This is the most shady business in all of Dartmouth. Let's start with the sheer amount of fake products that they sell. The store is filled with Fake RooR bongs, it does not take a genius to see how cheap the glass is, not to mention the fact that they lack the official zip ties with a holographic authentication and the glass blowers signature. The store is filled with fake Chinese glass. I didn't even go to this store for a Bong I came to this store to buy a Suorin Air Plus. Worked perfectly for 2 days until the charger melted and the vaporizer heated up to the point of frying its internals. I got molten plastic on my hands for attempting to try to stop it from cooking my desk. I brought it back and he pointed to a ghetto sign on the back wall stating no returns, warranties or pretty much anything. It must be real nice to show people the sign when they are aware they are selling fake and defective products. I'm not even sure how this is legal. The man working the front desk tried his hardest, he's a pretty cool kid and legitimately tried to get his boss to understand that the vaporizer was extremely defective, as I am standing in the tiny shop I can hear his boss SCREAMING over the phone at his employee trying his hardest to fix the situation. He then hangs up and tells me that he can give it to me half price with half coming out of his paycheck. I feel utterly horrible and refuse because no employee should have to have their paycheck cut because of customer returns. I can not believe that this is the business practice of a legitimate business, making employees loose money because of the sheer greed of the owner. I am reporting this business to the proper authorities. The owner has multiple stores and he most likely acquired from these shady tactics. Keep in mind this was a well known store for 16 year old kids to buy blunt wraps before the authorities cracked down. The owner was the one working the counter at this time before he hired people who look utterly miserable working there. Now this review might be reported because they acknowledged the fact that their yelp reviews are horrible and checking recent reviews all I see are 1 star and 5 star reviews only, the 5's look beyond fake! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE! They must be utterly struggling without the option to sell any flavored tobacco or vape juice. I guess you can see the result in how they treat their customers. read more
