This place was suggested to me on a Facebook group. Before visiting here, I have not gotten my…read morenails done professionally in about three or four years. And you will most definitely see me coming back here. First time I visited, I went right when they opened because I wasn't sure how much of a wait time it could be since I didn't have an appointment. I waited about five minutes before they were able to take care of me. Everyone was polite and friendly. Service was incredibly fast. I think I was only in there for an hour and a half again I only wanted something simple and basic so that also contributed to me not being there long. Fast-forward to about a week and a half I noticed I definitely needed to go in for a fill. This time I did make an appointment for 10:30am, I walked in at about 10:12, I knew I was definitely early but I figured I'd take a seat and look at color options while I waited. I did not wait long however they seated me within three minutes of me being there. So I will most definitely give them five stars for how quick they are. This second time around, I did have a color in mine from the first time I went, and it came out fabulous. The nail technician when he was putting the color on did suggest chrome which I have never tried, and I am most definitely glad he did because the color I chose was definitely lighter than what I chose the first time and with the chrome it just made my nails look simple and clean but with a little bit of shine. Definitely love that as soon as you come in the atmosphere and the vibe is completely great. They sit you down and they ask if you would like anything to drink which I love. I usually don't say yes, but I love that they ask because it's just extremely polite of them. My only caveat and I think I might be the only one is, I do wish they would play something else on the TV that they have in there, the two times I have gone they have this baking show which seems great, but I do wish they would play some kind of chick flick or a romance movie or a movie in general rather than a baking show haha. All in all I'm definitely going to keep coming here! I am looking forward to scheduling my pedicure hopefully soon I have not had one since I was a little girl so I'm very much excited. The owner is genuinely kind and treats customers more like friends than clients. One time I walked in just asking for help removing leftover product from ONE nail because I couldn't do it myself after trying multiple times at home. Honestly, most places would probably charge for that, but they helped me and didn't charge me anything. I ended up giving a $5 tip (I hope it's enough ) because I appreciated the kindness so much -- and at that point I had only visited the salon once before. After that experience, I stopped going anywhere else. Every time I come in, they are patient and never make me feel rushed, even though I can be very picky about choosing different colors for each nail. Other salons often act annoyed or charge extra for everything: more colors, dip, French tip... suddenly everything becomes "$5 more." Here, the pricing feels fair and the service feels genuine. Love this place and highly recommend it!!

Today I had the pleasure of getting my builder gel manicure with the sweetest women on Early names Elaine. She was so sweet and friendly, I felt an instant connection with her when I met her today. My nails were looking pretty rough, so not only did she do a great job she game me some times on how to keep nails healthy and to get them to grow. Mary was also there today, also very sweet. I plan to come back next week for a pedicure with her. Salon is very quiet and clean and very beautiful. I love that I can come on my lunch breaks and be helped out right away. Always great service, there are only a few techs here so always best to call before you come. Some confusion is the sign on building shows something differently then what is listed on yelp.

The reason why I stick to my spot is because my pedi can be stretched to a month if needed. Given my budget. No chipping. Mainly because I heard an older woman that was getting a pedicure done being extremely rude to a nail technician. I was shocked at the audacity some people have to talk to others that way. The nail technician that she was being so rude too handled it in a much better way than I would have. I hope you ladies know what a great service you provide and that it's not okay for anybody to talk to you in that manner. I will be back here for future services!

The nail techs are talented, pay close attention to detail, and consistently do beautiful work. Unfortunately, I developed a nail fungus on one of my nails, and during subsequent appointments I noticed they continued using the same tools on my infected nail before using them on my healthy nails. They also dipped the same polish brush into bottles after using it on the infected nail. That raised serious concerns about sanitation and infection control, and it made me question whether the salon follows the cleanliness standards it advertises. Another downside is the pricing. While I generally feel the quality of the work justifies the cost, I was surprised to be charged an additional $10 for filing during a fill. Filing is a necessary part of a fill because the nails have grown out, so it feels like a basic component of the service rather than an optional add-on. Charging extra for something so fundamental comes across as excessive. I genuinely like this salon and want to continue supporting them because the artistry is excellent. However, I believe the sanitation practices--especially when dealing with nail infections--need immediate attention, and some of the add-on fees should be reconsidered. These are issues that affect both customer trust and health. I also hope it's the same salon I'm referring to because the photos of the interior do not match the salon on Ramona. Are there two?

I went here after the place I found last month had an hour wait. This was my first time here so I…read moreasked for the prices of a gel manicure, gel pedicure, and callus remover. Out of 3 places that I have been to for the last few months, this place was the most pricey and they charge for everything. A regular pedicure was $27 but if you want gel they charge a total of $15 more while most places charge $10 more. Gel remover is extra even if you're still getting gel, $2 more if you're using a card to pay unless you zelle them. It was $82 for the service (gel pedi $42, gel mani $35, callus remover $5) and I tipped them a total of $16. I had to split among 3 people instead of the usual 2 because the lady working on my manicure couldn't spend 10 more minutes to finish painting my nails. She wanted to get started on another client so she ended up getting less tip. Ultimately I did end up liking the color I got after trying on a handful of colors and I did receive a bottle of water while I was there. The workers here prioritize talking in Vietnamese the whole time versus socializing with their customers. Although I understood what they were saying, I didn't engage too much. Vietnamese-owned salons should realize that workers talking in their native language for an hour straight while 80% of their clients don't speak the same language isn't an ideal environment. The store is called organic but honestly I didn't see exactly what was organic about their products. They use exactly the same nail polish brands as any other shops. I may or may not return.

I called and I explained the situation and asked for a refund because I'm going to have to go get my nails redone. I'm pretty sure if 3 have fallen off in 1 day, the rest are bound to come off too. It's pretty frustrating because i spent nearly 2 hours at the salon, tipped my technician $20 because i actually felt bad for her, and it was just a waste of time. Sarah said they are not able to refund me but can fix my nails. If you want to fly out to Orlando to do so, please be my guest. This is simply ridiculous.
