I am beyond pleased with LA Security Cameras. In 2020, they installed eight cameras around my single family residence along with a hard drive that stores footage for up to about two weeks. The camera footage is so clear and has sound/audio as well. I'm a corner house on a busy street where there are frequent flyer car accidents, and I have easily provided my camera footage of car accidents to those involved. LA Security Cameras set me up with an easy app to view all eight of my cameras, play back footage, and save clips of footage that can easily be texted or emailed. LA Security Cameras has installed security systems that have been the reason that violent criminals have been identified and apprehended by law enforcement. They can provide you with references. While the equipment is high quality and makes me feel that my residence is secure, the customer service is above and beyond. From initial contact to now, more than two years after install, they are promptly responsive and willing and ready to quickly assist. Due to phone changes, I have had to reach back out last year and recently for assistance with the app, and George answers calls, conferences in tech, and gets you what you need. George is always pleasant, friendly, and ready to serve. You can feel and hear his pride in what he does and his desire and commitment to satisfy customers. L.A. Security Cameras is a A1 ++ company. George and his workers installed my home camera system back in June 2019. Since then, the equipment and customer service have never failed. They system was installed RIGHT the first time therefore it has never required an adjustment. That's knowing your craft. This past November I remodeled the exterior of my home. New roof, face boards and stucco. Of course the painters and roofers failed to listen and just disconnected the cameras. Not a problem for L.A. Security Cameras. They came out and inspected each camera and cable. Everything was installed 100% just like the first time. The tech's spent hours on the detail and it was all done for a very reasonable price. George and the team from LA Security Cameras really helped me out. The security camera app on my phone suddenly stopped working a year after George had installed the equipment at my house. Most places won't even talk to you after the warranty period has expired. But when I called George, he patched my call directly to his technical team and after spending around 30 minutes on the phone with them, we realized it was my new internet VPN that was causing the app not to work. Therefore, it ended up being user error, not even their fault but they helped me through it anyway (at no charge) and now everything is working again perfectly. I live on a corner lot with heavy foot traffic. I selected LA Security Cameras, based on their excellent reviews, to supplement my ACS security system, that didn't require a monthly maintenance fee. George and his LA Security team did an excellent job installing 16 cameras over four years ago. They did a very professional job installing 8 interior and 8 exterior cameras, positioning each camera to my complete satisfaction. They used molding to hide any wires on the interior and exterior. I have had no issues with the cameras since installation. They also set me up with alarm.com, with no monthly fee, to remotely check the status of my alarm from my iPhone, whether it was disarmed, armed stay, or armed away, and where I could make changes from my iPhone if I forgot to set the alarm after I had left. Also, I was set up with Super Live Plus, where I could view my 16 cameras from my iPhone, besides having two monitors in my house, one a TV, where I could switch back and forth from TV to cameras. The hard drive was set up in my basement. If I needed any assistance from LA Security, trying to view from my monitor from live to taped footage, they assisted me without charge. I recently changed my iPhone 10 to the Apple 14 Pro Max, and I need George's team to assist me in resetting my Alarm.com and Super Live Plus on my new iPhone. They assisted me with no additional charge. I highly recommend LA Security Camera. You won't be disappointed. read more

Initially contacted LA Security Camera in 2019 to install multiple cameras in my home. They did an incredible job and the crew was polite and professional. I recently upgraded my system and reinstalled a total of 8 cameras which had to be removed during a roofing job. Jesus came to reinstall all 8 cameras, add a 9th camera, and upgrade my DVR. These guys are legit!! Not only are they upfront and transparent with their customers but they put in the time and effort to make sure the transaction goes smooth regardless of any challenges they face.. for instance, during my security install they ran into issues with spectrum equipment which causes connection issues. We called spectrum tech support and tried using their methods to fix the connection issue with the router but unfortunately nothing was working. It wasn't until LA Security camera technician troubleshoot the issue and determined the router was faulty and need to be replaced. This issue delayed us a day but LA Security handle this issue professional and was right there with me once I got the new router to make all the connections needed for my cameras to sync... I run the security at Paoli's, a rather popular restaurant/bar and we've been needing to upgrade our security cameras for some time. The owner had some guy he knew setting up the system, but none of the cameras that were being used were that good of quality and they weren't compatible with the system we had. I was given the number for LA security cameras and have been talking to George. He had one of his techs come out and swap out our cameras for their own and the difference in video quality is huge. We can't have the amount of business we do and not have a quality camera system in place and the prices we were quoted to do everything was great, especially with the warranty they give us on their products and service. Our system has been running smoothly since they used cameras compatible with our system, whereas the other cheaper cameras that were being used before would cut in and out or just record anything at all and we absolutely need be able to record any possible incidents. read more

My wife and I had this camera system in our home for over a year now. They installed them in no time, set up the system so I could log on and check through my computer and my iphone app. Just having the cameras has deterred robberies at my home I believe. My neighbors have had car break ins but when we check footage of the night we see people bypass our house.
