They day comes and Dave never shows up and never calls. I call him and he tells me his truck is being repaired so we need to re-schedule. He gives me an appointment 3 weeks out. The next appointment comes and again, no call- no call. I call Dave and he tells me hes stuck on a job and can't make it, but he'll text me to re-schedule. He never texts me, so I tect him. He responds 5 days later with a text telling me I have a block on my phone and he can't get through and tells me "It's my problem, not his". But I got the text and was able to able to get both his call backs after I called him to see where he was on day of appointment? Stay clear of this guy, worst service I've experienced in long time.

Charged me $40 for an estimate, which I thought was excessive, but I went along with it. He gave me a reasonable estimate and I hired him. He told me that the job would take about 3 days, which I also thought was a bit long based on my experience with stone masons but, again, I went along with it. To make a long story short, after he started the wall, he revised the estimate upwards twice, and two months went by before the job was finished. About half way thru the job, I noticed that the wall was not level. He fixed it, but didn't offer any explanation for why his line wasn't level. After two months worth of aggravation, I ended up paying about 70% over the original estimate, and was left with a sloppy looking wall. A complete amateur job.

He got the work done to my satisfaction, on schedule and within budget. His experience and professional opinions informed me on what to expect and where the potential problems might be. There were no "surprises." When his team showed up, he made sure to come every day as well and 'proof' the work. Most important, I did not have to micromanage his team or explain to them once again, what I asked for, contracted and expected. The prices we agreed on are the prices I paid. During the final walk around, there were a few little details we identified together and he sent someone back promptly to complete the adjustments without excuses or complaints. I also needed some carpentry work done, and I was fortunate because they employ their own carpenters. After the in-person consultation, the office staff provided me with a detailed and inclusive estimate which was very fair. The carpenters, Frank and Brian, arrived on the stated date and performed their part of the assignment quickly and flawlessly. Two weeks later, the painters, Andrew and Jose, arrived as stated n the contract. I can't say enough about the perfectionism of this duo. I had many cabinets and moldings requiring fine, detailed work. I've had a tremendous amount of work done in my home in the past, but their work was unparalleled. I was impressed with Andrew's building of an enclosed plastic room within my house to sand and spray the cabinets. There was never any dust or mess at the end of the day. It was honestly amazing. My cabinets are silky and look brand new. I pretty much knew what colors I wanted to use, but "Two Brothers" provides a color specialist who did make a house call. She gave me some good ideas, and if you don't know what colors to choose, she'd be great for someone who was undecided. Andrew and Jose completed my entire kitchen and back entry quickly and to perfection. Not only were they superb as painters, they were polite, unobtrusive and easy to work with.
