There was also a tree out front with a hole at the split, clearly diseased and ready to go. Responsiveness: Duane responded within the hour of my Yelp inquiry and was able to come out the. very. next. day!! In-person estimate: Duane took the time to examine both trees, walk the yard perimeter, and even looked at a leaning redwood that was not in scope but leaning towards a power line.
