Did not seem to understand that to keep weeds from growing back, he should have put down weed mat or sprayed - he did not do either and did not raise either as 'extra'. So, $300 for these areas and 2 weeks later it looks like my yard bed is heading back to where we started. From the very first contact the owner, Kenny, set very clear expectations regarding what results I should anticipate, walked me through their entire process, and provided a clear estimate of the cost. On the day of service their crew showed up promptly on time and immediately went to work. They sealed all the outside electrical outlets and lights to prevent water from getting in and causing shorts. Their process using a low pressure detergent soak followed by manual scrubbing and then a final pressure wash did an amazing job of cleaning off years of accumulated algae and dirt, without damaging any siding or trim. Maryland Pro Services paid attention to even the tiniest details to make sure everything was as clean as it was when new. They even cleaned out the wells in the windows and the sliding glass doors. The outside of my house looks the best that it has been in many years. Wockenfuss painted my house twice. The first time he did a good job the second time I had a small…read moreissue which he would not fix for me. There was a rotten strip of wood that was not repaired during the painting process. About a week after he left I found a small rotten piece of wood over the garage door. You could put your finger through it. He told me to use wood filler and then paint it. You can fill small holes not an 18 inch strip. He told me to come back it would be $550 to do the work and I had the wood. So instead of paying that ridiculous price I called my handyman and had him do the work and buy the materials. It was $216 total. Then I filed a claim with the County Board Department of Labor for the $216. Mr. Wockenfuss did not want to pay and wrote a letter stating why and never honored the warranty or his work. I consider him a poor businessman. Yes he gives a decent price but he is not a decent person. So buyer beware. If everything goes well and he can leave rotten wood where you can't see it, you will be happy with his work. Beware if you want an honorable contractor. This happened in 2022. I was going through some old papers and decided to submit this before I throw the papers away.

I do not have a problem with a business being busy. That is a good problem for a business to have. My issue comes, when instead of saying you are busy, the business continually makes appts or followups they do not keep. At that point you do something I have a problem with, you waste the one thing none of us can afford to waste, you waste time. In this case you waste my time and that, especially when you do it repeatedly, I find annoying and unprofessional. If you can't do a job, say that, I am happy to give business to others.
