The staff talked us through everything and updated us along the way which made all the difference! We were also given some options for treatment approaches mid way through the procedure which was appreciated (other offices don't do this & have flat out told me that there are no "options" once under GA). When COVID hit and everybody started working from home, I was nervous to attend a dentist (and it didn't make sense to commute into the city to go to a dentist that was no longer convenient). The small barriers built up and I didn't go back to a dentist for over two years (oops!). Finding a dentist can be daunting, so I finally listened to my husband and decided to go to Dr. Le. Along with his office being right around the corner from our house, I was able to get in, get my teeth polished and cleaned, address the one concern I had (plaque build-up around my permanent retainer), and get back home in 50min flat. Grateful for the kindness of the hygienist, straight forward nature of Dr. Le, and ease of getting an appointment. Will definitely be returning!
