This post is overdue but I definitely want to shout out to Dr. Tiffany Kondoff and Rachel (dental assistant). I got a crown put in back in November 2024 and they made the experience as smooth as possible. I have some trauma from a previous dental experience that resulted in immense pain on the same tooth that they were working on. As a result, during my visit, my anxiety and fear were at an all time high. Both Rachel and Dr. Kondoff were really kind and did everything -and then some- they could to help me manage my anxiety and I'm forever grateful. This week, months later, I actually had some pain again for that same tooth which thankfully only ended up being a simple bite issue. Again, my anxiety was ridiculous but Rachel and this time a new doctor (I didn't catch her name!) made me feel comfortable and taken care of. My teeth were never perfect yet I still loved my smile until I had two teeth bonded by this dentist. (See photo #1 taken one moth prior to my first dental visit to Premier) Now my two front teeth are oddly shaped (right tooth bonded too thick and it is much longer than adjacent tooth) and the color match is awful.(See Photo # 2) I returned nurmerous times and they finally shortened the tooth but did nothing concerning thickness or correcting the bonding color. Instead of replacing the ugly yellow bonding, they kept insisting I purchase more teeth whitener. Like an idiot, I purchased an additional $125 for 5 tubes of their whitener. This only made the problem worse, I now have two ugly yellow bonded teeth surrounded by my now super white natural teeth. (See photo # 3) I Should have known better. Look it up for yourself... Bonding must either be replaced by a whiter bond or bond must be covered with expensive veneer. I have to give huge praise to Dr. Williams! He is an amazing dentist! I have never had a cavity, so I am one of those people that LOVES the dentist. I have huge pearly whites and was shocked when I bit into hard candy Sunday to have my FRONT tooth split in half horizontally. I am still not sure why this happened, but I called CP Premier first thing Monday morning at 730 and they answered right away. The offered to get me in at 840 AM and I could not get their in time because of work meetings, so they immediately offered 1:30 PM. I arrived at 1:35 PM (sorry) and they called me back by 1:45. The Dental Assistant (also amazing) took pictures and did the exam. Dr Williams came in and said no problem at all! He did amazing work and without even needing numbing he created a beautiful tooth and I was out of their by 2:25! HOW! He is amazing. My teeth look amazing. You cannot tell at all that there was ever any issue and I was back home by 2:40! The service of his office and the magic and skill of Dr. Williams cannot be praised high enough! Over a year ago and I sought out Dr William's and thought that Dr. William's was a trustworthy DDS with great bedside manners. He gave me a estimate of everything he would do to fix my dental smile and I signed the contract. This estimate was based off X-Rays and his medical experience so I paid the money expecting the results he assured me I would have after completion. I have never been so disappointed of the results that I received and I am embarassed to smile. HATE the work he did and even paid extra. Covid hit and I was unable to dispute this with him. I initially completed a review that was emailed to me after my appointment give this practice a glowing rating. Kayla was amazing. Very sweet person. I called to schedule an appointment, because the whole left side of my face was hurting. She gave me a same day appointment. I thought, this is great. However, Dr Al-Farro ignored the reason I was there. I explained about the pain on the entire left side of my face, including gums, all teeth. Initially, she didn't see anything, but wanted to take a panoramic suspecting a wisdom tooth may be the issue. Turns out it was. She tells me that they don't extract wisdom teeth and they would refer me to an oral surgeon. I asked, "What about the pain?". She then prescribed Tylenol with codeine, but no antibiotics. I thought this was strange, because in all my other dental experiences I recall an antibiotic being prescribed. Usually pain means possible infection. She didn't prescribe one, and I proceeded to the front desk for the referral to Austin Oral Surgery. Apparently, Austin Oral is the primary referral for all dentists offices in this area. They were backed up for at least another two weeks. Oh, I almost forgot to mention something very important. I also had a chipped tooth on the right that I mentioned during my appointment. I was told to get the extractions done first and she would fill it. Well, turns out the next day it cracked. I was trying not to chew on the left by chewing on the right side and the tooth that needed to be filled cracked. Now I need a root canal. Also, when looking at their website I requested the free teeth whitening. It was never mentioned and I never received it. I chalked it up to my other issues. Anyhoo. I decided to find another surgeon on my own, and did. I had my extractions and returned with my daughter for an appointment I scheduled the day I was seen at Cedar Park. We waited almost a half an hour past her scheduled appointment time. We were told the previous patient went past their time. We waited patiently. My daughter was seen and we were told she needed a root canal. This was interesting to me, because I was told they could just fill my tooth. My tooth was in worse condition than my daughters. Hmm. Quoted $2000 self pay. I didn't get the name of the person that spoke with us after the appointment about the quote. However, I did share with her that extractions cost less than attempting to save the tooth. I explained that my daughter would be getting braces. Also, I wanted to talk over a plan with an orthodontist first, because I had a similar experience with my son. We went from dentist to oral surgeon to orthodontist and they wanted to collaborate together. She pushed hard to get us to set up service. Even telling us that she used to work at an orthodontist office. I felt pressured, but stood my ground. Also, they told us that my daughter would have to come back for cleaning, because we only booked enough time for a consult. I was ok with that, because at that point both my daughter and I were ready to leave. However, it occurred to me that we waited thirty minutes past the scheduled appointment time to be seen. My thought was did the person we waited for schedule more time? Hmmm So, the person that went over the billing proceeded to schedule the cleaning with my 16 year old daughter while I was speaking with Kayla. An 8:45 am appointment was scheduled. I don't usually agree to appointments that early. I'm not an early morning person, but left it alone. The lady that went over the services walked over to where I was speaking to Kayla and in a slightly dismissive way said something like ok have a nice day. It would have been nice., but the tone was almost like you can leave now. I really had high hopes for this practice being my dental home. I thought they were friendly, all women. I knew this was a home run. However, I left there feeling disappointed on that last visit. read more

I went to this place due to the free teeth whitening offer and the text messages I received. I had been a faithful client at Leander Dental care but decided to try this place. After my x-rays, they then explained that to get the teeth whitening, I had to have zero problems. Then, they further explained that I needed over $200 worth of services that my insurance wouldn't cover in order to get teeth whitening and had to return 2 more times. I refused the services and left. I have not missed a routine dental check-up since 2007 and will return to my tried and true dentist who I should have never left. I had such a positive experience at Cedar Park Premier Dentistry! The office is clean and beautiful, Dr. Williams is amazing, equipment is cutting edge and all the staff is really great. I had a crown that needed to be replaced and I have been putting it off for about 10 years. It was in the back and not causing trouble also I was really dreading the two visit process of replacing it. Plus working in the industry, I've seen lots of bad dentistry and I hadn'd found a dentist that I really liked since moving to TX. That all changed about a year when we had a small emergency on a Friday . I knew I didn't want to go back to our dentist in lakeway & they were the only ones willing to fit us in as a new patient. They had glowing reviews so what the heck. CPPD did a great job patching him up immediately. Since then we've been going there for cleaning & of course that crown came up. I'm so glad I waited.. Dr. Williams had me in & out of his office with a new crown in two hours! He has all the newest equipment to make porcelain crowns right there in office. He took the old crown off wiith minimal discomfort, took a digital mold, made a porcelain crown, fitted it, fired it and cemented it in all in a two hour appointment. The crown looks & feels great.. I wish I could leave zero stars. Went to this place because they wouldn't stop spam emailing me with offers of discounted teeth whitening. I sat in my chair there where they then proceeded to do x-rays cleaning etc., after that they came in and told me that in order to do the teeth whitening I would have to have a cavity and crown which would cost $800 after my insurance. I had just been recently to my own dentist who did my x-rays showed me my x-rays and mention that I have a very small small cavity that is something that no one would fix as it's small and not growing. I mentioned this recent Dentists feedback from my Bay Area dentist to them and they immediately got cold and wouldn't answer why they couldn't do the teeth whitening other than to say that if they did the teeth whitening that they would have to potentially redo it after fixing a cavity because it was around a crown. Again this didn't make sense to me so I asked them to show me the x-rays which they hadn't shared with me at all they refused to show me the x-rays (saying every office is different as an excuse) then I asked if they could send the x-rays that they taken today (that I paid for) to my other dentist to look at it to see if it was true that I needed to get this very small cavity fixed. At that point the manager came in and accosted me saying that it wasn't fair that I would leave a negative review. The idea of a review hadn't even popped into my mind until she said that to me. After that I proceeded to pay for my $25 fee for the x-ray that they did they still hadn't shown me or given me the x-ray and then I left. Immediately following my appointment I received a text to give my rating on service of course I gave it one star at that point I received another text which was asking for feedback. I did not respond to that and no less than 10 minutes later I received a phone call from the manager, who (Instead of seeing my point and apologizing that they completely wasted my time, giving me horrible customer service, not giving me or my doctor access to my own charts, made me feel like I was doing something wrong by asking for my own charts, offering expensive services that I didn't need) was telling me how wrong I was to question them. I was surprised they would even call me agin after leading me into their office with a false promise of teeth whitening and trying to disqualify that offer due to a minor cavity and then offering up $1600 worth of dental work covered at 50% which my prior dentist had said was not something that needed to be done anytime soon as it was so minor. I told the manager not to call me anymore. Likely and correctly assuming this review would be coming, after we hung up she forwarded me my x-rays via email. I scheduled a 15 minute consultation at 5:30 Monday since they are open until 6. Come Monday I call at about 5:25 because I had got stuck at work and was going to be 5 minutes late and was informed the doctor had left 5 minutes before for the day (10 minutes ... Before my appointment??). I was kindly and promptly offered an appointment for Tuesday at 5:30 and I accepted. I arrive Tuesday at 5:20 to find the doors locked and the lights off. I walked next door and asked the neighboring business if they knew why the doors were locked and they said that they saw a girl lock the place up around 4:45pm. I literally had BOOKED AN APPT for 5:30pm! I'm not sure how they mixed that up two days in a row. I tried calling back the next day and got no answer. I'm seriously shocked and how unprofessional this office is and how poorly managed the staff is. How does the doctor just leave after knowing patients are coming in? read more

The dentists and dental hygienists here are top notch. The front office is not. They're very aggressive with their appointment setting - email, SMS, phone calls etc. You'll basically get barraged. I opted out, and had to tell them, nicely, that I'd handle all my appointment setting on my own calendar. Instead of listening they continued to spam me.. Which made me think, that's not very courteous when they have my personal information? There's a $50/hr fee for any appointment changes within 48 hours. Amazingly they did exactly that, call to change my appointment, short notice. I'd joke with them that I had to check my 'late fee schedule'. Didn't work. Fell on deaf ears. I've been here three times to see Dr Hagan and both she and the staff have been great. I came initially for a check-up and have since started Invisalign and everything's gone very smoothly. Highly recommend. Edited 5/5/2016: I finished my Invisalign treatment today and Dr Hagan & her staff have done an exceptional job throughout every step of the process. My case was more involved than usual, and she has easily exceeded my high expectations. I absolutely recommend visiting the practice. I've visited Dr Hagan a dozen times now and I'm absolutely thrilled with the results. Everyone on her team has been wonderful, and she did an exceptional job not only with my Invisalign treatment, but also with four porcelain veneers i had installed today. Previously, I have had a rude phone conversation with Courtney and it surprised me that anyone would be so rude and blew it off thinking she had a bad day.... today I experienced a horrible in person experience with Courtney. Courtney should keep in mind who the customer is and learn to be helpful. I would write up and move on from an employee who speaks down to people. I think Courtney believes we are there to make her job easy. I am giving the two stars for every unit else.... but I would give Courtney zero. Dr Inces and his staff are very caring and gentle. I have to have radiation so had to get a lot of dental work done in a short amount of time. I just want to share my experience with you regarding Dr. Jay Jensen and Cedar Park Premier Dentistry. I had a crown come out with the tooth still in it. I was devistated because I could not afford to get it fixed. I called Dr. Jensen on a Friday. They were not open but he did not want me to go through the weekend without the tooth. (it was one of my two front teeth). He made the time for me to come in even though he was closed. I went it, and Dr. Jensen discovered a small part of the main post still in tact. It was just enough to replace the crown without re-doing everything. I was so relieved and so grateful for his kindness, compassion, and help. Do not go here! I've been twice and had bad experiences both times. They are confused and do not follow through on their promises. They said they would leave my teeth whitener trays somewhere for me today, as they weren't open and they were not where she told me they'd be. They weren't there at all. Another woman showed up at the exact time as myself, looking for her teeth whitener trays and hers were not there either. Very strange business practices. On my first appt I waited 1 1/2 hours before they even saw me. I was there for a whole 3+ hours for the first exam! Plus they forgot to do my impressions for the teeth whiteners so I had to make another appt for that! The woman who takes your money made a huge mistake on my bill and I had to wait even longer for the dentist to come fix her mistake. The dentist is rough and hurts you. I felt like a horse being floated, as though I were an animal. I wouldn't have gone back the second time except I paid for the special promotion they were offering so I wanted to get what I paid for. I did, however like the person who did my exam. She was the only nice thing that happened with my whole experience there. I hardly ever write a bad review, as I feel people deserve second chances. Dr. Hagan is awesome! I read all the other great reviews on Yelp about her so I decided to give the office a try. I needed to get a damaged bonded tooth fixed before my vacation in 5 days!!! Yikes... Not only did they squeeze me in but she did an amazing job fixing my tooth and ensuring that matched the rest of my teeth. The price was very affordable as well. I wanted to cry in the parking lot because I was so happy. Very grateful I didn't have to go on vacation with that damaged tooth. High tech equipment! I also like the baking soda sandblaster for the cleaning sessions. Excellent experience with CPPD. Also, very honest...only dentist I've had in recent years that didn't insist on a "build up" for a crown. I am so impressed by the service I received at Cedar Park Premier Dentistry. The front office staff is lovely. Always. Today, I arrived 30 minutes early (just how my schedule worked out) and instead of having to wait for my appointment, they were able to squeeze me in early. Very convenient. Then I was telling Dr. Williams about a crown that just wasn't feeling right that he did a few months ago. No major problem, but slight issue with catching food often. Ensuring his commitment to quality, he ended up redoing the whole thing to ensure I am satisfied for the life of the crown. And he agreed to do so with a smile. I will definitely recommend to others. UPDATE: Hello, we learned that Dr. Jensen is no longer working at this practice, so after being contacted by the office, we decided to go back and visit the new dentist, Dr. Hagen and give her a try. The office offered to take care of all the work that needed to be corrected. Dr. Hagen has completed half the work so far and my daughter has experienced no more pain. I have to say that I am very impressed by how everyone has gone out of their way to make this right for us. This does not happen very often in our day. Dr. Hagen was gracious and kind, soft spoken, she listened to our concerns and clearly explained everything fully to us before the work was done and even during. The office then called with a follow up a few days later just to see how my daughter was feeling. We will be going back after the holidays to complete the remaining work to be done for my daughter. I am impressed that Cedar Park Dentistry has gone to great lengths to correct a difficult situation. I would not hesitate to recommend them now that Dr. Hagen is at this office. My experience with Cedar Park Premier Dentistry was really strange! I was coming in for Invisalign braces and all was going well. I like Dr. Jensen! But then he and his staff completely disappeared. I was left calling and leaving voicemails for over 4 months. Eventually, I just drove to the office to knock on the door. The door was locked and I was thinking "okay.. maybe they really went out of business!" but then Dr. Jensen opened the door. I told him I'd been trying to reach him and he said he knew and he was sorry, and then he just gave me a the rest of my aligners and I never had a check up or appointment. So, yes, a good deal for the Invisalign and Dr. Jensen is nice enough, but the office management was really poor! read more

Ok, so ... I've had a few fillings that needed to be redone. My insurance was ending at the end of the month and also had to get my kiddos in for a cleaning and sealants. Dr. Hagan and her whole staff could not have been nicer, more helpful, and gentle. I have quite a bit of anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist (I have had some pretty bad experiences before), but Dr. Hagan and all of the techs and assistants are absolutely amazing! Let's not for about the front desk staff too, who scrambled to get me in literally day after day to make sure that my teeth were taken care of before my insurance ended. Not only that but I messed up and thought I was supposed to be there on a Tuesday not Monday, and Dr. Hagan still fit me in for my last filling! Let's talk about Dr. Hagan for a second.... She is so sweet and so gentle... She made all of my anxieties melt away. My teeth.... They are beautiful! You would never even know I had any work done in my mouth!!! She seriously has a patient, well patients for life! My daughter wants to now become a dental assistant or dentist after her experience with Dr. Hagan, her dental assistant, and nurses! By the way both of my children are on the spectrum, and I was worried about taking them to the dentist with all of their sensory issues... MY KIDS, LOVED GOING TO THIS DENTIST?!?! I came in for a routine cleaning and had a great experience at cedar park PD. The staff was very friendly and accommodating as soon as I walked in. Dr. Williams was great! I didn't have to wait long at all after my cleaning (like I would typically do with other offices) for him to do a final check. I had a few canker sores that caused me to be in a lot of pain so I called premier dentistry and asked if they had the laser treatment and told Courtney what was going on and how much pain I was in and she said she would call me back. And not even ten minutes later she called me back with a same day appt. dr Williams and everyone else there took such good care of me, the treatment went beyond what I expected. I understand that there has been a lot of change at Cedar Park Premier Dentistry. Changes in ownership and changes in staff. If you had a bad experience previously Prior to Jan 2016 I STRONGLY recommend that you give them another try. Here is Why..... Dr. Hagan. She is a brilliant Dentist. I have needed a lot of dental work in last 12 months just old teeth and old repairs from my childhood. I have spent a lot of time " in the Chair" all under Dr. Hagan's expert hand. She just does the job right, from a great " chair side manor " to world class Dentistry skills and a gentle touch. She is fantastic. Dr. Hagan has completed Root Canals ( plural ) Crowns and Fillings for me. ( repairs 30 plus yr old work). I have never had a single min of pain. ( she even hides the needle behind her back before she numbs you, its nice touch, even if you do know its coming ) The office has a the latest technology allowing for a Crown in one visit. I was there yesterday for just a little over 2 hrs, for a one time visit to crown a broken tooth. In and out no need for a follow up, Dr. Hagan talked me through the process and the steps all the way through the process. I think the biggest reference I can get is that I actually followed Dr. Hagan to this practice when she moved .... that's how good she is . The quality of care and professionalism doesn't get any better. In my experience all medical care is expensive ( I grew up in England) But Cedar Park Premier Dentistry seems to be in line with comparable procedures I have had done elsewhere maybe a touch better value.
