ADT was such a horrible company they had no one to talk to in management on the phone and my mom couldn't handle the fighting so she paid reluctantly to cancel our service and pay some strangers bill in Michigan because they couldn't figure out there right hand from left to understand we are in la Verne and don't know the person linked to our account. To top, ADT wouldn't send a tech to remove their horrible malfunctioning device and I swear that tech who installed it was setting it off a randomly at 3am 4am it was during the time my father was dying in hospice and I absolutely am never recommending ADT anywho, Chip came to our rescue and he removed all that system so we could grieve in peace finally.
