Great Staff, But Watch Your Billing The staff and doctors at Cedar Dental Care are genuinely lovely, friendly, professional, and make you feel comfortable throughout your visit. No complaints there at all. However, I do want to flag something that other patients should be aware of before their first appointment. When I called to confirm they accepted my insurance (Delta Dental PPO) as a first time patient, they confirmed they do. When I reviewed my bill, they billed my claim under Delta Dental Premier instead of Delta Dental PPO, which comes with a higher deductible and different negotiated cost. I only caught the discrepancy when I reviewed plan against my Delta Dental member portal. When I called to ask about it, they did confirm the billing difference, but oddly stated they do accept Delta Dental PPO. Patients should also be aware that you'll be asked to sign a financial consent form, so make sure you understand exactly how your insurance is being billed before you sign. My advice: before your appointment, ask specifically which Delta Dental tier they will be billing under PPO or Premier. The experience itself was great, the billing transparency just needs some work. read more

When I first went in May, it had been five years since my last dental visit, and I came in with gum soreness and a chipped tooth. From the start, they were transparent and upfront about costs and treatment options. Because I had a waiting period with my new insurance, I was paying out of pocket for most of the expenses. The office worked with me on a payment plan that was manageable and stress-free. Both Dr. Sinha and Dr. Kumar were incredibly kind and gentle, and they made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The reception team was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions, especially when it came to billing and payments. My teeth have been fully restored, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Cedar Dental Care and especially Dr. Sinna are wonderful! Breanna and the front staff are super friendly, very straightforward and super helpful when it comes to insurance (My procedure wasn't expected to be covered but they pushed it through to my insurance anyways and what was supposed to be $300 ended up only being about $70!) and the last few times I've been there I've barely had any kind of wait throughout each appointment. Today they were able to squeeze me in for an emergency filling and they were so kind and accommodating! Dr. Sinna and her assistants did a great job and even applied lip balm mid procedure to make sure my lips didn't dry out from keeping my mouth open which I haven't experienced before but was so needed! I really appreciate the team & doctors at Cedar Dental Care. I haven't been to a dentist in over a decade since I had bad experiences while I was younger. Also due to financial issues I always put off on my dental care. But this year I started to have real problems with one of my tooth that was starting to get sensitive and probably infected. So I knew I needed to speak professional help before it gets any worst. The office was very accommodating to my needs and was able to get my cleaning done with little pain as they are very professional and good at thumbing the correct areas. They made it clear though that I needed a root canal treatment asap and I booked one a month off. However due to some hardship and mental health problems I canceled my first appointment and reschedule a month off, when the time came for my 2nd appointment I was deep in depression and anxiety so I canceled the appointment late minute through text which is against their policy. However I had another cleaning appointment a few weeks after and they had still scheduled me in, even with what I did which I was very grateful. The doctor rechecked my tooth and told me it was getting worst probably due to my poor brushing habits and the infection spreading more deeply. They made an emergency appointment the day by moving around a few appointments and I was extremely grateful. Doctor Sinha was very patience with me always making sure if I was in too much pain to speak up. She mention that it was guaranteed to save my teeth at it was in very poor condition due to me putting it off for an extra two months. However with her and her assistance's hard work they were able to save my teeth and will do the full fill when crown in a few weeks! I was very grateful and really appreciate Doctor Sinha. I am hoping my teeth heals well as it's been months since I was able to use the right side of my mouth to eat due to the pain, but I believe doctor Sinha her team did the best they could so the removal of the infection for it not to spread any further is a great start. I highly recommend cedar dental care, they really care about you and your well being. read more

RUN AWAY! Not sure how this place has such high reviews, as my experience here was by far the WORST! If I could give this place a 0 stars I absolutely would. First off, make sure you bring your wallet if you come here because they will overcharge you and on top of that bill your insurance for more. Everything here out of pocket is thousands of dollars. Please consider getting a second opinion even if your insurance is out of network. I promise you will end up paying less and the experience along with the work will be much better. This place did a shitty job and on top of that made me feel like it was my fault for their lack of work. Don't be fooled by the fancy tv commercial and fake reviews. You will be told you need work that you absolutely don't. I will be sure to let everyone I know to look elsewhere for dental services. read more

I needed a genial hand to perform my dental work. I am more nervous now as I have gotten older about seeing the dentist. My teeth are more sensitive now and the last two dentists like to use the water sprayer to clean my teeth. It hurts with sensitive teeth. The team here at Cedar Dental uses the sprayer too. But, willing to use the hand tools if it hurts. Here The Dentist will let me take a small break if I need to. I'm really impressed by the work and care this team has given to me and my family. read more
