I've seen this store around for years but didn't go in until recently, when I needed a new pair of shoes. The women's section did not post prices (minus one star). I was looking for shoes with a larger toe box, so I ended up in the men's section. There, the prices were clearly listed. Not sure why they wouldn't list prices in the women's section, except may those prices are high? I was pleased with the prices in the men's section. They were very reasonable. The staff was quiet and unintrusive. I did not ask them for help and they did not follow me around, but I did feel as if they noticed me, as I was just about the only customer in the store. I found what I was looking for. It was not on sale, but for the ridiculously low regular price (considering the brand), I feel like the store is a hidden gem. Workers let us stand at the register while they are talking instead of helping us. They never asked us to come to their register. The one lady working the register is helping someone. The other 2 girls still talking. When new customers come they start helping them while we're standing and waiting. Just picked up two pairs of sweet kicks! I picked up at the "buy one get one 50% off" section. A nice girl working asked if I needed help with shoe sizes and also mentioned that area had the half off deal. I was checking out with Andrew who was also very polite and he did ring me up for regular price on both but when I mentioned to him I got the shoes in the clearance section he corrected the price. Management should correct that so the reps don't have to and so customers aren't misled (hence the minus one star). But I'm a happy customer that he honored the deal since both shoes were in that clearance section. Great selection too! read more

I recently ordered a pair of Vans through WSS website and received my package over the weekend. I was surprised to open the package and find that one of the shoes was outside of the box along with drug paraphernalia with residue. I do not appreciate this kind of package being delivered to my home as we have smaller children in the house and can't imagine if they were to open this package. I do not know what kind of business this is that this company is running but may need to get authorities involved. Update: I received a response the same day saying that a investigation would take 24-72 hours. After 72 hours, I sent a follow up email and there was no response. I contacted them after the holidays, spoke with a CSR who informed me that the investigation is still ongoing and requested for them to escalate the call and was put on hold. Disconnected call. Very disappointed with the service provided and will not be ordering through their website again. On top of that, please check your packages before hand in case you come across this. read more

Horrible customer service nobody trained people to help people they are so rude they don't talk to you whit respect

Prices were ok but what killed it for me was the customer service or lack of. Not once was I asked if I was finding everything ok but the only time an employee approached me was to inform my wife that she'd have to leave her purse up front along with my daughters. Even after placing it in my car because that is what I felt would be a better option I was still being stared at as if I was shoplifting up until I walked out the door driving off . I understand your business has been hit by thieves before but customers with a purse are not all stealing, and the approach you maintained throughout my time there was just a joke if I were stealing I'm sure your alarm would go off or please let me know where you assumed I would have hidden these things with nothing but my cellphone and keys in hand?! Email says I can do curbside pickup, I get there and there's no curbside pickup. Hey corporate, update your email templates if that's not the case anymore. Great quality shoes but the overall vibe in the store isn't the best. Second time shopping there and I felt like I was being watched the entire time and all the employees seem very nervous. I would suggest having a team meeting about diversity and inclusion and also learn more about customer service skills. I am so embarrassed by this business being located in Corona. No one greeted us as we walked in. A few associates that were walking around seemed to be more interested in what the other coworker did this week or what they will be doing this weekend. After 10 min of us walking around I decide to ask the guy at the front who was busy holding up the building while leaning on it where I can find some gym shoes? He started walking me to a location but instead, just pawned me off to the next associate and said "you got this?" Meaning could she take over because he didn't want to help us. Well the girl was NO BETTER at all! As I asked her a few questions about a certain type of shoe, she looked confused by what I was needing, so her immediate response after looking confused was, "well pretty much, it's whatever u like!" Well, I like a lot of things but it doesn't necessarily mean that they would be appropriate for what I need them for. Customer service SUCKS HERE!! Might as well have the store empty without associates because all they're really doing is getting paid to do nothing, the associates are more like security guards to make sure no one steals because God forbid someone actually needing help here. WANA-BE COP AT THE DOOR! Went in there today for the first time. It's okay for a shoe store. What frustrated us is that we went to the counter to pay for shoes that were priced at $49.99 and the cashier was charging us $64.99. So we brushed it off. What made us uncomfortable was the wana-be cop at the door. He kept looking at us like we were trying to steal. When we were done trying on shoes. I ordered and paid for a pair of shoes online two weeks ago. The only email I received about the order said they'd be in store for pickup in 3-5 days. After two weeks and no other emails from WSS, I called the customer service line, from only email I received. The man I spoke to helped me out immensely and was super kind. So for HIM I give five starts. But I give zero stars for the store in corona on sixth street. They answer the phone in a super soft spoken voice like this, "hello." How about "thank you for calling WSS, how may I help you?" After finally getting through to him he told me he'd get someone to help me. I hung up after ten minutes of being on hold and called back. The same guy answered and put me on hold again. Finally some girl gets on the phone and tried to help me. Then soft spoken dude got back on the phone and confirmed my order had been there for a few days for pickup. You can tell these folks don't enjoy their job. This is my first experience with this company's and maybe my last :(( What happened to disorient service?!!!! Or just basic manners and friendliness?!! Horrible customer service at this location! I came in last week to purchase some white t shirts which is something I do on a weekly basis except I usually go to the one in Victorville but since I was down visiting my sister I came here well when I say I have never been so offended in my life by the way these employees all treated me they followed me around the store like I was going to steal something and when I asked for help with an item the employee stated the load comes when it comes I don't know what to tell but if it's not out here we don't have it he didn't say hey let's go upfront and order it for you but instead just continued to watch me from a distance as if I was going to steal something but let me point out the fact that I wasn't wearing a backpack nor purse baggy clothing or anything that would be able to hide merchandise on my person actually I was wearing brand new Air Force ones and all brand new clothing on my body but for someone reason I was treated like a person of interest now I don't know what brought this on or if this is how this store conducts business but I've never had this issue in any other wss location NEVER not only that the cashier was not very polite she didn't greet me say thank you have a nice day or anything but yet I continued to be courteous because that's who I am as a person now I know everyone is entitled to a bad day but this was just plain and simply ridiculous how all these employees treated me and made me feel all I know is I will never shop at this location again I will stick to my great friendly courteous staff at the Victorville location I hope this review reaches management and they have a talk with their employees about profiling their customers especially ones that are faithful customers like myself read more

Cashier didn't know how to count cash...she walked away as I approached and left me waiting by the registers for a good 3 or 4 minutes before helping, without apology.
