I have been looking for a new 2018 Suzuki Burgman 650 for the last two weeks. I have been doing serious online research to find a one still on a dealer's floor as Suzuki stopped making them for 2019. I had to search for one still available at a dealer and I was expecting to have to drive a long way to see one! I did locate two. Both were about an eight drive round trip from where I live...in opposite directions. I called each and I asked them for quotes for these scooters. They rather quickly provided me very great numbers on their quotes by email. While thinking about have to drive that long to purchase on, I decided to do more research, when I remembered that CC Powersports was a Suzuki dealer..among the other numerous bike brands they sell. What was great was that they are only 45 minutes from me as they are located in Clarksville, Indiana. I called them and asked for "Sales" and they forwarded me to "Jordon". After being advised they had one on the floor, I did drive to CC and met with Jordon. He is a very pleasant young man and he worked very hard to get me on that Burgman... He also knows what he is doing. After talking a bit...He sold me the bike, and at a very competitive price... and I'm not an EZ sell!!! 05/03/2021. My husband was wanting a Honda Pioneer 520 utility vehicle. After much research, we ended up at CC Powersports, since it was the closest location to our home. We worked with Jose Gonzalez. Due to the Covid pandemic, there was none to be seen, but, Jose let us know, he had one on order and was coming soon. This was back in February, he was honest with us and told us this was the only one coming and if we wanted it, we needed to make the deposit that day to hold it. We decided to make the deposit. We usually checked in with Jose every few weeks to check the status of delivery. When we stopped by, he showed us on paper where our Pioneer was. It took until 04/28/2021, to finally get the call it was in. We picked it up on 04/30/2021. Jose was not there BUT he told us to talk to JB .. she was excellent. Went over the Pioneer, we got a tour of service, parts, accessories etc. We finished out transaction quickly and efficiently, and off we went with our Pioneer. From our first text , phone call and the many text I sent him he answered each and everyone and promised me a better deal than what I has quoted from other dealers. I bought a '16 Polaris Sportsman 570 Touring from CC on April 23rd. Great experience in every way. Shopped for 2 months and was willing to drive 3-4 hours to get the best deal. My salesman was Todd. I bought new indian chieftain, worked with us on price, stayed late to finish paperwork on derby day. Made all changes we wanted done to bike before we brought it home. Took bike back a week later for first service, thought I would have to leave it, because it was late afternoon, they took it right in and done service. They got it done in 1 1/2 hrs. For equipment and gear, I'd recommend Dreama Brown. Dreama is probably one of the nicest ladies I've ever met and after buying equipment from her department she gave me hugs. The only reason I'm leaving 1 star is because there is no way to leave 0 stars. The people who work here are lazy, rude, slow, and inconsiderate. They have no consideration for other people's time and sat around and smoked cigarettes and played on there phones instead of being helpful. Terrible place. read more
