I'm generally not picky when it comes to my nails, but my recent visit was extremely disappointing. I had a builder gel service done by Jade, and unfortunately, the service felt rushed and lacked the care and attention to detail. As you can see in the photo, my nails are noticeably slanted to one side, making them look uneven and poorly done. It's clear that proper shaping and application techniques were not followed. Builder gel should look smooth, symmetrical, and well-structured, but this was far from that standard. My nails also hurt/burn from filing. I'm honestly upset with the poor quality of the work. I would not recommend Jade. read more

My toes actually hurt after the pedicure and this was not a relaxing pedicure, the male nail tech was very rough the way he handled my feet and in the service in general. I generally get hard gel overlay on my natural nails. My most recent manicure at this place was about 3 weeks ago. Generally, the hard gel that they use tends to fall off my natural nails after 2-3 weeks. Oddly, I've never had this experience before at other salons. After the hard gel came off my thumbnails, I saw the green-blue problem on my nail bed. I will be seeing a doctor for a proper evaluation. I am concerned about the actual hygiene and skill set of this place. I do not recommend this nail salon. This pedicure was nothing short of a disaster. The glitter gel polish wasn't just overdone--it was clumpy to the point of absurdity, as if sothought piling on layers of red glitter would distract me from the rest of the mess. Spoiler: it didn't. The nail shaping was an absolute joke. My big toes now look like jagged mountain peaks, while the smaller nails were shaped inconsistently, with no care or precision. It's clear that attention to detail is not a priority here. She also burned the LIFE out of one of my toes by getting a glob of gel polish on my skin and proceeded to put the lamp on it without wiping it off, didn't realize till I felt my skin SINGEING OFF. When I expressed my dissatisfaction to the manager, I was expecting a refund, which I think anyone in this situation would agree was deserve, rejected due to company policy. I was open to the manager redoing them but when I requested early morning and she offered to "fit me in" at 11 a.m. the next morning I felt cornered , that's not early morning. Unfortunately, that time wouldn't work for me, and I didn't feel there was any flexibility or effort to accommodate me further. I was left with no resolution except the realization that I had wasted my time and money. Paid full price, and felt the inconvenience wasn't properly addressed So here's my honest review, If you're looking for a salon that delivers sloppy, amateurish work and poor customer service, this is the place for you. It was my first time here and I'm never coming back. I've been getting my nails done for years and I never had someone be so aggressive while filing my nails and aggressively turning my hand left & right. The aggression started with my soak off, she kept pulling my fingers while taking off the tinfoil on my nails (if you get soak offs you know that there's no reason to be pulling the finger) she seemed SO bothered to do a soak off service. That was a red flag for me already, and I already started to feel unwelcomed and discriminated. When it came to start on the full set she still being aggressive. And she knew what she was doing because she kept looking at me after she would aggressively handle my hands to see if I was looking at her. I don't know about you but that's NOT okay. I use my hands for work and I came to this salon after work and the last thing I needed was getting mistreated during my service. My hands and thumbs were aching after I left. If she was having a bad day and taking it out on a customer she needs to learn how to control her self and how she treats people's hands. It's a luxury to get your nails done and you're suppose to feel welcome and relaxed. She also redid my pinky nail but it looks like it has 2 different colors of white and looks patchy. First and last time. My daughter and I were desperate to get in to an early appt. This place was available and decided to try. From the start when asked which service I'd like, I went with the basic. She seemed bothered. My pedicure tech gave ZERO effort on scrubbing my heels. My pedicure literally lasted about 15 minutes. The tech my daughter had started her pedicure without asking what service she'd like. When asked which service she was getting, the tech literally threw herself back in the chair and sighed! They were talking badly about me right in front of me assuming I didn't understand Vietnamese. I asked for a simple design using a photo as reference and was willing to pay the price. I have been going to glowzy nail since the opening of the facility. After my lady left I was having nothing but stress every time I go there. Kathy pick and chooses who she wants to be nice with, and I was not one of those people. I pay a lot for my nails to get done and I don't complain but this time out did them all. I made an appointment with one person and Kathy chooses to give me someone else. I was not happy, the products that she uses is of poor quality. My nails did not last one week, from the first day it chipped. Even when Kathy does my nails she does not do a good job, she does not value your time, she is always late. she wants to sell you products that you dont use. she puts more emphasis on others and not me, she treated me like I dont belong.
