I stopped in because I was curious to try the new Dragon Burger, only to find out it's really just the bun that's different. That felt a bit gimmicky, so I opted for a classic meal instead -- a Junior Whopper, fries, and a drink. While nothing was particularly spectacular, everything was done just right. The Junior Whopper lived up to the Whopper name, just in a more manageable size. The fries were hot and crispy, and the fountain drinks were well-stocked with plenty of options. What really stood out, though, was the staff and cleanliness. This was my first time at this location, and I was impressed. The establishment was spotless, and the team was both friendly and efficient. Burger King has taken some hits in public opinion lately, but based on cleanliness, friendly service, and food that was prepared properly, I'm giving this location a solid five stars. Pissed. Ordered two burger combo meals with two cookies. Got home and opened the bag only to find they gave me one burger, one chicken wrap, and no cookies so they basically got an extra $12 out of me and didn't give me my food. Never going back here. read more

Avoid this BK at all costs! Came in at 8:30 to an empty place and three young girls chatting and gossiping over the counter. No one said hello or reached out to help me. I tried to order with the app and the app didn't work. I finally got somebody's attention they told me, yeah nap doesn't work around here and it's not connected to our restaurant. I went to order a value meal and they told me yeah that doesn't work here either. All of them walked away leaving me still standing at the counter until I finally said, would it be better if I just went through the drive-thru? One of the girls sauntered around the counter and took my order. The other slapped a couple of burgers from the microwave together and handed it to me. Nothing flame grilled about it. Amazing indoor play place!! My kids didn't want to leave and fortunately there are booths right in the room so you can sit and eat while the kids play. Excellent service from staff, too! Best BK location I've ever been to. read more

Rudest employees. We were just dropping by to use the bathroom right when someone was locking the door. It looked like she told us to go around to another door. We go around and don't find a door until the back, and open it to the kitchen. We asked a worker if we could use the bathroom and explained the situation and he told us to leave and couldn't legally let us in. We just needed to pee. We asked to speak w his manager and he just kept telling us to leave. We asked to meet his manager at the front door. She came to the front, unlocked it, we said thank you and she ignored us and shut the door on us. There's a lot of sour and salt here and it's not from the burgers. read more

The food here I think is good especially compared to other BKs I have eaten at. Service here is usually the problem. Order taking was timely but then they forgot my order. A couple of sets of numbers past mine are served & I finally asked where's my order? This is met with a blank stare, no sorry or any explanation given. Finally 10 minutes more my number is called with no apology or reason given. I live near here and have for years you just really never know what experience you are going to have. read more

There is nearly nothing in this tiny town in the middle of nowhere in Wyoming. So...to see a Burger King there seemed like a good thing. Until I saw the ratings. And no one in line as I purchased a sausage croissant with a dry, old and cold sausage patty. And, to top things off, two large strands of hair. Disgusting place. read more

It is a cold blustery day with wind chills of -15 degrees!! Of course we opted to drive thru to keep warm in our car. Burger King is fast and cheap--good for feeding a family of 5. We ordered and had a wait time of about 6 min. We requested no mustard on the burger, but got mustard :( We wanted bbq and fry sauce for our nugs and fries but didn't get any :( We did say no ice in our drinks and that was correct!! No napkins either :( We enjoyed cookies and pies for dessert. No complaints there!! Hints and tips--- order the fries with no salt, they will have to make them fresh. It takes longer, but fresh fries from BK are delish! Order fry sauce. Yummy! The kids play area is usually cold so bring a coat if you get to stay and play ;) read more

After several months of avoiding Burger King, we'd heard that it had been recently remodeled and under new management, so we decided to give them another chance. We went there on a Sunday around dinner time. The remodeled interior looked nice and modern, but most importantly it was clean. We waited a few minutes for the people ahead of us to order, and then the nice, friendly gentleman took our order. We filled our drinks and waited for our number to be called. In the meantime they called another number and this older gentleman started to rise and slowly begin walking to the front, before he got more than a few steps the Burger King employee brought his tray of food out to him. I thought that this was above and beyond normal service, and it made me smile. Our food arrived and it was hot, fresh, and very tasty. We ate it all, cleaned up, and went on our way. I have to say I am very happy with the improvements made to the Burger King, the service was excellent, the food was tasty, and the place was clean. A huge improvement over the last time we were here. Keep up the good work Burger King employees and management. We will be back again. read more

What can I say about the sh** Box often the only fast food restaurant open for any direction for 100 miles it's alright if you forget to pull something out from the freezer for dinner which is the only time I patron the place... but even then it's not great just bearable. read more

Staff is friendly most of the time but the food sucks and one time we received RAW chicken! Also, we took kids to play in the play area and my nephew brought down an old turd that had been up there for who knows how long!! SICK! The last time we went the soda machine was broken and there was water just pouring everywhere on the floor and when confronted about it they said they were aware and just left it. Not sure where to start. You walk in and the place is so dirty. Hardly any clean tables and flies are everywhere. Staff starts yelling at eachother on who is goning to help us up front. Pthers are just out in lounge area chatting with customers for atleast 15 minutes. No ice in the ice machine, ketchup was empty, and a employee was spitting in the garbage can. I ordered the Jalepeno King and if i k ew I was going to only get 3 jalepenos on it i would have ordered something else. I do not recommend this place and I wont be coming back. Since the remodel, this place has seriously improved. Both in atmosphere and staff. It's Burger King, so everyone knows what to expect, but I've been happy that we can go there and get a inexpensive meal. My kids love the play place and I love the new soda machine. read more

This Burger King is newly remodeled. It is beautiful inside. They have the new soda machines. I was not impressed with the French fries. We got our food pretty fast even when they were busy. They have a great playground for children. read more

The Burger King in Afton Wyoming is pathetic! It is or should be an embarrassment to your good name. A one star review is one star too many. Service was atrocious. The food was over cooked so much that it was dry and hard. As we waited (far too long) for our food we watched people walk out rather than wait any longer. The floor was littered with food scraps. The employees all needed to be neatened up and they probably needed a shower also.
