I stopped here from out of town, with my daughter recommending this particular business. The salon is nice and clean, and very peaceful. I felt super relaxed while I was in there. I had a manicure and a pedicure done and Sid was amazing. He was super friendly and easy to talk to. I usually prefer women to do my nails, but Sid was just awesome. Always great service here. They have a great selection of gel and acrylic for your nails. The place is very clean and they know how to treat you like a king or queen. They sometimes offer you a soda or wine. They really do a great job at making your look your best. They do waxing, pedicures and manicure's. The waxing is great too, I've got my eyebrows waxed. Today I got the classic pedicure and some festive nails for the holidays. read more

We made an appointment for two pedicures. We accidentally made it for the wrong day. They still accommodated us when we showed up. The salon is large and modern with high ceilings. It's clean and gives off a luxurious pampering spa vibe. Service was good. Price point was fair. Staff was friendly. read more

They were so nice and I haven't had this great of a manicure in AGES here in Orlando. Cindy was quick, and listened to exactly what I wanted and was extremely patient with me considering how indecisive I was in the beginning. In Orlando for the weekend and wanted to get my nails done the day before this event. I looked up this place days before and based on the reviews, pictures, and the distance from my hotel (Rosen Inn) I decided this was the place to go. I loved how my nails and pedicure came out, the nail tech was very detailed and took his time on both my pedicure and full set. It was a bit pricey than what I'm used to in Miami. read more

Great experience overall for my first time here. They were able to take me without an appointment on a Saturday afternoon (Aug 2021) and I waited less than 5 minutes. I was serviced by Mandy who expertly executed my regular pedicure and gel manicure. I brought a photo reference for my mani and she matched the shape and colors perfectly. I appreciated her attention to detail and sanitation practices. The massage chairs are top notch!! They seem to be new and are so good! Minus 1 star because the decor was lacking. Maybe they should hire someone to redecorate? And also most places I go to offer a very quick complementary shoulder massage at the end of the manicure but that didn't happen. read more

Walked in at 4pm on Sunday and was able to be serviced by Sitt. He did a wonderful job on my nails! I got dip powder on my real nails. I also looooved talking to him. We didn't run out of things to talk about, and I felt so at ease with him. If I lived in Orlando, he'd be my go-to nail tech. Sitt was meticulous and didn't rush my service although I was there past closing time. The prices are very reasonable and they are located in a great area that isn't too far from universal and many hotels/restaurants. I took my nieces (ages 10 and 4) in for mani pedis and the women took amazing care of them. Especially the 4 year old. I wish I had asked the name of girl who took care of my 4 year old niece because she did an amazing job. She asked for emojis on her nails and she did her best. Super happy with my recent experience here. I've been in dire need a of a little TLC on my hands for a while (cuticle situation was sad and quite painful) but could never seem to find the time. I was in the neighborhood after work last week and decided to see if I could squeeze in a quick mani before the closed. I pulled into the lot just at 6:30 and thought I was cutting it close (YOU closed at 7 that night) but I wanted to give it a shot. Annoyingly, it took TEN minutes to find a place to park. The salon shares a parking lot with a couple of bars and restaurants, so just be prepared if you're arriving close to happy hour. So now it's even later, but luckily when I walked in the salon was quite busy and I was thrilled when they took me as a walk-in so late in the day. My technician got right to work and did a great job cleaning up my sad little fingers (he didn't rush through it, which was particularly nice given the time). He snipped and filed me back into shape and then did a really lovely job polishing (I brought my own favorite Essie shade). Good polish application is the key to a long-lasting manicure, and I appreciated his attention to detail (making sure to extend the polish all the way over the top of the tips, which prevents chipping). After sitting in front of the fan for about 10 minutes, I was ready to go (this is a nice touch, you sit to dry at the same station where you were polished so there's no awkward shuffling around trying not to smudge your super wet nails). The price for a basic manicure was $15, which I think is fair given the level of detail and service. A couple of notes...the salon was super clean and has a nice airy feel. The staff was friendly and chatty (though I appreciated that my technician wasn't pushing the small talk since I just kind of wanted to zone out). And best of all, my manicure lasted a solid week! I got two tiny chips a few days out while I was cleaning but I just touched them up and looked good as new. I usually don't make it more than a few days without wrecking a non-gel manicure so this was impressive. Finally, as I was paying a few of the techs were standing at the desk chatting and one of them was holding a cardboard box. My tech, who had been very quiet and mild-mannered, looked over and yelled out "what's in the boxxxxxx?" Who doesn't love a good Gwyneth-Paltrow-severed-head reference? I'm lazy about regular nail care but I'm definitely excited to go back next time I'm ready for a little mani/pedi goodness. read more

YOU nails is a go-to for my boyfriend and I in Orlando. It is clean and well-run with good service and an excellent selection of colors (in sns powder, gel, and regular polish). It's far enough off the beaten path that it isn't overrun with tourists, but can still be fairly busy in peak Disney season. I like to get dip powder from GiGi! She shapes my nails exactly how I want and they last for weeks! I always get tired of the length/color before they start to look grown out or chip. I also get lash extensions from Tee who does an incredible job. My lashes look very natural and like I just have really good mascara without damaging my natural lashes. Plus, not having to wear makeup in this humidity is such a game changer. Overall, I would recommend coming here instead of some of the more commonly recommended spas because YOU focuses on quality of services and not quantity of tourists they can get in and out in a day. read more

This is definitely a 4.5 for me. No nail salon is perfect 5 still haven't found one but it's definitely not a 4. There is always availability. They go out of their way to accommodate appt and they accommodate your time constraints (like if you come during your lunch hour). The place is super clean and zen-like. Wide open space, white and clean decor. They offer you water, wine etc and the staff is very friendly. I have arrived on a busy day and the owner herself has done my pedicure to ensure I didn't wait. My coworkers turned me on to the place me and now I spreading the word to the few people I know in Orlando. I've read the negative reviews here and quite frankly I would recommend them to go back and give them a second chance. I also love their nail color selection and the fact they organize shellac color with regular color so that you don't have to go around searching how to match mani color with pedi. read more

Never have I ever had such a terrible experience at a nail salon. Nor have I ever had such a botched full set. I came in two hours before close and my technician got pissy because the manager asked him to stay to do mine. He rushed through my service to get out of there as soon as he could. He filed them completely crooked and unevenly. And didn't put a base coat on for my gels. So now, only a week later, I have two broken nails and three of my nail's polishes have peeled off. I've been getting acrylics for years and I've never had such a negative experience or such a terrible nail job. I'm an extremely disappointed and feel like I completely wasted my money here. The place is beautiful and clean and the management seems great. But I can't say that I'll ever be back. All because one nail tech rushed and gave me the poorest nail experience I've ever had. read more

Came here based on the Yelp reviews and I must say I was not disappointed. My boyfriend and I wanted to get pedicures so we decided to try this spot out. We were greeted immediately by the receptionist and told him what we wanted and he asked me to pick and color and have a seat. Less than 5 minutes later he called us to the back. We sat in very comfy seats that I think they should upgrade just to fit in with the ambiance of the place but that's just me being picky. He offered us drinks and one lady started on my boyfriend he enjoyed his. I had GiGi she was phenomenal. She took her time and made sure i left with the most amazing pedicure. She was very sweet and you can tell she takes pride in her work. My only suggestions would be to upgrade their seats and change out their sinks for pedicures because They have the types of sinks where they don't put the cover and me being a germaphobe that bothered me a little bit but it wasn't super serious. They are very clean auto claves everywhere and they played very relaxing music. Definitely will be back for GiGi Update : Gigi is gone but the ladies there continue to do an excellent job. My boyfriend and I still come here and they always take care of us. We went two weeks ago at the last minute (i know i know that was terrible of us) but the ladies still took my boyfriend and I for pedicures and I ended up switching my mind on getting my acrylics removed to getting a fill and the woman who did my nails had absolutely no issue she did not rush ( as i have experienced with other nail salons ) just because they were closing. She stayed an entire hour after closing to finish up and I thought that was great and my nails came out great. I really appreciate what these people do here and how we get treated everytime. read more

I treated a coworker and myself with a deluxe pedicure a couple weeks ago. Wanted to check out this place for future group pedicure parties. Pros: very nice people, helpful in picking out colors, served wine! Yay. Good pedicure. Cons: the sweet lady who worked on me did a great job but the foot and leg massage wasn't really a massage. More like a rub. Not pleased but maybe that's just me. I watched another pedicure techs (a man) massaging a customer a couple seats down from me. Deep pressure point type. I really wanted that type. That guy should train the other technicians. If that can happen I'll be back. With a 5 star review. read more

I was introduced to Tee Tran over a year ago. I started off with her getting eyelash extensions. Our first meeting she did a full consult and made recommendations on what style lashes would be best for me. I was so happy with the results...over a year later I am still getting them done with her. Next, Tee recommended I consider getting eyebrow microblading to spruce up my sad looking skinny eyebrows...so I did. The results were amazing!!! Again she recommended a shape and thickness that best suit the shape of my face..I was so nervous about microblading but after she was done, I was wondering why I waited so long to get microblading. Tee is amazing...professional...polite and excellent at her trade. I recommend her for all your beauty needs. read more

I had a great time at YOU Nails Salon Spa. My nail tech was awesome, very talkative, and very gentle. My manicure looks amazing and has lasted without any chips or scrapes. The manicure cost $15. YOU Nails is a really cute and boutique nail/salon. They were super clean and very friendly. It is a bit of a walk from the Wyndham Hotel (where I was staying) and come to find out there are other salons closer to the hotel. But considering that I wanted sushi at this awesome place across the street, YOU Nails worked out really well. The reviews seem to be a little hit and miss, but I say give them a try! read more

This is my favorite salon in Orlando! I have been coming here for almost 5 years. This is an excellent, clean and very modern nail salon. They also offer waxing and eye lash services. The staff are all wonderful and like friends to me. No high pressure sales tactics or anything like that. Very enjoyable experience every time! They also have free beverages. It's a nice change to not have to wait an extended period of time. I've had several of the nail techs and they are all friendly, take their time, and don't try to push you to purchase additional services. They have an array of polish color choices. My nail tech Linda is such a strong and beautiful soul that I am so grateful to have met when we moved to Orlando. I moved far from this location and will always drive 45mins to see Linda. When I see her for my nail appointments, we share ideas, thoughts, great conversation and empower each other.. I travel a lot to Orlando, and I'm SO glad I found a spot in the city! My friend recommended this place to me, and I couldn't have asked for a more perfect experience. First, it's easy to find. Paige Pradaxay Originally from Laos, Paige grew up in Arkansas. She went on to University of Arkansas for computer Science Engineering. After taking sometime off to start a family, Paige started her career in the spa industry. With over 16 years of experience in working in a spa and starting a few of her own in Michigan, Paige decided to expand to Orlando, FL. She made me feel completely comfortable from the start, and the experience felt very personalized. Before beginning, they have you smell two different aromatherapy oils to see what your body needs, which was such a thoughtful touch. The massage itself was incredible, I would absolutely book with her again. Afterward, we spent time enjoying the rest of the amenities, especially the pool. The pool area is beautiful, with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. The staff really goes above and beyond, they set you up with a covered chair and even drape a towel to create a pillow for you. The pool temperature was perfect, and having servers walking around to take food and drink orders made it feel even more luxurious. Overall, this was a fantastic experience. I simply LOVE this place. When we girls; want to pamper ourselves, we want to feel relaxed, comfortable and well taking care of. This Salon is perfect for that. The atmosphere is great, customer service is fantastic! But more than anything the service is superb. the nail technicians are sweet and know their job. Tee did my eyelash extensions, and she was AMAZING. I was bit nervous at first because I had previously got them done at another place, and I had a bad experience. Tee is super nice, she listened to what I wanted, and she delivered. Love my eyelashes, would recommend anyone to do them with her. You won't be disappointed. read more
