The young man working seemed very knowledgeable and experienced in proper and accurate sizing/drilling. I had 3 brand new balls that needed to be drilled. He measured my hand multiple times and throughout the drilling process. The whole process took about an hour and a half (maybe 2 hours), but I felt confident that it was done effectively with a minimal chance of needing adjustments in the immediate future. He did this working past their closing time. It was nice to witness that type of work ethic and I surely did appreciate it. It was fairly priced considering the meticulous effort that was applied. I've since been bowling a few times since then and my grip still feels good. Will return here should I need any work done on my gear.
