At that point I genuinely had no idea what day or time my cleaning was supposed to be. I tried calling Molly Maid of Long Beach three times after they opened and couldn't get through to anyone. What confused me even more was receiving a message at 5:42 PM asking me to call back to confirm my booking, when their listed office hours are 8-5. By then, no one was available to take my call or respond through Yelp because it was already past their office hours. Their AI chat is actually pretty cool and responsive, but unfortunately that was pretty much the only consistent communication I had with the company. For a house cleaning service where you're scheduling people to come into your home, I personally need clearer communication with an actual person, especially when the appointment date and time keep changing. Molly Maid of Long Beach seems to have plenty of good reviews, and I honestly would have loved to try their cleaning service. I can't speak on the quality of their actual cleaning because we never got that far. My experience is strictly with the booking and customer service process.
