Delicious wings! So delicious in fact, that we went back in the same week after trying it for the first time and we had a second great experience. What makes them stand out is the consistent crispiness on the outside and juicy meat on the inside. The sauces have great flavor too - we went with medium and lemon pepper. For a side, we had the waffle fries and just like other reviews pointed out, the fries are perfectly cooked. Downside is you don't get that many fries in a small. The service is a bit on the slower side, but it's because everything's fresh, so plan on at least a 20 min wait for your order. The staff are very friendly and quick in taking your order though! CD's will be our go-to wing stop from here on out.

Very impressed by the customizability of everything! From the sauce, to all flats, drums, or mixed, to the sauce level- you can really get your wings prepped just the way you like them. The cashier was very patient as my husband and I talked over every option. The interior is very fast food adjacent designed, but it works for the vibe. We did the mango habanero and the RGB, ranch garlic buffalo sauce, both were excellent. I like the medium- enough heat that it didn't burn off the rest of the flavor. My husband was hoping for more heat and said he would consider ordering something off the hot menu, but he is on his own there. Highly highly recommend and would be back for sure!

I was last here in Westminster in April. I noticed their prices have increased. I had enrolled on their rewards program several years ago. I got an email that I had a $15 birthday reward. I came on a Tuesday afternoon. I was only the 2nd party eating inside, though I saw a several people on the on the patio. Diego H took my order. Their soft drinks fountain machine was not working, so no ice for my unsweetened tea. They do serve draft beers. I got 5 wings with Spicy BBQ & 5 wings with Spicy Samurai. Plenty of sauce was served. I added a side salad with Ken's Lite Italian dressing and a small order of waffle fries. They took the customary 20 minutes to freshly prepare my food. The wings and fries were hot. Nice late lunch.

I got the combo. The wings were not sauced very well and the side of fries only included 7 fries I paid over $20 so definitely not worth the price.

I am not sure where I have been, this place was packed on a Tuesday night so you know it Must be good! And it sure was delicious! You order at the counter, get a number and sit at an open table - if you can find one. We did wait quite a while for our food but it came out hot. We got 10 mild bone in wings and 5 boneless wings with teriyaki sauce. The mild was just the right spice and the teriyaki were a bit salty for me so, I wouldn't recommend them. The waffle fries were crunch on the outside and a bit soft on the inside, just that perfect fry! I can't wait to try other flavors since they have quite a few options.

Update on CDs Wings. Excellent as before. This time we had the spicy Samarai and the House Sauces. 2 extra wings from what we ordered. Well rounded balance of tang, spice, savour, sweetness, and herbal marinades on both batches. This place is consistent which is a big bonus , because you know what type of quality you get when you come here. Can't recommend this place enough, this is my Wing spot in Denver Area, hands down!!!

The wings were great. I had the BGR and mango habanero wings. The Buffalo Garlic Ranch wings had so much good flavor that I ended up dipping my carrots in it . The mango habanero had the perfect amount of kick. The wings had a great amount of meat on them, and the waffle fries had some delicious seasoning. I will definitely be back.

One of the best wings in town. Love the crispness of the chicken and the sauces. Got their house buffalo. Right level of spiciness and flavorful. Waffle fries were also cooked perfectly. Reason I give it a 4 is that sometimes you do get really tiny drums that count towards your qty. Regardless id come back again.

Size of wings....I would catalog them as small. Get theme extra crispy for that extra bite. Plenty of sauces to pick from...the Buffalo bee and spicy garlic are too hot to eat. 10 wings are for a normal hungry adult. The wings are good. Jalapeño poppers - these have cheddar cheese vs the white cheese. Good you get about 8-10 of these in the order Onion rings - would pick these over the fries. Ranch - if you are a ranch dipper with your wings and ordering pick up or carry out error on the side of ordering 1 more of these..,the large really isn't large. read more

I am so happy that they opened up a bigger location. Since then, this establishment is doing extremely well. This is mostly due to their amazing wings! They have many different types of sauces to choose from. They also have beer now. Always a plus because I think wings and beer go hand in hand. I've been coming to CD's since they first opened. The owner has created something special. The problem with wings in general has always been consistency, big chains are hit or miss. But at CD's the quality of the wings themselves and the consistency of the sauces/flavors can be depended on. Time after time I've never disappointed (and I'm picky). Ps - The clam strips and fried mushrooms are my personal favorites. Make sure to try the House Sauce, it's absolutely addicting!! read more

Amazing sauce and cooked perfectly! Also had great ranch. Did have a problem with communication though. Ordered online and it had been an hour and we went in to get the order and it wasn't done yet which was totally fine. Then got a phone call fifteen minutes later saying they just received our order. Hello Yelpers, I was truly impressed with their chicken wings here and I believe it was the best I have ever had coming from a Texan here! The new location I was told bigger than the old spot and the ambiance here is very chill and clean with indoor and outdoor seating. We ordered the 40 wings roughly around $37 plus tax with four flavors: House, Lemon Pepper, Spicy Samurai, and Garlic Parmesan. All of the wings I tried were yummy but my favorite was the lemon peppered chicken wings. It was slap yo mama good! I also very much enjoyed their waffle fries too. And for some reason, their ranch dressing was so delicious! The next time I make a trip to Denver, I will definitely come here as my first stop! =) read more

We have been eating at CDs for years. Well before they moved. It's always been a family favorite! Tonight we ordered, 40 minutes ahead of time, and here we are 1.5 hours, waiting... and we only received 1/2 hour order. But we did not receive any WINGS in our order. It's absolutely unacceptable that we waited this long, with only sides: Only SIDES!?! Who orders just sides??? The delivery driver comes up, with our sides, gives them to us and walks off. While I'm asking him what the heck is going on... he just walks away. We call and, have to reorder, the female manager comes out to tell us how wrong we are: and never offers an explanation. We ordered everything together, EVERYTHING together. I'm still waiting... but if course it's MY ISSUE.... crazy if you think it's okay.... It's absolutely acceptable so don't think that it's ever their fault..... read more

This is one of my favorite chicken wing spots, hands-down! I love the flavor options and the quality of the chicken. Their mango habanero and buffalo bee sauce is fantastic, I love the sweet and spicy comb. I always order my wings extra crispy but they still manage to keep them nice and juicy, which is a huge plus for me. The staff is always friendly and the food usually comes out pretty quick. It's a busy spot so I usually expect to wait a little longer for the food but overall it's a great chicken wing spot!!! read more

Best wings I've had in the Denver area. I recommend getting double fried. The Buffalo Bee and BBQ are great for someone who doesn't like spicy. The house sauce is a bit spicy. So... I've become addicted to this place now. I'm too far gone and I don't want to be saved. These wings are SO good! I would say BEST in Colorado. Craving them daily and going in to get my fix as often as possible. They have a multitude of sauce flavors and dry rubs that are all equally as addicting. I would suggest getting a side of fried pickles and DEFINITELY getting some waffle fries. You will not regret it. I'm drooling now just thinking about CD's. They just moved to a new location (still on wads just down the street) and it looks amazing! I am huge on natural lighting and this place has so many windows it makes my heart flutter. There is a patio area in the front of the store that will be amazing in the summer. Especially with all the beer they offer on tap! YES! They have TVs inside with games on which is enjoyable. There is a ton of parking available in the front. Awesome lunch specials and really affordable prices for delicious wings. The service is extremely fast compared to other wing place I've been before and the staff is always super helpful and friendly. Clearly a local favorite for many years and I can see why! Wonderful customer service! We got takeout again tonight and we love the contactless payment and curbside pickup. But tonight, CD's went above and beyond. They felt bad that they had smaller wings tonight so they added another 10-15 to our order. Seriously, they kill the takeout game and we really appreciate the extra Covid precautions. We'll be back! Two areas of improvement. They could use something other than paper bags for their sides. We got fried pickles and waffle cut French fries as a side and they bags were saturated with grease. Also, they don't give enough dipping sauce, so I would suggest to add one or two extra blue cheese/ranch dressing sauces. PS The fried pickles were still very crispy by the time we got them! read more

As the 2011 hot wing eating champion of San Francisco, I say this with some gravitas; these are excellent wings. I had the Cajun dry rub and the X-Hot. Both had a good but manageable amount of kick to them. Meaty and perfectly cooked. The staff was friendly and while I didn't have one they have a good beer list. Highly recommended. read more

CD's Wings opened in 2003. In 2007 the Schwarz family purchased CD's and has been serving up the best wings ever since. In February 2018 we moved to our new home on 88th and Wadsworth, where we can now offer more seating, draft beer and a great patio for outdoor dining!

This food truck moves around quite a bit in the greater Denver (per his google calendar, his location for yesterday was supposed to be Golden and yet he was up in Arvada. It tasted great! Can't tell you what tasted the best because everyone thought something else was the best! I went here with a buddy (we both can pound some wings and have eaten wings pretty much everywhere possible) since we have not been to this purveyor of wings yet. Walking in the guy behind the counter was nice and greeted us right away. The blast of heat when you walked in was unpleasant (It was 85 out and hotter inside) as the air conditioning was broken. Whatever it is what it is. Friend and I ordered 20 wings each (Total of 2 different sauces) and he got some corn nuggets to try out. We sat there and food started going by, the people there before us got their food (as expected) another table that got there after us got their food, and then a table that was 2 orders behind us got their food (which turned out to be our food). Listen I understand if you are busy, mistakes can be made, but there were 4 tables in the place... Kid didn't realize what he did until the people at the other table told him. Then after the food was on the other table he tried to bring it over to us. Normally I wouldn't care, but after 5+ minutes thats stretching it a bit. I dont want to make this too long, so I will summarize what happened to get our order straight - Kid asked us what we ordered again (He had our ticket in his hand by the way), went to tell the cook what to cook, came back and asked again, rinse and repeat 3 more times.....yes 3 times for 2 sauces and 40 wings. Then he forgot the corn nuggets...then he offered to make it right by giving us extra wings and more corn nuggets.....he forgot those too..... until we mentioned it. He also didn't give us our dipping sauces for the wings and carrots...so I had to ask 2 more times. While all of this was going on a lady mentioned to him that the ice machine was out, and he relied "Ok, I'll fill it'. 10 mintes later he still hadn't touched it, and when she asked him for ice he looked totally shocked that she would ask such a thing. She said "Can I just get a few cups of ice" and he looked completely lost. Like deer in headlights lost. I also need to mention that the cook had a friend there (non employee) that walked back to the kitchen with him and sat there and chatted the whole time all of this was going on. The cook may have used 2 of the 10 or so fryers that were there to cook the orders pretty much one at a time. he would mosey back and forth and grab an order of wings, drop them in and then stand there for a while. He also dropped some zucchini sticks on the floor and scooped em right back up and tossed them in the fryer. Again I wouldn't care, 10 second rule and all but the health inspectors might and so might other customers. I really want to like this place, and I think it could be a great spot with some clean up and a few changes but as it sits now, I likely wouldn't go back. At least let me say this so it's not a total bash fest: The good: Counter kid was friendly at least even if he was a bit "flighty', the wings were tasty and cooked well. read more

CD's Wings is by far our go-to spot for mouthwatering buffalo wings. With an array of flavors to choose from, we've tried almost all of them, except for the No 1 Left Standing, touted as the hottest of them all. One flavor that really stood out for us was Uncle Nasty's House, which packed a fiery punch of heat, but at the same time, it had an incredible and delicious flavor. To be honest, after just 10 bites, my lips were left numb and fiery. One thing we absolutely love about CD's Wings is the fact that you can customize your order. We can have our wings extra crispy and swimming in sauce, which is an absolute delight. And let's not forget about their waffle fries, which are simply the best in town. They perfectly complement the wings, adding an extra layer of crispy goodness to the meal. We particularly enjoy CD's Wings' flavor of the month. Last month, we were surprised to find that they had salt and vinegar as their special flavor. It may sound unconventional, but it was incredibly tasty and left us wanting more. As a family, we have our favorite flavors. The cajun dry rub on boneless wings is a hit amongst us. The perfect blend of spices and textures makes it an irresistible choice. On the other hand, the notorious BRG on traditional wings is another favorite. The combination of the sauce and the perfectly cooked traditional wings is simply unmatched. While we absolutely adore CD's Wings, our only complaint is their location. It's quite far from where we live, so we can only indulge in their delicious wings once every other month. If CD's Wings ever decides to open a location in the Lakewood/Littleton area, we'll be overjoyed. It would be a dream come true to have our favorite buffalo wings just a stone's throw away. I love trying out different combinations and always walk away satisfied. I usually order two 12-piece wings, which is what I find to be the perfect amount of wings to get to be satisfied. The restaurant itself has a casual and laid-back vibe, with plenty of seating options, both indoor and outdoor. It can take a little bit to get your wings if it is busy, but it is worth the wait. The only downside is that it can be a bit pricey, especially if you order a larger quantity of wings or multiple sauce options. However, I personally think it's worth it for the quality of the wings. Overall, CD's Wings is a great spot to grab some wings and catch up with friends. Really great wings. I got the weekly special of 12 wings, a small fry and a small drink for like 12$. Then add another .75c because I got 2 different sauces. I got the house sauce and the Xtra hot. The house sauce is a little spicy, a little sweet and a little vinegary. The Xtra hot is what Id expect medium/hot at other wings places would be, but tastes good. If you want something spicy go for xxtra hot or higher. I would recommend getting them extra crispy with light sauce. My house wings were positively swimming on the regular sauce order. Its a crowded dining area so get there early for lunch. They are apparently moving in February 2018 so hopefully their new digs are more comfortable. Long story short, I left a negative review for CD's Wings last year because unfortunately the wings were extremely small and expensive compared to the small size. I am proud to say that my wife and I finally decided to go back today after not going for the past year at all and everything was great! Wings were a good medium size and we even got a few extra in our baskets which made it feel even more worth it! Sauces and service were great as always and we're so happy the tiny wing problem has been solved! We will be return customers once again and we're so glad because we live just behind the restaurant just about and it's been disappointing not going there. read more

Best wings ever, worst organization when busy. You would think when a big game is about to happen, they would get some type of organization to all types of orders, online, pick up, and within the establishment. If you can't keep up with orders, there should be a way to stop online orders from coming in this day and age. Placed an order online, waited 30 minutes past pick up time, stood in line for 45 minutes for them to tell me that they haven't even been dropped. How long does it really take to fry wings and other foods. Obviously the best thing is to go inside and order, because they were quoting 20 to 30 minutes for those people. Horrible system. read more
