A week later, a large branch snapped and was held back by another branch, posing a very hazardous situation. I called Jon and he came the same night. He told me he could move some appointments around and come the next day because it was an emergency. He honored the original agreed price regardless of his crew coming on quick turn around. He text me within 20 minutes and said he could come on Saturday afternoon to look at the job. He arrived on time and was very nice and professional. It was an all day job and he was available to come in Sunday morning at 8 am to start. He gave us a reasonable price so we agreed. He took his time to really look at the job, his access and what tools he needed On Sunday morning he arrived in time with 2 trucks including a stump grinder and a chipper. He gave me a quote which was a bit high to me because the tree trunks were about 1.5ft in diameter. He sent out a gentleman to see the job in person and we were able to agree on a lesser price.
