I am doing Invisalign at my local dental office, and after switching aligners recently, I was having a fit emergency, which was causing trauma with the new aligner. I was able to input my insurance information before our appointment so they knew exactly what our dental benefits were for braces. Free consultation included an x-ray and all of the staff were incredibly knowledgeable and sweet. The office space is lovely with a giant fish tank, and parking is super easy with a garage immediately behind the building. The payment options, cost and plans are very easy to understand and the office is not pushy at all and does not oversell other products. They give you options but do not pressure at all which I really appreciate. During the actual braces procedure, Dr. Lyotard spoke quietly to my daughter explaining everything she was doing. It kept her calm during the process - my daughter adores her. She seems extremely knowledgeable and explains everything. Will update this review when we are done with phase 1 is braces, but we are very happy with this place!
