Here with my buddy Tim. king size bed nice size room very nice property well kept with plenty of employees to keep things. Neat clean tidy, and up-to-date would definitely come back! Many rooms have been updated and this project is ongoing. The staffing guest couldn't have been nicer.

The property is perfectly maintained and rooms have been nicely updated. Our last trip was perfect. It was our first trip with a newborn which was nerve wracking. We had called in advance and requested our rooms be ready early, and that our rooms be near my parents room since they were traveling with us. I have made similar requests at other Bonvoy properties before and have almost always been severely disappointed. That was not the case here. Our rooms were ready when we arrived at noon, and we even received an upgrade due to our Bonvoy status. The front desk manager was so professional and kind! I was blown away when we arrived in our room and they had left the sweetest gifts for our son since it was his first trip. Touches like this are what make the Ritz Carlton brand legendary. Our entire stay was excellent. We enjoyed the pool and had the best service for drinks and lunch. We celebrated our wedding anniversary at The Edge. As always, the service was wonderful and the food was delicious. We only visited for one night, but everyone had the best time and felt relaxed heading back to reality.

We had paid the extra $40 or so to get a room on the second floor and to our surprise, the double queen room came with a nice natural spring tub and was very spacious. The pools are open late with the back part closing at midnight while the main pool and hot spas are always open. We were able to go to the pools late at night and early in the morning and it was nice to have the room right there. We saw a few people who just got the day spa passes asking about the rooms and expressing regret that they hadn't just booked rooms here. Everything was really nice including the staff and service when we ordered food and drinks near the poolside. The skyline is beautiful and to be there on July 4th, we could see the fireworks in various parts of the sky. There is plenty of parking but it is a little odd of a location as it is mainly in a residential neighborhood with a few options for food. But they maintain the property well and it was a beautiful stay at a reasonable rate. We would recommend staying here!

We had parked in the back of the parking and lot and walked into the lobby area. We decided to pay for their day pass to everything at the spa, minus the massages and facials. The day pass was roughly $75 which gave us access to their mineral pools, main pool, and reflexology pool. As part of our day pass, we also had been given a locker that had a robe and slippers inside. You get charged an extra fee if you do not return these items. It was a hot weekend in Indio, but being in the hot water made it feel extreme! I was also to try their small mineral pools, bigger pool, and their reflexology walk - the walk was my favorite! My rating stems from the lack of service while we were here. Yes, the waters are great, but the service was subpar. The girls and I were there for about five hours, but were not asked about drinks or snacks once. There was a lady walking around giving beverages and taking orders from other guests, except us. It was saddening that they didn't come up to us, so we did leave earlier than expected. This was a unique experience, and it's quite decent if it's your first time. I don't think I'd come back for a second time.

Pros: the One Bedroom Villa is generously sized at 800 sq. ft. and includes a full kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, as well as washer and dryer, along with a separate living and dining area. We both had king sized beds with huge closets and a bathroom to share between the bedrooms. The small seating area with couch and a small dining table with 4 chairs was between the bedrooms in front of the bathroom. The kitchenette included a medium sized fridge/freezer and sink with a Keurig coffee maker. It would have been better if they added a small microwave as well, I felt it was the only thing missing. My room with the balcony facing the street also had a wireless charger and sound machine. What a great touch. My friend took the front bedroom with the view of the pool. Both bedrooms had TVs and ceiling fans. The robes were also perfect! I brought my own hotel slippers. Pool area lacked a little bit more of shade but that's a personal preference. It's so nice that the pool and hot tub was open 24/7! The pool bar is so nice to have for a smaller resort like this. It definitely made our experience better! Based on the photos, it didn't appear…read moreto be a place we needed to be particularly concerned about--it looked like it would at least meet the basic necessities for a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, the experience was far below even those expectations. After a long drive, we arrived for check-in and were told that the AC in our suite was not working and that we would instead be placed in separate rooms. Since we were traveling together, we were not comfortable being separated. The front desk associate was also extremely rude and told us that because the manager had moved us, she could not place us in another room comparable to what we originally booked. She said the only option was separate one-bedroom rooms. We asked to speak with the manager, and once he became involved, he immediately instructed the front desk to put us into another room--apparently a two-bedroom room was available after all. I'm still not sure why we were initially told that wasn't an option. Unfortunately, the problems continued once we got into the room. I found visible stains on the sheets, and there was a large, dark footprint on one of the supposedly fresh towels. I have stayed in hotels, Airbnbs, and even on cruise ships, and I have never experienced a situation where the basic linens provided were visibly dirty. I immediately reported the sheets and towel to the staff. When the sheets were finally replaced, the replacement set was also dirty. At that point, I gave up and slept on top of the sheet rather than continuing to ask for replacements. They also only provided one sheet, so I had to wear additional clothes that I had packed with my pajamas just to stay warm. The response time was also frustrating. It took roughly an hour from when the issue was reported for someone to come replace the sheets. I also saw the staff member carrying the linens by hand rather than using a cart, and the linens appeared to be coming up from the stairs, which did not exactly give me confidence in the cleanliness or handling of the bedding. Then there was the hot water--or lack thereof. We essentially had COLD WATER for our showers. This was not an isolated issue; other members of our group staying at the property experienced the same problem. Over our three-to-four-day stay, there was maybe one hot shower available between the three of us. Hot water is a basic expectation at a hotel, and having consistently cold showers was completely unacceptable. I previously worked in property management, and a lack of hot water would be treated as an emergency maintenance issue. That made it even more concerning to see this treated as though it were a minor inconvenience. I have stayed at properties throughout the U.S. and internationally, as well as on cruise ships, and I have never experienced this combination of issues during a stay. We dealt with a room change due to broken AC, dirty sheets, dirty towels, inadequate linen replacement, extremely slow response to a cleanliness issue, and essentially no hot water. This was supposed to be a birthday weekend, and instead, we spent a significant portion of the stay dealing with issues that should have been resolved before guests ever entered the room. The experience fell well below what I consider basic hotel standards, and I would not choose to stay here again.

I had to book a night ( wish we coulda stay longer than one night) but I booked our stay just so I can check it out for myself, this August 2026 I can finally cross this off my bookmarks & this JW will be on my list to visit again in the future. It was a dream come true from watching all the reels and being here in live in real life! This place is simply amazing! Prior to checking in we rode the boat around the lake, such a fun 15 minute boat ride on the property, then we checked in. If you are a fan of "Saved By The Bell", Jesse father's wedding was filmed here. I called & made reservations for the boat ride, $10. per person on weekends & $ 5. on weekdays. Happy there is a Marriott Elite check in counter which I utilized and wait wasn't too long, staff (she just started 3 months, sorry for not getting your name) who checked me in was so nice, she was helpful with giving us all the room & check in info. We also got bellman to assist with luggage, he was so awesome, also shared some tips with us. I booked the Griffith suite, which is a one bedroom suite. I was hoping for an upgrade with my elite status and so sad- I can't do the late check out which was offered since we got a tight schedule. I wasn't amazed by our room but more amazed with the atmosphere and just happy that we are here, our balcony view were palm trees which was a great photo opt. There is a daily resort fee of $45. + tax, which includes: daily fitness classes for 2 guests, daily golf range access + range balls for 2 guests, daily miniature golf for up to 4 guests, daily 2-hour bike rental for 2 guests, daily 1- hour tennis court + racquet rental for 2 guests, daily 1-hour pickleball court equipment for 2 guests, daily fish feeding activity, enhanced high-speed wifi. Parking/valet charges are separate. The daily resort fee was worth it for all the activities, but visiting Palm Springs in August, which I don't recommend, the temperature was in the 3 digits. We did ride the bike for 20 mins and enjoyed the pool for a bit during our stay. It was too hot to explore the premises. All in all, I Loved our super short stay, I got our photos in, it was truly a memorable stay and that lobby was so breathtaking. I am grateful & thankful everyday for my life! Totally recommend when visiting Palm Springs .

So what differentiates this from other Palm Springs area resorts? The service, by far. The property is phenomenal and the upkeep and maintenance is good, on par with other places. For example, at the pool, we found straws from the previous guest, etc. not a deal breaker, but something to observe. But everyone I interacted with genuinely seemed like they wanted us to have a good time. If it was fake, it was very good acting. From the valet to check in, amazing! Javier checked us in. 7 out of 5. Stress free. The pool area, 8 out of 5. Off the charts. Attention management: I stay at a lot of hotels and resorts. And though I'm sometimes overly generous with my ratings, I can honestly say Dru is the best server I've had, ever. She should run the joint! I wish I could give her a raise. Evan was pretty bad ass too and should be commended! Will I be back? 100 percent. Amazing property, rooms are great, staff is awesome. Food is good, but avoid the breakfast buffet at Rockwood. $40 for powdered eggs is no bueno! Other than that, you'll love it here!
