They sometimes offer you a soda or wine. They really do a great job at making your look your best. They do waxing, pedicures and manicure's. The waxing is great too, I've got my eyebrows waxed. Great experience overall for my first time here. They were able to take me without an appointment on a Saturday afternoon (Aug 2021) and I waited less than 5 minutes. I was serviced by Mandy who expertly executed my regular pedicure and gel manicure. I brought a photo reference for my mani and she matched the shape and colors perfectly. I appreciated her attention to detail and sanitation practices. The massage chairs are top notch!! They seem to be new and are so good! Minus 1 star because the decor was lacking. Super happy with my recent experience here. I've been in dire need a of a little TLC on my hands for a while (cuticle situation was sad and quite painful) but could never seem to find the time. I was in the neighborhood after work last week and decided to see if I could squeeze in a quick mani before the closed. I pulled into the lot just at 6:30 and thought I was cutting it close (YOU closed at 7 that night) but I wanted to give it a shot. Annoyingly, it took TEN minutes to find a place to park. The salon shares a parking lot with a couple of bars and restaurants, so just be prepared if you're arriving close to happy hour. So now it's even later, but luckily when I walked in the salon was quite busy and I was thrilled when they took me as a walk-in so late in the day. My technician got right to work and did a great job cleaning up my sad little fingers (he didn't rush through it, which was particularly nice given the time). He snipped and filed me back into shape and then did a really lovely job polishing (I brought my own favorite Essie shade). Good polish application is the key to a long-lasting manicure, and I appreciated his attention to detail (making sure to extend the polish all the way over the top of the tips, which prevents chipping). After sitting in front of the fan for about 10 minutes, I was ready to go (this is a nice touch, you sit to dry at the same station where you were polished so there's no awkward shuffling around trying not to smudge your super wet nails). The price for a basic manicure was $15, which I think is fair given the level of detail and service. A couple of notes...the salon was super clean and has a nice airy feel. The staff was friendly and chatty (though I appreciated that my technician wasn't pushing the small talk since I just kind of wanted to zone out). And best of all, my manicure lasted a solid week! I got two tiny chips a few days out while I was cleaning but I just touched them up and looked good as new. I usually don't make it more than a few days without wrecking a non-gel manicure so this was impressive. Finally, as I was paying a few of the techs were standing at the desk chatting and one of them was holding a cardboard box. My tech, who had been very quiet and mild-mannered, looked over and yelled out "what's in the boxxxxxx?" Who doesn't love a good Gwyneth-Paltrow-severed-head reference? I'm lazy about regular nail care but I'm definitely excited to go back next time I'm ready for a little mani/pedi goodness. read more

YOU nails is a go-to for my boyfriend and I in Orlando. It is clean and well-run with good service and an excellent selection of colors (in sns powder, gel, and regular polish). It's far enough off the beaten path that it isn't overrun with tourists, but can still be fairly busy in peak Disney season. I like to get dip powder from GiGi! She shapes my nails exactly how I want and they last for weeks! I always get tired of the length/color before they start to look grown out or chip. I also get lash extensions from Tee who does an incredible job. My lashes look very natural and like I just have really good mascara without damaging my natural lashes. Plus, not having to wear makeup in this humidity is such a game changer. Overall, I would recommend coming here instead of some of the more commonly recommended spas because YOU focuses on quality of services and not quantity of tourists they can get in and out in a day. read more

This is definitely a 4.5 for me. No nail salon is perfect 5 still haven't found one but it's definitely not a 4. There is always availability. They go out of their way to accommodate appt and they accommodate your time constraints (like if you come during your lunch hour). The place is super clean and zen-like. Wide open space, white and clean decor. They offer you water, wine etc and the staff is very friendly. I have arrived on a busy day and the owner herself has done my pedicure to ensure I didn't wait. My coworkers turned me on to the place me and now I spreading the word to the few people I know in Orlando. I've read the negative reviews here and quite frankly I would recommend them to go back and give them a second chance. I came in two hours before close and my technician got pissy because the manager asked him to stay to do mine. He rushed through my service to get out of there as soon as he could. He filed them completely crooked and unevenly. And didn't put a base coat on for my gels. So now, only a week later, I have two broken nails and three of my nail's polishes have peeled off. I've been getting acrylics for years and I've never had such a negative experience or such a terrible nail job. I'm an extremely disappointed and feel like I completely wasted my money here. The place is beautiful and clean and the management seems great. But I can't say that I'll ever be back. Came here based on the Yelp reviews and I must say I was not disappointed. My boyfriend and I wanted to get pedicures so we decided to try this spot out. We were greeted immediately by the receptionist and told him what we wanted and he asked me to pick and color and have a seat. Less than 5 minutes later he called us to the back. We sat in very comfy seats that I think they should upgrade just to fit in with the ambiance of the place but that's just me being picky. He offered us drinks and one lady started on my boyfriend he enjoyed his. I had GiGi she was phenomenal. She took her time and made sure i left with the most amazing pedicure. She was very sweet and you can tell she takes pride in her work. My only suggestions would be to upgrade their seats and change out their sinks for pedicures because They have the types of sinks where they don't put the cover and me being a germaphobe that bothered me a little bit but it wasn't super serious. They are very clean auto claves everywhere and they played very relaxing music. Definitely will be back for GiGi Update : Gigi is gone but the ladies there continue to do an excellent job. My boyfriend and I still come here and they always take care of us. We went two weeks ago at the last minute (i know i know that was terrible of us) but the ladies still took my boyfriend and I for pedicures and I ended up switching my mind on getting my acrylics removed to getting a fill and the woman who did my nails had absolutely no issue she did not rush ( as i have experienced with other nail salons ) just because they were closing. She stayed an entire hour after closing to finish up and I thought that was great and my nails came out great. Pros: very nice people, helpful in picking out colors, served wine! Yay. Good pedicure. Cons: the sweet lady who worked on me did a great job but the foot and leg massage wasn't really a massage. More like a rub. Not pleased but maybe that's just me. I watched another pedicure techs (a man) massaging a customer a couple seats down from me. Deep pressure point type. I really wanted that type. YOU Nails is a really cute and boutique nail/salon. They were super clean and very friendly. It is a bit of a walk from the Wyndham Hotel (where I was staying) and come to find out there are other salons closer to the hotel.
