Every dealer and auto shop was closing up and we were told the earliest any one could look at it would be Monday even though we were 200 miles from home. We called Joel, he came right away and diagnosed the problem. He started with the easiest fixes hoping to save us time and money, but it turned out to be our starter. We towed the car to his car at 5 pm Friday night and he had it fixed, and us on the road by 8:30 the next morning. He worked on the car until 1 am to make sure we'd make it home on time. His price was reasonable, his workmanship was excellent and he explained the problems as he went. They were also willing to hold the car a few days for us to make arrangements to get it picked up and even helped get the stereo out of the car for my son free of charge. I really appreciate all their help and will definitely be taking my other cars to them for service. So I haven't taken my cars back since my last review because the quoted I got from these guys ended up being pretty pricey and for work that didn't necessarily need to be done.
