using a nail drill that looked like a barrel bit , while the second technician used a sanding bit. Once acetone was applied, the acrylic on my right hand came off fairly easily. My left hand, however, was a completely different story. Because of the way the acrylic was filed down, the second technician had to repeatedly file my left hand to get the remaining acrylic off. Instead of safely removing the acrylic, she over-filed my natural nail, especially my thumb. The side of my nail was left extremely thin and it is now VERY painful. The difference between my two hands is obvious in the pictures. I understand that nail removal can take time, but there is a big difference between safely removing acrylic and over-filing someone's natural nail to the point that it becomes extremely thin and painful. I am very disappointed with the service and how the situation was handled.

As you can see in the photo, my nails are noticeably slanted to one side, making them look uneven and poorly done. It's clear that proper shaping and application techniques were not followed. Builder gel should look smooth, symmetrical, and well-structured, but this was far from that standard. My nails also hurt/burn from filing. I'm honestly upset with the poor quality of the work.
