I'm not originally from this area, so I was hesitant when I was looking for a new business to maintain my Subaru, especially after being snubbed by more than one shop regarding my car's maintenance. I live an hour-ish away from this spot, but I'll happily drive into town to have my car worked on by these folks because I know they're honest, have integrity, & are proud of their work. I'm able to call beforehand to check in on wait times too, which helps with my commute. The staff clearly works hard & they do what they can to support their customers. Had a great experience as far as services. One employee by the name of Jaimie was very confrontational. I guess I was asking too many questions too fast for him and he couldn't function. He came back at me a little testy and irritated with a "tone" and a "face". Relax Bro nobody is after you!! He checked my oil level, noticed it was a little low, and topped it off for me. He also went above and beyond by checking my other fluids and even washing my windshield. this was such an incredible experience. i came 45 mins before close (not knowing when they closed) and i came needing a lot of work done. i came in, told them the situation and jaime got right to work. he said, "i am going to do as much as i can in the time we have!" this included transmission fluid, oil change, new windshield wipers, and all of the filters. Would leave 0 stars if I could. It's good for the one thing it's there for which is the convenience but other than that, terrible. The customer service was absolutely awful and the guys were so rude. Take your business elsewhere. Regret spending my money here. Also goodluck if you're a female because they think this is your first time getting an oil change and they assume you haven't gotten one in a decade. I've gone to other shops in between. What a great find! I usually use this place for a quick car wash, but recently there was no wait to get an oil change. I decided to give them a try. The crew was super friendly (they even gave my dog a few treats!) and answered all of my questions about my car's needs as an older model. Pulled in to have my transmission serviced Was told a price and told them to go ahead Then I was told that there was a bar that had to be removed and that the bolts were stripped and they could not do the job so I left and went to the Valvoline oil service on Akers for a second opinion.... 25 minutes later I had my transmission serviced...... This place is pretty straight forward. I was on a weekend Vacation in the Sequoia area and decided to get an oil change since I have a four hour ride home. It probably took under thirty minutes. You are allowed to sit inside your car while the oil change is being done. I saw families inside their cars while the oil change was being done. The guys were professional and courteous. It is very convenient that they are opens on Sunday. It help tremendously. read more

Best service I have ever experienced. The technician took the time to make sure the correct oil was being used and carefully verified every step of the process with another employee. When he removed the oil filter another tech verified the old seal was removed and verified again when the new seal was in place. Everything was done to perfection. Highly recommend. read more

I currently drive a Championship White 2021 Honda Civic Type R I did not want to wait for an appointment at honda so I called up oil changers. It was 4:26 pm and I was able to make it in by 4:36pm. They still helped me even though they close at 5pm they offered great customer service. I requested for my oil not to be siphoned from the top and they totally understood and followed through with my request. Given the fact it's a $50k car I care a lot for it and wouldn't just trust anyone but I trusted Oil Changers and they did great I will definitely be taking my car in for all oil changes to them from here on out thank you guys. read more

I have visited this location twice prior. On this visit, the technician was unfamiliar with my hood opening and pulled up multiple times before he found the appropriate latch. After my oil change, my low beam failure light came on intermittently. I had a maintenance appointment a few days later and they informed me the housing for my light had been loosened. The auto shop shared, had I continued to drive, the housing could have dislodged and replacement of this would be 1.2k dollars. I contacted the general manager, Stephen Bullock, and let him know I was out of pocket $133. for the repair of the light housing and light replacement (lights cost $91 for my car). He apologized and offered to help better train his technicians, however, never mentioned financial compensation. This rating is due to poor customer service and poor training. read more

Today I took both my daughters cars in for oil changes. David and Caleb were not only professional and courteous but friendly as well. Not only was my oil changed but tires checked, safety inspection up and down, lights checked and windshield cleaned. Due to the fact I don't drive the car their experience can in handy with some of the features of the vehicles As a retired Fire Captain I appreciated their attention to detail. I feel a lot more comfortable with my girls in those cars and to top it all off I got a free car wash with both cars. In the future this will be my first choice for a oil change. read more
