This company works on a fee for every load, a unique business model in the moving industry where most of the providers charge by the weight or on an hourly basis. + They arrived on time with a four-man crew. It was pouring but they took extra care with our furniture, which included some extraordinary pieces. + They worked fast. This was a difficult move because the weather and the difficult staircase but they made it look easy. Virtually no damage to to the house we were leaving or the condo. The furniture all arrived without any issues. their 18-years of experience showed! + The crew members were polite and went the extra mile to meet our needs. They worked together extremely well. They all had a good sense of humor + Mike was there, overseeing the loading of his specialty, fully carpeted trailer. + Our fee was significantly less than the estimate we go from a traditional van line. I had my phone off during my appointment. He got to my house around 10:45 but no one answered the door because I was at my other appointment that I moved to meet with him. I got there at 10:50 and he was already gone when I checked my phone and saw that he had tried to call me me. I called the phone that contacted me several times to no avail. I won't consider using them. Service never gets any better than the interview.

They have sections of the showroom floor (about 6x6 maybe?) done in different flooring, so you can see what it looks like better than just a plank. Handling of the order was without issues. I don't think they have their own installers, but they gave us a name (Elvis), and he couldn't have been better. They showed up on time, finished quickly, and without incident. Floor looked great.
