It now needs to be replaced. At first Fatima was gracious about all of this, and comped that day's cleaning service. But as I found more things that were broken, she started to get highly annoyed. I have included some of our text exchanges here so you can see the tone she took with me. I appreciated the comped visit, but the rude and unprofessional tone she took with me because HER employees broke a bunch of MY stuff is not acceptable. You would expect a little more patience than this from somebody whose employee made so many careless mistakes. We will not be hiring them again.

Upon arriving home, we were stunned. The place was immaculate, every square inch sparkling clean. They even cleaned the blinds, chandeliers, tops of bookshelves, and under the stove. I have personally spent 8-10 hours straight cleaning before, and could not get it this clean. From now on, I will leave it to the professionals. Here were the biggest issues: - The entire service took too long and also felt very rushed at the end. I paid extra to have mold cleaned in the washing machine, and she spent a lot of time on it but completely missed the area she was supposed to clean and had to redo it which took a lot of extra time. - She didn't have the right products for the shower door and it's still covered in hard water stains. She even said to me that I would need a different cleaning product to remove the stains, and I was confused as to why she wouldn't have brought the product she's needed for that. Any other cleaner I've had always leaves the shower door spotless. - The floors throughout the house are now very sticky after she mopped, presumably because she only did one pass with too much cleaner and didn't then run over it with water. She also left pools of water in certain spots while completely missing mopping others, and now the whole house smells like cleaner and is irritating my allergies. - She missed a lot of cobwebs and pieces of dirt on the ground, and also left some piles of hair balled up. I had to run over a lot of corners with our own vacuum after. Overall it felt like we were sent someone who shouldn't have been on their own. Rather than listening to my concerns, he was somewhat condescending and emphasized their terms and conditions stating that if they couldn't get to everything in the time allotted, then it simply wouldn't get done. He also pointed out that I had declined a more expensive service, which, while true, was still my choice as the customer. He offered to possibly send someone back, but I was on a tight schedule and needed to turn my keys in to my property manager. In the end, I paid $168 for a service that I had to redo myself. They don't offer refunds, and their terms (which I actually read) threaten a $5,000 fee for chargebacks something that feels extremely aggressive. Unless you just need a light surface cleaning and don't mind doing touch-ups yourself, I wouldn't recommend this service. The owner even attempted to deny the fact that the work was not done up to par and said that i attempted to extort a small business. This is about principle, not the $168. The service was not completed properly the first time. The cleaner had time to clean the upstairs bathroom, something that wasn't even a priority, but didn't finish the oven, which was. That tells me the hour wasn't spent on what was agreed upon. I'm well within my rights to share my firsthand experience, especially when the work paid for wasn't delivered. Second experience with was catastrophic. She not only canceled abruptly at 11:45PM the night before the service. She and her team of maids are never the same. Maria, is a wicked and a incompetent business woman. In order to run a legitimate business in the state of California you need insurance. She caused significant damage to our property within the apartment. As well as a potentially dangerous fire hazard. I addressed it to her two weeks later. I was hospitalized. (We formed a friendship prior to this.) she denies any responsibility and claims no insurance. Also, keep a close eye on your personal cleaning products. They will use it with no excuse. Have a written contract and avoid like the plague. I will be seeing Maria and Amazing Maid's in court. Reporting her to the BBB as well and verifying it she is a licensed to run a business. IN THE AGREEMENT THEY SENT, THEY SPECIFICALLY SAY THE CLEANERS STAY UNTIL THE JOB IS FINISHED....but 3 1/2 hours into the job the cleaners told me they had a half hour left and the owners argued that there is a set time given for the deep cleaning contrary to the agreement they sent. I hired them to do a deep cleaning for my bungalow, one large main room, medium size bedroom and tiny bath and kitchen. I sent a detailed description and indicated it was a level 9 job. But they are never really clear about what a deep cleaning is, other than 'more thorough". THIS is the main problem. One of the company's complaints was that the cleaner had to take things out of my medicine cabinet in order to clean the shelves!! When I asked how do they clean shelves if they don't take things off the shelf they said "well if its a picture frame alright" Huh? On the website they say they will mop vacuum or handwash the floors but the company complained that the cleaners would have had to "move things" in order to clean the floors!! ( a few tv trays and small stand) Either way they never got that far. So be prepared to ask them...What Exactly is a deep cleaning?? So they charged an extra $65 to "deep clean". Fine. They also charged an extra $10 to wash my dishes (wondered why this wouldn't be considered part of regular or deep cleaning but...fine) and an extra $29 to clean out fridge. Fine. Total for regular cleaning one time $119, add the extras it came to $204 (with first time discount) Fine, BUT the cleaner showed up, (absolutely pleasant and good cleaner) and brings a helper she had to hire herself, which meant they sent one cleaner to do a Deep Cleaning on a one bedroom bungalow and gave her 4 hours to do it. After 3 1/2 hours of cleaning I am informed that they only had a half hour left!! - During that time only the bathroom (very small) got thoroughly and beautifully cleaned and only 1/3 of the kitchen, also tiny, got cleaned; stove cleaned, front and inside of fridge BUT excluding the dishes, the floor, the counter tops, shelves, cupboard doors and the fact that nothing else in the bungalow was touched... WHAT?? I was NEVER told that the $204 of deep cleaning included only 4 hours of cleaning. In fact I received an email that day that outlined the job and it specifically said cleaners stay until deep cleaning is Done. For regular cleaning they are given allotted hours. So after arguing with the company they reduced the rate down to $161 saying they had to pay for the cleaners time and they of course gave themselves a profit. It is not my responsibility to pay for the cleaners time or their profit. It is my responsibility to pay for the job rendered. So they wanted me to pay $161 to have my tiny bungalow bathroom and a third of my tiny kitchen cleaned and nothing else done. I broke the rate down to what they charge on their website and what was actually done and it came to $85 worth of service out of the $200 they were going to charge me for deep cleaning my bungalow. Which I am more than happy to pay. Of course I am disputing with the CC company. Buyer Beware!

I truly did not want to leave a negative review, but I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the service provided. Before booking, my husband specifically asked if they offer deep cleaning, and we were told yes. This review is based on a deep cleaning service, not a regular or maintenance clean. Unfortunately, there was also barely any light tidying completed, which is something typically included even in a basic cleaning service. For example, couch pillows were left messy (picture attached), and although I specifically asked for the area under our boys' beds to be cleaned, there was still dirt and toys left underneath. After I pointed it out, he did go back and clean under the beds, which I appreciated. However, there were many other missed details throughout the home. Items on the kitchen sink were left lying down rather than being put back upright (photo attached). Some drawers were not dusted or cleaned (photo attached), and spider webs were still visible on certain walls. These are all things I would expect to be addressed in a basic clean. When I asked whether the shower glass had been wiped down, I was told it had been. However, there were still visible water stains that made it appear untouched (photo attached). I do appreciate that they offered to wipe it down again when I mentioned it. As for the deep cleaning itself, none of the sink faucets looked deep cleaned, or even cleaned at all. In one restroom, toothpaste residue was still on the sink. I was able to wipe it off easily with my finger, which made me feel the area may not have been cleaned in the first place (photos attached). I understand that I could have done a walkthrough and asked for corrections before they left, but I found so many missed details that I felt discouraged and simply thanked them and let them go. I wanted to support a local business, but unfortunately, the service did not meet the expectations of a deep cleaning, especially given the number of basic areas that were overlooked.
