Luckily a male friend had it checked elsewhere and the part was good. The car had a problem that was fixed for $360.00. Top it off i been a customer there for years and bought my tires there for all my vehicles. I trusted them and almost paid them for work that wasn't needed. I had other kinds of work there and wonder now if it was really needed or did I get scammed for extra money in there pocket. Do not trust their diagnoses.

It was the same person each time, and he came across as rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in helping. Putting customers on hold without saying anything or repeatedly transferring them instead of answering a simple pricing question is incredibly unprofessional. If getting a basic quote is this difficult, I can't imagine what actual service would be like. Very disappointing customer service. Do better. I should have known what to expect since they're associated with Walmart. I wanted to add I ordered 8 tires and will be cancelling my order now

Every time I'd take it out to the dunes and drive through the sand to get my camper where I wanted it, the front differential would end up cracking or failing. Brett and Kev took the time to diagnose the real issue and came up with a permanent solution. They fabricated a custom bracket to reinforce the front differential, making it much stronger, and also re-geared both the front and rear differentials. I was honestly a little hesitant at first because I'd had so many failures in the past, but after taking it back out to the dunes and putting it through some hard driving in the sand, it performed flawlessly. The difference is incredible. My truck feels stronger, more capable, and gives me the confidence to drive it the way I always wanted to. If you're looking for knowledgeable people who stand behind their work and build things the right way, I highly recommend Brett and Kev at Big Boyz. 5/2026 Tire service…read moreon my 2500 dodge ram. Well it happened that my tire pressure sensor lost communication with the sensor module. It happened after I had rim repair (welding at a different shop) and the Tire pressure sensor was swapped to another rim which got loose inside the tire. I visited a couple of good known mechanics and said that the sensor was detected inside the tire but for some reason they couldn't reprogram it with their scanner (no charge for that) and said maybe need to go to the dealer. I called Firestone and they quoted me for $250 parts, labor and balancing. I visited my favorite tire shop Pacific Tires 1001 E Main St Visalia CA (559) 627-8664 And right off the bat I was greeted by George and before explaining all the story he said "it is the sensor's battery or something wrong with the sensor. You need a new sensor and it will cost you $70 total" (parts, labor and rebalancing) And yes. That was the fix. They have about 8 workers and the wait is minimal. I also needed new front brakes for my Toyota Corolla and I was quoted 450 at the Toyota dealership just for the front pads (no disc) and pacific tires did new pads and new disc (front only) for less than 300 ( I forgot since was months ago) Thank you Pacific tires

Declared a total by my insurance, I was offered $550 for it from a wrecking yard. It was worth far more to me having purchased it new, kept the service up and it having low miles. After getting a salvage title, I looked for repair quotes and received a call from Martin. He quoted the best repair price and picked it up. He sourced the best price on used parts and kept the costs low as possible. After a few weeks my Honda was certified and good as new (bonus- they are just around the corner from the DMV!). I highly recommend Dura-Glo for top notch collision repair. There is a reason they have been in buisness for so long. Ask for Martin.

I last was here in 2019, it's now 2024 so prices did go up like everything else did after COVID. I'm glad this business survived COVID. They provided excellent customer service and did a quality job. Add this to your bookmark if you're looking for a ceramic tint for your car. I highly recommend it especially getting it done right after you purchased your new car. Central Valley Heat can be boiling hot in the summer time as temps can get as high as 118 degrees. Tell them, you read their Yelp reviews. We rediscovered this great shop because after finding the one auto consultant my family has ever trusted moved to this shop. As a family, we had no hesitation bringing our vehicles with us. From the moment we walked through the door, Jason greeted us like he has for so many years and proceeded to make us feel like valued customers. Can't say enough about him and his awesome customer service. Before long you begin meeting some of the other staff and quickly realize this place is putting customer service a tangible priority. Our family accounts for 6 vehicles that we service regularly and because of Jason, we have come back to American and because of the confidence of the staff and the quality of the service we received upon returning, we will stay here. My 2017 Toyota Highlander was due for its 75,000 mile maintenance. My husband took it to American Tire Depot because our nephew Ryan Castillo has been an employee at Big Brand Tire for several years and we have always received great service from the company. We were very impressed with the service provided! Steven and Mike went above and beyond to make sure our car's maintenance was done right, even to the extent of calling my husband throughout the day as they identified other mechanical issues which needed addressing. We asked for a one day "fix" because we live in Elderwood and I can't drive at night. They delivered on that, and I had my car back at end of day! My car is in tip-top shape now! About 4-years ago we first brought our car in to American Tire on East Mineral King, long before having purchased that set of tires from them. They always faithfully served our tire needs as tho they were their own product. So when the time came for new tires, our choice was easy, and obvious! So I dropped by American Tire for a scheduled tire rotation & inspection of our new tires. Plus I had a suspicion re: a slow leak in one tire, which I discussed with them upon arrival. The service was completed very quickly, and sure enough, they reported a nail had indeed been discovered in the suspected location, & was already removed & the tire repaired! Home run, American Tire! I took my car in for an alignment because i had just purchased new tires for my car. I called the day before to ask about my lifetime alignment and i was informed that they had a new computer system and that I would need to bring in my invoice in order to honor it since it was no longer in their system. I found it and took it with me and Jason was just very friendly and professional unlike Hanford employees I've worked with in the past. Had an amazing experience at ATD on Thursday. Went in real fast not knowing if they would be able to help me in a quick fashion, as of course like everyone else I had a billion things to get done. Long story short my skid plate had come undone and was hanging noticeably. All I wanted was some zip ties lol. They pulled my car in right away and happened to have new clams around the shop and put them in for me at no cost! Simply helping someone out who like most can't put their car on a jack and do it themself lol! All done within 15 mins and got a great tire quote while I waited! Amazing experience read more

Great experience. I had new tires, rear struts and rear brakes and rotors installed on my car. No one wants to pay for car repairs/maintenance, but they managed to take a lot of the pain out of the experience by saving me well over 20%, getting my parts 3 days earlier than originally expected and doing all the repairs in less time than estimated. Chris and Tee were great to work with. I only regret not getting the service technicians name who actually did the hard work to thank him as well. Never purchased anything from these folks and yet they rotated and balance my tires, and checked my alignment FREE. They also fixed a flat FREE. I damaged a wheel on a curb and so I bought a new one and took the vehicle in. They replaced the damaged wheel with the new one and calibrated my computer sensor for the tire air pressure FREE. The dealer where the vehicle was purchased would not even rotate the tires free (only 12,000 miles on this vehicle and paid 50k for it) This place is GREAT !! American Tire Depot here in Visalia, California is by far the best tire shop in town. After visiting 4 other places and calling several more, I came to American Tire Depot. Arnold and Manager Mike were beyond perfect, they are knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They exceeded all my expectations. Update to my recent review... after hearing what had happened, the Visalia store manager "Adrianna" definitely made up for my bad experience by taking care of my brakes all the way around for me, and offering me a credit toward 2 free oil changes in the future! I must say I am very pleased with the way management handled this, and how quickly it was handled as well. Thank you American Tire Depot for the great and professional service. Arnold helped us and he was very professional and honest with us. (We are preparing to tow a trailer across country) He even notified us that our struts and shocks were very old and needed to be replaced. Previously, when tire shopping, Arnold recommended Toyo All Terrain tires. They took us all the way to New Hampshire and back and through ice and lots of snow along the way. Great tires! The Friday (before Labor Day weekend) my car began vibrating when on freeway. I had just put new tires on mt car at a different shop, which was now closed for the weekend. I have been to many places in Visalia when I need regular maintenance done, but I would honestly say that American Tire Depot is now the only place I go. Their service is really quick, customer service is really friendly. When I ask them about cars, they seem to be very knowledgeable and know what they are doing. Alex did a great job today at American tire Depot. I had two cars that I needed to get the oil change and tire rotation on. He got me in and out on the first car. Went home switch cars and took the second car and he got it completed without a long wait. He also showed me some badly corroded battery cables and he got them cleaned up.
