This is our #1 place to take both of our vehicles for service. I went about 3 weeks ago for an oil change, and my vehicle was not due for one. Immediately Cesar let me know that it was not time and when I asked (like I needed confirmation) if I should not get one, he told me no. I really appreciate his honesty. I feel like other places may not have told me and given me one anyways just to make a sale and money. I also needed oil, and they added it at no extra charge. My check engine light was also on, and Cesar did a test to let me know exactly what was wrong with my vehicle. This place and the people that work there are very friendly, kind and honest. I showed up first thing in the morning, very first customer. The two gentleman that worked on my car were very friendly and respectful. They were honest about what my car needed, since my car was VERY overdue for an oil change, but didn't push me on things i didn't need. They offered to check and do things that would help my cars performance, and didn't push when i declined the services. They simply just said they would recommend i do it at my convenience because overall it will benefit my car. Even the guy that cleaned off my windshield did it amazingly, not a single water drop or streak. I wish i got their names, but my invoice says hood tech #10468 and lube tech #12853. This place is great! I really like how they communicate to each other. Always making sure they're responding to the current situation. What really makes this place a little more different than other shops is that their female employee was on top of everything. She was great at making sure everything was going smoothly and had great management skills throughout my previous visits and today's oil change. I've been going to this location for about a year and a half and it's been great customer service. Prompt professional service, I've been using oil changers since I was about 18 years old and have no complaints. I have always received the information requested and have always used my coupons with no issues. The operators communicate well and are very knowledgeable and transparent. I never feel cheated. They give me proper advice since I was a (young women) and have always recommended me to the best people (price & work quality) when it comes to window Tint, small repairs, mechanics, etc. I've been to different oil changers locations but they're all consistent, clean and professional. I noticed I had an oil leak (or what I thought was an oil leak) on my car. I called this place and without missing a beat, Timothy told me to bring it in so he could see what he could do. I brought it in 15 minutes later. Timothy didn't notice a leak but said that it needed to be cleaned and that excess oil on the outside was causing the issue. Timothy washed everything down from top to bottom (about 10 min) and sent us on our way. No charge as he said "I'm just doing my job". This place is very responsive, quick service, and provided us with something they don't even typically do. 10/10 recommend! read more

Very professional and knowledgeable staff. I was so stupid and forgot how to pop the hood of my car and the mechanic was just very professional about it, got it open, and didn't make me feel bad about it. He made excellent recommendations on service that needed to be done and I felt very confident in his advice. The oil was changed quickly, the air filter replaced, and fuel injection service performed. By the amount of gunk that came out he was right - it really needed it. My tire pressure was checked and windows cleaned quickly and without having to ask. Very pleased with the level of service. read more

It's 2025 and I no longer ride the bus. I drive a car and at this place ,van, Aaron , drew and the rest of them use a torque wrench for oil pan bolt to not over tighten and go over recommend services to keep my car running good. It's old but they treat it like new. This location is knowledgeable and it showed in the work they preformed. Been going to Auto Oil changers in Visalia for years now Demaree location to be exact. Today 2/24/20 was short on time so was close to Tulare st location and have to say the best service I've EVER had. They actually did the full inspection lights tires etc and explained everything in detail! Would definitely recommend this location and will not be going back to Demaree location. Took car for oil change as it had been several years but below mileage due time. Told oil looked good & didn't need to be changed yet. Suggested to have car checked for a possible issue. Checked other fluids, tire pressure and added air to tires. Asked how much (for their time) & told there was no cost. Friendly, polite employees with great communication skills for the customer. We are visitors to Visalia from Texas and thought we needed an oil change because we have been driving so many miles. Caesar, Aaron, and Falcon serviced our car. They were honest and said we could go another 3,000 miles. They topped off our other fluids, washed our window, and offered us water. They were professional, helpful, and friendly.
