The windows came in April, and installation was set up for the very next week, exactly how they said it would go. The install team (two guys, led by the amazing Mark) was awesome, very professional, worked efficiently, and took the time to protect my floors and furniture. They cleaned up as they went, which I definitely appreciated. Scott, the owner, stayed in touch throughout the day of installation and honestly throughout the whole process. I had a couple of window and sash issues but Scott was amazing and the kind of communication and follow-through really stood out. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the experience. They cleaned up nicely after themselves too, leaving fewer branches than were on the ground even before they started and they also swept them off my roof for good measure. While it's not ever going to be a cheap job, I think the price they charged was fair for a full two day job of dangerous work. (I don't even get on stepladders, these guys were 40 feet in the air! Yikes!) I would absolutely call them again if any of the other trees start misbehaving.
