    profoundly bad in service, customer service, client management, and I would assume product, though…read moredespite attempting for three weeks to have something printed I am not able to comment on the final product as I never received it In response to the owner: Your job was unfortunately below our minimum and we had made an exception to try to help you out (even though it was not beneficial to our company). -- You quoted me the price you thought was fair. I didn't ask for a discount, or come with any expectations around pricing. If you provided me with a quote that was below your profit margins that was a bad business choice on your part and had nothing to do with me. We provided the payment form, but you did not want to use it causing delay. -- You asked me to email you my banking details, which is so incredibly irresponsible. You tried to reach us during the lunch hour unsuccessfully and tried the exact same time the following day that is still during lunch. --I have called 4 times over the last three weeks, ranging from 11:20 AM and 3 PM - each time I was either told that no one was in the office who could run payment details but you could write it on a piece of paper (again the disrespect for for banking security my gosh.) or didn't I get an answer. I do highly suggest you hire someone who can help you with your business processes and educate you on banking security basics.

    I cannot think of any customer service experience I've ever had that left me so surprised. Not just…read moresurprised... I was absolutely taken aback by how well-treated I was. I came in with a modest, personal project and an entry level understanding of print workflows. Rose, the owner, and Daniel, the in-house designer, were exceedingly helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. They were also frighteningly FAST. Other printing services I had been looking at were giving me guaranteed Christmas Eve delivery dates for projects turned in by December 7th. I first contacted Rose on Tuesday, December 3rd and the project was finished that Friday. I gave them my files on Wednesday morning and received a digital proof that afternoon. The next day, Daniel drove to my office to show me three different hard copy proofs and let me keep the two options I didn't choose for posterity's sake. Daniel also delivered the final order to my office, which was super helpful because I bike commute and would've had a very hard time getting to their location during business hours. :) This was a mass produced Christmas present project. Without Agility, I think Christmas would've been ruined. Well... maybe not ruined, but I wouldn't have had any presents for my family.

I've never worked with printing companies first hand but I think these guys have set the standard of what I expect in the future if I should ever use anyone else. From drafting a design, to the speedy production, to the quality finished product, everything was great! Everyone at the event loved the slap bracelets they made. The quality was excellent as well.     I am here sometimes multiple times per week getting things printed for work. I have gotten…read morepostcards, poster boards, copies, small signs, business cards, and more printed. They are almost always ready same day! I place a quick order online and they call me when it's ready. The employees are friendly and very patient. I feel bad for all the crazy shipping things they deal with, but I am always just there for a quick prepaid order pick up. This parking lot is a disaster. You can't really turn left to get out because of oncoming traffic, so I always turn right and loop around in Walmart's parking lot. There used to be a tree right in front with hundreds of birds in it and bird poop everywhere. They cut the tree down and cleaned it up, and now it looks way better. Their space is clean and well organized for all your postal requirements. This trip was an easy in and out for me. I needed some important documents to be sent out. I had to briefly wait in line and then send my item. The shipping label had been sent to me and I printed it myself, so there was no reason for there to be an issue. I was able to hand my stuff over and they asked if I wanted a receipt, which yes, I needed to keep track of this stuff as much as possible so I could get an important payment sent to me, and then head on out my way. The paperwork arrived in great time and I was cleared to get my money. I'd come back if needed a FedEx again.

The employee, Tonya, responded by ordering me to leave the store and threatening to call the police. I did not raise my voice or behave aggressively. The employee was attending to non-customer tasks at the time. Ejecting a paying customer and threatening law enforcement without cause is unacceptable and damaging to the UPS Store brand. I am requesting owner review and confirmation of corrective action UPDATE: I have already submitted a formal complaint via email and to UPS corporate offices. Corporate representatives assured me this incident would be handled and confirmed that the behavior described does not represent UPS standards. For context, I have been a regular customer of this neighborhood UPS Store for over 10 years, with hundreds of visits. During this incident, a new individual, whom I understand may be associated with a recent acquisition of the store, informed me that I was "no longer allowed to enter her store," despite my calm demeanor and longstanding customer history. This statement was made publicly, causing several customers to leave the store in visible discomfort and astonishment. This is not "her" store. It is a neighborhood store that I have supported for over a decade. The conduct was inappropriate, unwarranted, and entirely unacceptable. As a customer who visits this location multiple times per week, I am requesting reassurance from the owner of this establishment that appropriate corrective action has been taken and that I will not be placed in another uncomfortable or hostile situation upon returning. At this time, I do not feel comfortable coming back without confirmation that this issue has been addressed..
