When we raised these concerns with the company, they refused to address them in any fashion--citing a policy requiring that any such issues be reported in 24 hours. Since this was our first cleaning, we didn't catch the policy when booking, and we were traveling over the weekend, so we couldn't have addressed it immediately anyways. Still, the company showed no willingness to make an exception or correct the issue. For the price charged, I expected a much higher level of quality and accountability. It's a sunken tile tub that had a few years of soap scum and hard water crud layered on.
