Tbh, I'm such a millennial I hardly ever use dry cleaning services I own a steamer and don't really purchase much clothing that requires dry cleaning. So this review is based solely on their alteration service! I dropped off a bridesmaids dress that I needed altered. The lady working told me about their process and it would be done in about a week, which worked for me perfectly. I was told to pay at pickup and went about my way. I dinged this place a star because parking here suuuuuccckssss so bad! They share a 2-3 car lot with a nail salon and you can guarantee there's never a spot for you haha. I usually park next door at The Hat and walk over. I picked up my dress a week later and it was great! Couldn't tell too much it was altered. In total to get it steam pressed and altered was $55 or $60? I forget the exact total but was around there. Kinda pricey but I guess that's the going rate for this service. All in all, seems like a solid place! I would definitely come back in the future if I need them for anymore alterations read more

It's the worst dry clean I ever been to my wife took my Versace shirt & Ted Baker button up shirt both of them were not cleaned she also took her Louis Vuitton purse they messed it up the bleached it from the inside for her and they start telling us that it was a fake purse. I had to go back to the Louis Vuitton store and pay $300 to change the inside of the purse and they rude dry clean owner did not wanna reimbursed me for it. they're fake people and rude I do not recommend what so ever read more

Guys please for under any circumstance use this place to clean your clothes, they charge me/stole from me $40 for two shirts and they only spray some stuff on my shirts and put them on a hanger wrapped them in plastic and call me the next day that the shirts were ready, I thought how fast of a service not until I got home and a day later I took the shirt out of the plastic the smell like wet dog, they were never cleaned or sent out. This place is only a middle man they don't have machines nor solutions to clean your clothes there. Please go to another place don't trust these people they just want you hard earning money. Customer service is horrible, they talk to you like they're doing you a favor. I'll be posting my experience to more website for people not to go there. read more

Good customer service???? I came here cause I saw good reviews. Been needing a good dry cleaner near the house. I brought in a pair of navy blue khakis needed for a job interview. I only wore them once and got a small smudge on them getting out of the car. So I took them in on a Monday. Explained I needed them drycleaned and pressed for Thursday morning, she said I can pick them up Wednesday after 5. I said perfect, asked if the drycleaning will shrink the pants since they are new and never been washed. She said no Normal wet cleaning will, not dry cleaning. Left very satisfied. Woman was polite and helpful. I got a text Wednesday at 2:30pm saying they were ready. I got there around 3pm, a different girl was there, younger. She was nice, I asked about tailoring and left. When I put them in the car I checked the the leg to ensure the smug was removed. The smug was still there, AND now there was a 1inch white chalk like line on them a few inches below the smug. So I went back in. Waited well she helped another customer. I explained about the new mark. She says ok you can pick them up tomorrow. I explained I have an interview and need them for the next morning (expecting something can be done on a rush, especially since this place has "5star" customer service). She says well bring them back and we can clean them for free. I repeat I need them for tomorrow, I brought them Monday and need these for tomorrow(hoping to get some kind of effort to resolve this issue). She says thats why I said bring them back. I look at her confused. She says wear them like that and then bring them back and we can clean them. I smile and shake my head. She says we dont have any cleaning machines on site so theres nothing we can do. Not only were my pants NOT inspected before sending back to the shop and received with a new issue, the initial smug was not cleaned, and instead of being apologetic for their mistake she was unprofessional and insisted I wear dirty pants instead of making ANY effort to help. I dropped a dollop of hair dye on my most favorite Ralph Lauren shirt and was heartbroken when the stain didn't come out despite my many attempts to dislodge the huge dark blotches. I've been here a handful of times for laundry when my washing machine broke and more recently for dry cleaning the hubby's suits. Parking is beautiful! Lots of surrounding suites are empty to parking right in front of Sloan's is a breeze. I'm a momma of two little ones so parking so close is gold. They have a text system you can sign up for. They'll text you your receipt and will also notify you when your clothes is ready for pick up. You don't have to sign up for text messages, but I do because I highly appreciate the reminders. I don't understand the negative reviews on here, unless they're writing about another Sloan's. I am writing about the Sloan's in Atlantic Square in Monterey Park, CA. I can say without hesitation that the few times I have brought clothes here to be cleaned, I have had excellent work done and outstanding customer service. They cleaned a few shirts for me and my suit pants. I had old jeans turned into cut offs here as well. The woman who has helped me every time is just wonderful. She's polite and considerate. They do text you when your clothes are ready which is such a big help on a busy day. I think the pricing is fair, though to be honest, I haven't had that much dry cleaning done to know the difference. I will go back next time something needs dry cleaning or altering. read more

Don't mind driving a little out of our way to get same day cleaning here, at a fraction of the cost we were charged at the place right next to where we live (literally charge 1/2 more PLUS a non-VIP extra 4 dollars!)!
